Torunn stops where he is for a second- "Seems they know we are here..." and assuming that Illezenya is in danger he rushes forward trying to reach his friend.
"Negative. I do not believe that was 'them', but it may be in our best interest to dim the lights for just a few moments and wait to see if they investigate the noise up ahead. I trust the Dusk Warden would not have volunteered to scout ahead were he not truly competent in evading notice."D.O.R.K quietly asserted despite some conflicting evidence, hoping to forestall in reckless rushing. But with Illezenya so far ahead, it wasn't as if anyone could see and confirm the incident was of any relation to him.
As Toruun rushes forward to where he had heard the noise he sees it was in fact Illezenya who had created the sound. They both then spot some sort of glowing flickering light coming towards them. With his superior dark vision Illezenya can see it’s some sort of snake that is wreathed in flames and wielding a spear. He turns to Toruun saying “I’m not sure what it is but I don’t think it’s friendly!”
Ebonitus closes his fist around his lit coin, preventing the light from escaping. He whispers "We should probably edge a little closer to that noise, but we do not want to alert the giants that we are here just yet." And so saying he edges forward about another 50 ft, making sure the others are also advancing.

Ebonitus de Viribus - Level 4 Cleric - The Storm King's Thunder - The Gods Respond.
Ilezenya curses under his breath after kicking the bit of metal and drawing the attention of the snake creature. He concentrates on the area around them, looking for a tunnel or passage leading away from the party, then calling forth several dancing lights and making them move like torches going down that side path in an attempt to draw the flame-wreathed snake away...

There's a moment of hesitation in the construct following Ebonitus' suggestion as a small multitude of different inner voice council against the against, least the party inadvertantly make things worse. Yet between Torrunn having already run ahead and the limitations of Ebonitus' miracle, she just whispers a "Fine", before proceeding onwards with hopefully the others in tow. At the very least Vark and Beedo join in on edging closer to the incident with weapons out and ready.
(@DM: I assume the stealth roll goes for any creeping closer, so here's Dork's and the goblin's rolls as well)

Devin moves forward with the rest of the group after making sure the driftglobe was off but also following behind him. He does his best to be quiet in the darkness.
Finding no side passages, Ilezenya will make the dancing lights appear to go into a wall just outside of the about 40' from the weird snake-like creature. The dusk warden will stay still in the darkness, watching the creature to see what it does.
For all his much vaunted dark vision Illezenya fails to see an iron bucket which he kicks into an ore cart with an almighty clang!
