Glynquinal sees only three Goblins that have a chance to get into the room and cause harm standing in front of him. Smiling he greets the first hapless Goblin.
"You should have left while you had a chance. By Tymora, you will not survive this day."
Taking a good stance Glynquinal goes for the Green Goblin at V7.
Gruxx swings wildly, but the creature is able to dodge his weapon.

Smiling he greets the first hapless goblin, "You should have left while you had a chance. By Tymora, you will not survive this day." He swings both weapons, the first he uses to distract the creature, while the second is thrust forward into the creature's belly. It gurgles and then collapses on top of the wolf's dead body.
Rock, you're up! The only change to the map is the green/black goblin is dead.

OOC - since rock didnt specify which goblin he attacked, I will go on the assumption that he attacked the orange one, and Ian will be attacking the white/black one.
HDP, seeing no creatures moving into the room, and feeling fairly certain Gundren is safe for now, steps off the table, still on his guard. Hearing the commotion still out in the hall, he summons his inner strength and centers his mind, and casts silent image. In the hallway, at U-10, there appears an image of a goblin like the others, and it moves around the corner to face his friends, smiles menacingly, then raises its weapon, as if to to attack.
OOC - the way the spell is written, I am pretty sure they think it is real unless they spend their action (meaning they cant attack) to investigate (DC 13) and see if this is really their goblin friend, or if they attack it, their weapon goes through it, then they realize.
Ian wants to attack, but realizes his crossbow is no use in such tight quarters. In fiction, he had his rapier, then he shot a crossbow, so I assume he would have had to drop the rapier to pull the crossbow. which means now, he will drop his crossbow (free action) pick up his rapier (bonus action/cunning action/fast hands) and move to attack the white/black goblin (action).
OOC - please let me know if I misinterpreted any of those steps. that may mean ian doesnt get to attack this round...he just wants to end up with his rapier
OOC: I'm not going to move Rock to attack the orange one (he can't attack at an angle with the wall there). I'll say he attacked the black/white one so he can stay in the same spot.
Rock attacks and misses.
Round 12: HDP & Ian (10/21), baddies, Gruxx (inspired, rage), Glyn, Rock (rage)
Ian, I'm going to rule you can't have HDP create a goblin in a room he's never been in (he didn't follow the group into the room with the hobgoblins; he stayed in the room with the barrels) and have him move the image into view when he can't see that area. I know the spell doesn't say you have to be able to see, but without being there, how would he know where to put it, exactly? How would he know if its feet are touching the floor? How would he make sure it isn't standing halfway in a wall? If you really want to do this, I'm going to have you roll an intelligence check with a really high DC to make it believable. Or you can do something else.

OOC - Sound ruling from the DM. I will stick with that plan, and I will choose now to burn that inspiration point HDP got earlier. No mods. Straight d20 with adv.

HDP calls upon his imagination, envisioning the hallways outside the room. His false goblin appears and moves into the hallway.
Ian steps out into the triangular ante room and cuts down the (black/white) goblin.
The (red) goblin, which is facing the opposite direction from HDP's false goblin, swings its scimitar at Ian. (scimitar attack: 7, damage: 3 slashing damage) The elf dodges the attack easily.
The (orange) goblin steps up and swings its scimitar at Rock (scimitar attack: 12, damage: 8 slashing damage), but the weapon misses. It steps back and the hurt (black/green) goblin steps forward and swings its scimitar at Rock (scimitar attack: 11, damage: 5 slashing damage), and misses completely, its burns hindering its attack accuracy. It steps back. The (green) goblin is too hurt to maneuver, so it just shakes its weapon and looks menacingly (or perhaps the grimace is pain). (All of this seems very familiar.)

(Orange: scimitar attack: 22, damage: 7 slashing damage — green: scimitar attack: 14, damage: 8 slashing damage — black/green: scimitar attack: 12, damage: 8 slashing damage) All three attacks hit. The damage would have been enough to drop the dragonborn into unconsciousness, but his rage reduces the damage. (Rock is at 9/29.)
Gruxx's eyes go wide in amazement hearing the havoc caused by Rock's breath.
"FINISH THEM!" screams Gruxx as he swings his glaive at the (Red)Goblin next to him.

OOC, well thats weird. Dice roller must be on the fritz
Sometimes when that happens, I can edit it and add some extra text at the bottom to make it recheck the dice rolls. Try that.
