So, the party with the aid of Rock's torch follows the path along the stream, walking under the walkway, ending up in the room with the waterfall, which is just as noisy as it was the first time. Do you head west to the walkway or south into the room where you fought Klarg? And what's the party order here?
I think in front is HDPs illusion, then Glyn, then Ian, then HDP, and then Rock and Gruxx behind.
Ian has his rapier out, listening for anything out of place, any noise of a sudden surge of water. He is here to get the shipment of Linene and return it, but he will support Glyn in his revenge.

As the group moves through the small cave toward the bridge and then begin to cross, someone comments, "Someone's definitely been here. All the bodies have been cleaned up." Sure enough, all the bodies have been removed, though there are still some traces of blood when you look in places you remember a body being left.
The party makes it into the deepest, most western chamber. The find nothing.

Ian turns the group around and heads back across the bridge. While he is leading, the Herr Doktor Professor follows right behind, moving his silent image of himself 10 feet ahead of Ian. Glynquinal follows directly behind HDP, with Rock and Gruxx bringing up the rear. Rock carries his lantern so the dragonborn and human can see. They enter the waterfall room once again, and move toward the southern exit where the stairs lead up into the room where they fought Klarg. As soon as the silent image of Herr Doktor gets to the top of the stairs, five arrows fly from the room. One of the arrows passes right through the image's chest.
Everyone roll initiative. Rock and Gruxx can only see what is in either the bright or dim yellow. Rock is holding his lantern with one hand, so he can only fight with one hand right now. The waterfall is too loud for you to hear anything. Ian, you didn't see anything except the arrows. HDP, you have about a minute left on your silent image, but you would suspect that any creature that saw the arrow go straight through it knows it's an illusion.

As soon as the arrows passed through the illusion, Herr Doktor drops his concentration and the illusion disappears. He pulls his rapier, a big smile appearing on his face.
Ian, upon seeing the arrows, dons his Cloak. Those behind him now see two Ian-shaped beings in front of them.
The arrows coming counts as Round 1 (readied action), and all of the players are surprised (since there aren't any actual "surprise rounds" according to the rules — here's a nice article about it: http://dmsworkshop.com/2018/07/13/things-you-didnt-know-about-dd-5e-the-surprise-round/), Ian, you'll have to don your cloak as your action in Round 2.
He will move into the room, using his bonus action to dash to get to AA-13 or somewhere around there with crates and stuff. Essentially, he runs into the room, looking around the room as he goes for a spot to hide, sees a pile of stuff, keeps running and ducks behind something in the stack of stuff. Hopefully he can gain some sort of cover from that (DM, up to you). Any beings he sees in the room, he calls out to the rest of the party, something like "There's 5 goblins!" or whatever.
Glynquinal will move to Z9 and try to draw what cover he may behind that super narrow part of the cavern sticking out. He will draw both short swords, and Cunning Action Hide
Five taller-than-you, hairy humanoids are positioned around the room. All of them are holding bows. You may continue your turn, but I wanted to update you on what you see this far into your movement.

Rock and Grux are in back, not being stealthy, so the other can be sneaky.
Glynquinal will move to the west and cross the bridge leading the party.
To himself, Glynquinal says softly, "Where did you get to Yeemik? Are you still around?"
Gruxx is directly behind Rock with his Glaive out so that he can attack with reach.

Ian starts to get a little desparate. He looks in every nook and cranny for the lionsheild shipment. Investigation 13
Ian, you remember that the crates, etc. were in the chamber where you fought Klarg.
Ian, holding his rapier at the ready, takes the lead and cautiously leads the party to Klaarg's room.
Glynquinal to Ian, "Well Ian, looks like Yeemik is long gone. No crates here either."
