OK. I finally got a map ready. In doing so, I realized the SW spider should have rolled against the spirit guardians as well: 16

Rock moves 10 feet into the room. As he does so, the giant spider attempts to bite him. (Attack: 13 Damage: 6) But its bite does not penetrate the dragonborn's armor.
The bugbear near the statue draws a second javelin and throws it at Gruxx. (Attack: 5 Damage: 4) The javelin goes wide. With a grunt, the creature marches toward Rock.
Just realized Gruxx needed to roll a concentration check after the bugbear hit him last round. I'll do that here: 18 — concentration held
DC 14 WIS save for the other bugbear: 1 — 23 radiant damage ... LOL
The bugbear next to Gruxx roars as the spirit guardians tear into it. Fur and flesh fly. Then blood. Gruxx is surprised at his own power. The creature collapses.

The two southern spiders join the bugbear in surrounding Rock. The two spiders attempt to bite the dragonborn. (Attack: 16 Damage: 7; Attack: 22 Damage: 11) Both bites land, but as he is raging, the barbarian doesn't take as much damage. He does, however, once again feel the burn of poison entering his system. (Rock roll two DC 11 CON saves or take 16 poison damage on the first [half if you save] and 12 on the second [half if you save].)
With the northwest spider remains where it is, the northeast spider crawls across the ceiling toward Gruxx and attempts to spray him with webbing. (6) The threads are torn up by the cleric's guardians.
Rock shakes off some of the poison that pulsed through his veins, but when he swings his axe at the spider, the creature dances out of the way with his long, hairy legs.
You can attack again. If you use the attack action, you can make a second attack per turn.
Don't forget to update your HP. You lost 9 with the first bite, 4 from the first poisoning, 8 from the two bites in Round 2, and 14 from the two poisonings. That's a total of 35 hp down. Please update your character sheet.

The spider that came from the southwest succumbs to the pain of Gruxx's spirit guardians, giving a little screech as it keels over. The other spider and the bugbear are clearly damaged, but still standing.
The bugbear pivots and swings its morningstar at Gruxx. (Attack: 5 Damage: 11) The cleric feels the weapon slam into his shoulder. The giant spider attempts to bite into Rock. (Attack: 18 Damage: 10) This time, the dragonborn is able to deflect the creature's huge mandibles.
The other two spiders — one on the ground and the other on the ceiling — move a little closer, but are clearly leery to entering Gruxx's swarm of guardians.
Rock, feeling brought back from the brink, swings his axe twice at the bugbear. The blades cuts into the creature, releasing torrents of blood, and causing the great hairy beast to collapse and die.
Round 4
The dark wizard releases another blast of magic darts, this time four of them. They swirl around and slam into Gruxx for 5 X4 damage.
