This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Everyone roll initiatives
This encounter will be in strict initiative order. So it may take longer than normal. Until I say so all attacks against the creatures will be at disadvantage (if you have advantage it becomes a normal attack).
You will all be starting by the southeastern gate rows 24 and 25. They will become aware of anyone who approaches then (somewhere between 20 and 50 feet). The first ranged attack before they became aware of you will have advantage (normal attack).
Please specify which target you are attacking and post which square you are in if you move.
As the party readies to charge, Tallis' weapon stretches once more into a mighty blade, "Might be better for me to attack from behind?" The half-elf seems completely unphased by the gravity of the situation, as though it were just a pleasant, uneventful day.
(Convert pact weapon to Greatsword)
Resting the blade over his shoulder, Tallis cocks his head toward the sword's crossguard, "What do you think about these cats, Lady?"
(Any applicable knowledge check?)

From the description Tallis gave you believe that they are Displacer Beasts. All you really know about they is that it is hard to pinpoint there exact location
Eiren smirks as he once again forms a spectral, skeletal hand in range of the beast directly ahead (DB5). He makes a clenching motion with his right fist, and then quickly tries to follow up with an arrow attack (bonus action).
(Wow, what a great shoot with disadvantage. Until the end of it's turn, attacks made against DB5 can be made normally)
Eiren uses magic to attack the Displacer Beast and follow it up with a longbow attack. Both his and the Displacer Beast lets out a startled yowl, letting the others know something is wrong.
Velmine says "Come on goat, let's go hunting beasties" so saying she brakes into a dash with the goat beside her. The end up in T12 and U12
The largest Displacer Beast (DB1) jumps off his mound of bones and stalks forward, ending his movement behind a clump of trees.
The female of the pack (DB2) lazily moves towards the group hoping to find some dinner she slinks around the trees with a determined gaze.
The other tree are slightly smaller (still large) and seems more playful in there pursuit of prey.
The middle Displacer Beast (DB3) seeing the goat moves in for the kill. It moves to within 10 feet of the goat and attacks it with it's tentacles. 1st attack Attack: 15 Damage: 8 bludgeoning damage + 3 piercing damage. That drops the goat and the breast will draw the goat to it and (next round?) start eating.
The next beastie (DB4) will also move towards the goat, but seeing that his brother has taken the goat looks to Velmine for more food, confused that she doesn't seem to have any he doesn't attact right away.
The last Displacer Beast (DB5) seeing that his brothers were going for the goat, leaps off his pile of bones and changes (dashes) towards the party ending his turn in front of Eiren.
(I made the updated map before I knew the fate of the goat)
(Would I get advantage to attack DB5 since im hidden? Next turn, of course.)
You would have Advantage but unless I say so all attacks have disadvantage. So they would cancel each other out for a normal attack. If I say attacks against DB5 are now normal (most likely because it got hit) until the end of it's next turn, then you really would have advantage.
Tallis will rush to P18 (40' movement on first round) and slice into the strange beast (DB5). His blade flashes several times in the onset of the stalker's charge.
(Initial round fun time!! Showing attack rolls seperately instead of leaving to dice roller since I'm not sure if these should be advantaged due to Flanking with Eiren.)
Attack: 23 or 25 for 11
Thirsting Blade: 13 or 25 for 14
Dread Ambusher: 24 or 17 for 21
Re-rolling lowest hit dmg for my Savage Attacker feat: 12

To be flanking you need to be on opposite sides (or corners) so you don't have advantage. Since all attacks have disadvantage the first attack is 23 which hits. Now all attacks against DB5 are normal until the end of it's next turn. The second attack hits, while the 3rd misses.
Tallis moves around the beast and attacks it with his greatsword in three dazzling slashes. The first two strikes hit while the third misses the target.
