((I'm so sorry I keep missing my turn in combat! Every time I check in during combat it's someone else's round and then I miss mine and—sorry about that, I'll check in more often so it doesn't keep happening.
Jubilant rubbed the back of her neck, wincing at the soreness in her body. "Glad to see the lot of you survived," she said, taking a seat. "That... Well, that whole thing went really really well! Right up until the moment it didn't." She would think back on the encounter, trying to see if she could recall what kind of spell, if any had caused things to turn south at the last moment. Arcana: 12 She would then quickly check her bag to see if Posie had survived the various catastrophes.

(No worries glad everything's okay. I know a lot of people are down with flu and stomach bugs)
You can't recall any spells of this type but can reason that it is a very powerful spell to reach multiple specific people from seemingly any distance.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jinara asks the group "Does that voice sound familiar to anyone?" While asking, he begins to recall any history he might have based on the words spoken and the voice heard. History Check 21
Zinmaer awakes from was a restless sleep and heads out to see how everyone is doing and to see if we know exactly what happened. He then sees that Gabriel has sit up in his bunk. "The Gods must need him in this world for reasons larger than we even know" Zinmaer then hears Jinara's question about the voice that is still heard in his mind. "The voice does not sound familiar to me, but then again I had been out of touch from the world for decades living at the monastery until just a few years ago."
(Only that Daegon has been mentioned in connection with Vaeril-god of the undead on multiple occasions over the last 3 years. You aren't sure it is his voice but upon thinking back his is the only name that comes to mind given the current situation)
(Just want to say that you caught me completely off guard with that escalation of events! Here I am thinking we are good to go and will easily escape unscathed. Is that ever the case? Maybe but not today!)
Mucor would get up and grab himself something to eat. Hearing the others talk about the voice they heard, the minotaur would speak up.. "The voice was familiar but I am having a hard time remembering where I heard it last...." He would say with a shrug before taking a large bite of food.
Gabriel groans and staggers out of bed, disoriented and aching. "Vaeril and now Daegon... these are dark times indeed." A brief flicker of pain flashes across his face as he recalls the woman and child from his dream, and he sees them once again consumed in fire. The moment is brief, and the next second his expression is as unreadable as ever. "I see that none of you hade the misfortune to fall off your griffons." He remarks.
(muhahahaha... depends on how you react to the encounters tactically and the rolls really)
(To ease the confusion and jog memories... Daegon, the hand of Vaeril, was mentioned initially when Mucor, Yera and Gabriel were interrogating the goblin in the cave. Mucor and Yera had a vision when they returned to Riverwood from the cave encounter and heard the same voice before speaking with Gillethe, goddess of redemption.)
JInara doesn't recall anything other than the name being connected to Vaeril. (one away on the tiered DC of info)
"Gabriel. What are we up against? How are these two names correlated. I know your mission is aimed to the destruction of Vaeril, so any background would help. I have heard Vaeril and Daegon by name only. Vaeril comes with some inherit background being a god and all, but learning the details of Daegon has been elusive."

She glanced over at Gabriel with an apologetic smile. "Must be a damn hardy fellow to survive something like that." She pauses, drumming her fingers on her knee anxiously as the conversation turns to the source of the voice. "We could ask the captain if this sort of thing has happened before, though I believe she'd have mentioned that," she mused, leaning back in her chair as she tried to recall if she'd ever read the name Daegon.

The priest approached slowly towards the group and places his hand on Gabriel muttering a few words and releasing a spell.
Gabriel, the aches of your arms and legs subside as the healing energy coarses through your body. Your torso and head still ache.
“You should probably continue to rest for the day. If you insist on getting out of here at least agree not to go into combat unless completely necessary. I know colonel Stoneheart would like to see you as soon as possible. Just take it easy, all of ya. You each had quite a rough night.”
The priest bows as he takes his leave to visit other injured soldiers.
Jubilant: You think back on your reasearch of the gods specifically Vaeril when you get a brief memory. In one of the older manuscripts you’ve read about the elder gods and goddesses you recall the story of an attempt to resurrect Vaeril through the use of powerful necromantic spells. The necromancers attempting this were all killed except for one who managed to escape thanks to the sacrifice of the others delaying their assassins. The account of these necromancers took place over 300 years ago and the name of the escaped elven sorcerer was Aemyra. Aemyra was searched for all across Telgun but never found.
At the rememberance of Aemyra you recall varying accounts regarding attacks by a elven sorcerer. One involving an orphanage. None of the children or teens were seen again. Then a similar record of an attack on a nearby library where a young apprentice named Daegon was taken after his Master was slain by the dark sorcerer. Daegon Tenebris was the son of a noble in the local town and the father was quite distraught over the kidnapping of his son. All of these recent accounts took place within the Azuven empire roughly 30 years ago. It was feared Aemyra was behind these attacks but it was never confirmed.
"I could carry you on my back... we could rig up a little harness for you and everything Gabriel" The minotaur would say with a smile and a snort. "I have seen many mothers carry their babies in similar harnesses, I am sure it would be fine!:
A look of horror flashes across Gabriel's countenance. "I appreciate the offer, Mucor, but that will be unnecessary." Gabriel groans and clutches at his throbbing head. "I know little of Daegon. Vaeril and my god, Zorin, are the deities I have knowledge of. I have heard him called the Hand of Vaeril, but I am not certain whether he is a deity or mortal. "
Zinmaer chuckles and shakes his head with a hint of disapproval while looking at Mucor briefly before looking towards the group. "We should make our way to see the Colonel. I'm interested to see what he knows and what he has in store for us next."

(The voice is familiar to Yera, Gabriel and Mucor.)
From your battles and dealings with the ongoing war you've heard the name Daegon mentioned in connection with Vaeril.

Has Jinara heard from his conversations over the last 3 years that Daegon speaks into people's minds?
