Grimm pushes past her allies, finally catching sight of the YELLOW goblin that she had baned earlier and gives her shield a light tap casting toll the dead at it!
She then drops back to the tunnel off on the side she just noticed as far back as she can then falling prone and putting her shield in front of her making her as small a target for the bowmen as she can.
/ DC 12 WIS save or 9 necrotic damage (don't forget the 1d4 Bane penalty to its save! :)
/ Grimm is giving advantage to melee attacks but disadvantage to ranged attacks, made against her.
The goblin grabs its head as Grimm’s spell sends its reverberations ringing silently. Blood begins to pour from the goblin’s eyes, nose, and ears before it collapses to hard to the ground.

As the number of goblins continued to steadily dwindle, one of them seemed to understand reason, but in a goblin way. A voice calls out from above. "We no trust you! You no fight fair with Grabha! We no put down weapons. You back off and let us leave. We keep human as shield until we out of cave. You get human after we out of cave. You no like deal? We kill human and then you!" The lone goblin on the ground floor begins running towards the stairs and up them!
I'd like you all to hold off on your Actions/Posts until I know for sure Zanigur's plan of action with his Readied Attack.
Zanigur unseats his arrow and holds his bow in a non-threatening pose. He speaks loudly. "Grabha did that to himself. He declared treachery when there was none, nullifying the deal that he had just made with us.
"You are in no position to bargain. We have already killed several of your clan, including your boss Klarq, with little effort. We also let one of yours go, the one by the name of Urag, since he was smart enough to know when to stop fighting. You can either choose to die here, or choose leave and keep your miserable lives—but our patience wears thin."
Nene runs up after Zanigur and shouts in goblin: "Leave the human with us and we'll let you go. We only want the human, I'll put this down as soon as we've got him." Nene keeps her bown drawn, pointing at the head of the goblin holding the human. Her smile is wide, but it shows her sharp canines.
There is a period of quiet murmuring coming from above before Sildar appears at the top of the stairs, still bound and gagged, but alone and looking quite nervous. He glances over his shoulder as he takes a tentative step down, then another as he continues to watch the goblins behind him. Then he is down the steps and hugging the wall behind him, using it as cover against the murderous creatures above and he quickly makes his way into the narrow tunnel behind Kara! He sags against the narrow tunnel wall and nearly collapses to the ground!
A goblin voice calls out, "Take him and begone! We want live. You say Urag still alive. Where Urag?"
Zanigur summarizes casually. “Urag led us here, gave us a rough count of your numbers, helped distract your sentries so that we could take them down without a fight, then ran off back down the trail, into the woods.”

Grimm gets up and brushes herself off, commenting, "I will need a proper bath after what I've been through today."
As she pats herself down, she casts cure wounds on herself (10)...
She then continues, "Kara and I can post as sentries on the bridge, while the rest of you and Sildar salvage what you can of the supplies in Klarq's den. Then, let's all leave through that path down we crossed over on the bridge - I don't want to go down the chimney and find myself covered in blood surrounded by hungry dire wolves."
She looks up at Sildar, "Don't worry - you're safe now... relatively speaking."
She turns and makes her way towards the bridge, leaving Klarq's club behind.
If Sildar is bleeding or looks properly injured, Zanigur will expend the minor amount of celestial energy he has, laying on his Healing Hands (1 hp) to transfer that energy to Sildar. “Let’s get you up and out of here,” he says, giving Sildar one of his food rations as well.
Kara looks to the goblins before she leaves, "I hope you will choose to walk a better path. It brings me no joy that so many had to die this day. I bid you farewell..."The paladin follows Grimm out to the bridge and watches as the goblins presumably leave the cave. She wonders about the odds of their return later and hopes they turn over a new leaf. Briefly, she recalls what Grimm muttered earlier and chuckled, "I could use a bath myself. Traveling in heavy armor has always given me a peculiar stink. Think a bathhouse might be in town?"

Nene stows her bow and claps her hands. "Well that worked like a charm!" She turns around to everyone and says with a big smile: "I'm Nene! I'm sorry I don't know all your names, but I know you're Puck's friends, so I'm sure you're great folks!" She pats Silder on the shoulder. "Let's get this one out of here and get to know each other on the way, eh?" After Kara and Grimm speak of bathing, she gently shakes out her fur. "Your plan sounds great, I could smell the stench of those wolves from far away. I'm not too fond of water, but I could sure do with a bit to eat."
The tabaxi leaves the cave and starts walking back along the tunnel, whistling to herself.
Grimm sighs, "Everyone, please, no time to chatter - especially with those goblins in the other room not going anywhere. If the three of you (Grimm looks at Zanigur, Puck and Nene as she speaks) are not going to search Klarq's storeroom for salvageable items, we should just leave. Either way, let's be quick about it."
From Awaypturwpn (currently having technical difficulties)...
“Were the tabaxi multiplying while I wasn’t paying attention?” Zanigur checks the supplies in the cave, and makes sure to take a couple blades from the fallen goblins if they look serviceable.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sildar sighs in relief as his bindings were removed and Zanigur pours even a little of his healing ability into the numerous wounds over his body. "Thank you all! I thought those vermin were going to be the end of me!" He quickly takes the rations and begins tearing at the ravenously as he is led away from the cavern. "You should not trust them at all. We should be away from here quickly. They sent Gundren away several days off to Cragmaw Castle, but I don't know what that is. We should hurry to Phandalin and not tarry here too long. I have much more information to share when we are safer." He joins Nene, Puck, and Zanigur as they go into Klarq's cavern.
As the group begins to examine the area, Puck spots a small glow of magic from behind the crates just as Nene's exceptionally keen eyes notice a small chest hidden away within the numerous crates and sacks which all bear the symbol of a blue lion. Inside the chest is a large number of copper and silver pieces, two vials of a vibrant blue liquid, and a small jade statuette of a frog with tiny golden orbs in the eye socket. Puck quickly determines that the vials are the source of the magical aura. Further examination of the supplies gives the group pause... the goods are very bulky and they will not be able to haul it back to Phandalin without the cart. Sildar looks over the dead goblins strewn about the cavern and takes one of the swords and a bow with some arrows. "I'd feel better with mine own weapons, but these thieving bastards took everything and sent it off with Gundren."
Coinage is equal to 600cp, 110 sp. The potions are Potion of Healing. The statuette can be appraised with an Intelligence check.
Puck kneels down in front of the crates and sacks, studying the symbol while scratching the fur on his chin. After a few seconds, he pulls a ruddy looking leather-bound book wrapped in twine out of his pack, unties it, and begins flipping through the pages. He stops on a page, and his eyes dart back and forth between the book and the symbol. He chuckles to himself.
"Well, it's a good thing I write every damn thing down."
Puck turns the books around and shows the page to his companions. On it, they see a crudely-sketched approximation of the same symbol, with the words "Lionshield Coster" scribbled below it.
"Came across these guys in Neverwinter. Big shipping operation outta Phandalin. The folks I saw were making a return trip; Goblins must have stopped them like they tried to stop us. Probably worth paying them a visit when we arrive and lettin them know where their goods are."
Puck surveys the crates and surveys, looking for something he can leverage as evidence of their findings.
"We should grab as much as we can easily carry in one trip, and leave the rest. We shouldn't dilly-dally."
Kara, after possibly having a one-sided conversation with Puck, has her interest drawn toward Sildar after she settles in with the fact there are now two cats in the party. "So our employer was dragged off someplace else. I've not heard of this Cragmaw Castle, but perhaps once we are in town we can ask some of the people for help on it's whereabouts."
About the crates... "Let's leave the crafts for that other group's recovery. We should try to hit Phandalin before it is too dark to make adequate progress in our search for Gundren. I'm worried for the poor dwarf... Why would they run off with him?"
Kara will agree to whatever the majority decides with regards to the crates and is otherwise ready to hit the road.

“I say we take the coins and other sundry valuables now, but with the goblin savages remaining in this cave, it might not be the wisest idea to send the Lionshield Coster back here...at least, not without a guard. It could be a way for us to earn more pay...after we find Gundren, of course.”
