Soodi licks Scupper...
"Aw for the love of...listen, I didn't bring ya here for social niceties. Time to earn your way in this crew."
Scupper will take some rope that Vaz uses to tie himself to Soodi and tie it to the pack of bodies. Then after introductions are finished...
"Let's get these off te streets eh?"
Yes! I think it's time we paid the Thornton woman another visit en masse. Will you be joining us, my lady? You are clearly a force to be reckoned with.
"Well if they see a dozen o' theren fought a dozen o' ourn... it'll at least give 'em pause but I don't want the town being brought to bear for this now that I see our handiwork. So we'll lead them on a merry chase out of town first. You heard that you unpleasant beast o' burden. Out. Of. Town."
Scupper begins to lead the camel out of town dragging the bodies behind.
To the townsfolk..."Anyone here if'n Redbrands come, jest send em after us Out Of Town... because that's the way we left. Be best if ya were hazy about the large numbers but we're not trying to make trouble for ya. Do what ye have to."
"Now we'll have te find a way back te that house or make do in the woods but on the downlow. If these folks get pressured, they'll crack and they should for their sake...but someone'll bring te boss and I'd like us to have someone hidden to get a look at all dis."
Dario, finished what his pathetic attempt at covering their tracks, walks over to Scupper, Vaz, and Dekhan and over hears their plan. Confused he looks at Scupper and Dekhan and says, "who's this Thornton and what place are sneaking off too? Sorry, I was busy in the temple up over there before those Red-bastards decided to drop in on us." Dario then looks behind Vaz towards Soodi and Zoria and gives the centaur a nod. "
Zoria looks to Daran, "If his pockets are deep enough, I'll go wherever is desired of me. Though, spending time with some new people might be fun. I can think of a few ways for us to pass the time on the road."
Zoria shoots finger guns at Dario with an off-kilter wink.

The halfling referred to as Hester nods vigrously. Yes, out of town, take this trouble and go, and don't come back. We've enough trouble here already, thanking you kindly. He storms back to the building he had come from originally.
Sildar looks around, watching as Scupper and Soodi begin to pull the bodies out of town. Then he turns to Dario and Dekhan as they are still standing together. These are good people. Just scared. They can help, if you let them. He turns, and follows Hester.
Sister Garaele, seeing that the confrontation appears to be done, seems deflated. She walks over to Daran, but he waves her away. I can make my own way home, Garaele. I might pop in on Linene, and see what's got her so ornery today, and maybe if it's different to what has her ornery every other day. Garaele nods, looks at Dario, Incantis and Vaz, and seems lost for what to say. I hope the Lady favours you, is what she comes up with, before turning and walking back towards her temple.
Daran stands slowly, and walks to Zoria; his leg is clearly paining him a little, but he manages to walk okay. Come and speak to me again later, if you wish. I've promised you a reward, and you'll have it. If you and these folks decide you want to face the Redbrands in their nest, well, perhaps we'll speak of that too. There's folks in this town who can, and will, pay to see them gone. Hester's one, believe it or not, but there's others too.
OOC: Quick question, about what "time" is it? I don't need an exact time, but is the sun out or is it getting late?

I feel like we are meant to be doing a "Three Amigos"... Are we meant to be doing a "Three Amigos"? Rally the town, build ingenious but strangely non lethal traps, impress the girl etc
Ok, if we are going out of town I just need to quickly do something.
Varinth peels off with his keg and wineskin toward the Inn, for refueling.
I just 2 of my spell slots for healing in that battle, so if we left today, that puts me at a real disadvantage and turns me into a beat stick because I have good offense and high AC, but my spell slots give great support.
"I say, we heed Daran's advice and figure out how many of this population will offer gold for us ridding this town of the Redbrands," Zoria starts. "The more benefactors the better! We can go door to door, it can almost be like holiday caroling! Then we can leave in the morning once we have good support. Actually, does anyone know where their headquarters most likely are?"

Varinth, you find in innkeeper Tolben Stonehill standing on the porch of his inn, telling his young son to remain where he is and not to attempt to leave. He is startled when you approach: Yes, sir. Did you forget something? Your rooms have not yet been cleaned, I'm afraid, he says apologetically.
Scupper, are you and Soodi heading north out of town (the way you came in), or in a different direction?
Zoria, by the time you ask this final question, all of the townspeople have already left to their various homes or other locations. The five of you stand in the street, with Scupper taking Soodi out of town, and Varinth headed towards the inn.
Collection? They called names! All will die. Principle. But not at same time.
He gestures at his bloodied shoulder.
Gotta fight clevs. Deadbrands got no range. Vantage.
Don't worry. We're all a bit diminished after that fight. And some of us are beatsticks even at full strength :(
They had two attacks per round each . A melee standup fight will get us killed. We need an edge.

Mornin again Mr Tolbin, sorry about the Brouhaha. Seems your town bullies have taken their first black eye though, so, good... I suppose. Um, So looks like we are going to head out of town, try and keep this thing away from you kind folk. Could I bother you for a bit of mead or perhaps wine? Enough to fill this waterskin and small keg? Seeing the look on Tolbins face, They are a thirsty lot. He smiles. In his heart of hearts he knows he's not fooling anyone. He fiddles with his purse. He becomes somber.
Do you have a spot for the boy? Well hidden? Gods, he's not much younger than me. What am I doing?
Strategy is to cast Shield of Faith on myself, bringing my AC to 20 and get right in the middle of all of them. I can use my wrath of the storm to do some damage as a reaction, beat them with my warhammer or word of radiance if I get too surrounded, while you guys have a ranged ambush?
"Do you think more will come into town and we can set up an ambush? Anyone who has anything ranged can hide atop the roofs of houses while I take all of their attention, along with anyone else with good reflexes or armor. Little by little as more groups enter the city we can take them out, then when we've finally dwindled their forces to minute numbers, then that's when we make the big bucks!" Zoria's eyes briefly turn into dollar signs.

I'm find with dwindling numbers but right now we need rest, some more'n others. Time te think and regroup.
Scupper would have taken the fastest path out of town based on the map and the fight. No idea whether thats N, W, S, E.
I'm going to say Scupper and Soodi take the path south out of town, given that he's been down almost to the southern edge of town.
Varinth, you may have to run to catch up with the others.

I wouldn’t say no to some rest. Indeed a standup fight doesn’t seem like it would go in our favor. I will stand with Zaria to draw their attention. I’ll be sure to bring my shield to bear this time. How could we lead them into this trap? Speaking of traps, I have caltrops and ball bearings if we’d care to utilize them.
