Strix feints a thrust with his staff, the shaft passing harmlessly between Iarno's body and weapon, then twists as he attempts to wrest the glass staff from Glasstaff's grasp.

Rules for Disarm (from DMG):
Disarm
A creature can use a weapon attack to knock a weapon or another item from a target’s grasp. The attacker makes an attack roll contested by the target’s Strength (Athletics) check or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If the attacker wins the contest, the attack causes no damage or other ill effect, but the defender drops the item.
The attacker has disadvantage on its attack roll if the target is holding the item with two or more hands. The target has advantage on its ability check if it is larger than the attacking creature, or disadvantage if it is smaller.
I'll interpret 'weapon attack' to include a monk's unarmed strike, so your attack is 2 + 5 = 7
Glasstaff sees your attack and attempts to keep a firm hold of his staff - Acrobatics4
The glass staff goes clattering down and lands at below, right in front of Incantis. As you would expect of an almost certainly magic item, it is undamaged from the fall.
Glasstaff is absolutely furious, and lets out a cry of anger and fear as his staff is ripped from him. Another beast - keep away from me.
He stands, and grabs at Dekhan, casting Shocking Grasp as he does so: 1016 (advantage because of metal armour). Dekhan, you feel a tingle as a touch of electricity seems to pass through you, but the spell fails. (Thanks for the correction, Nunberry)
Glasstaff is now panicking, and uses his action to attempt to break the grapple. Acrobatics11

Zoria, the wizard in his panic seems unable to get out of your grip. He's floundering, snarling. He seems cornered.
Dekhan, your weapon hits, and hard. Your sword shines with holy light as it slashes a wide gash, almost cutting a large chunk of his robe completely off, and drawing a spurt of blood. Welcome back! No, the disadvantage is due to Glasstaff being prone; I don't think there's anything that cancels it out.
I only rolled 1 higher so it doesn't matter anyway, but I wasn't sure if he was restrained or anything at this point.

Sorry, I can't find where he stood up? Is the wizard not still prone?
