Strix, whatever the wizard was trying to do, it fails - almost as if the attack couldn't find a proper target between the fractured minds in your head.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Strix thrusts his spear at Z10 8 (assume that's a miss) then uses its head as a springboard 9 (another miss?) to back flip off the wall and land at M9 (no net movement but puts him to the right of the wall if the Wiz starts shooting)
Strix, both of those attacks hit. Please roll damage.
(Zombies have very low AC. I also went back and corrected Dekhan's Opportunity Attack, which also hit.)
Scupper, your rapier punctures the zombie's heart, though it seems less upset about this than most living souls would be. You are able to disengage and move to E13.
With his left eye blinking a little slower than his right, Varinth takes in the situation with all the wisdom of tree bark. He looks at Scupper as he slinks around him, his head bobbling.
He turns to the zombie HeY! OcCUPieD BOyO!!
and with a little awkwardness due to his current urination, twists and let's loose a Burning Hands into the zombies face
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The orcs don't have bows - they have javelins, though. At the moment they are all holding their melee weapons and seem intent on charging into battle, but they are likely to accept Dekhan's orders.
Varinth, you see the zombie burn, stagger, and fall to the ground.

Group I: Kosst, Jukk and Vroh
Kosst and Jukk rush in to attack the nearest zombies they can see, while Vroh (using the orcs' bonus action dash feature) races around the tent to come in from the side.
Kosst on Zombie 6: Attack: 13 Damage: 10
Jukk on Zombie 10: Attack: 13 Damage: 12
Vroh on Zombie 2: Attack: 14 Damage: 12
All attacks hit. Zombie 10, already weakened by Strix, crumples to the ground.
6
Group J: Zombies 9 to 12.
Zombie 10 is dead, and Zombies 9, 11 and 12 are all turned and attempt to flee. Dekhan, you can take an Opportunity Attack against Zombie 11 as it moves away.
Group A: Incantis Group B: Oggor, Morg and Fekar Group C: Zoria Group D: Zombies 1, 2 and 4. Group E: Zombies 5-8. Group F: Dekhan Group G: Harun Kost Group H: Scupper, Strix and Vaz Group I: Kosst, Jukk and Vroh Group J: Zombies 9, 11 and 12.
Seeing the Red Wizard's chant and attempted invocation of his ally, Incantis' mind flies to memories of elders of his cult, and the way they maintained central physic control of all they enthralled. He looks around at his allies assailing the zombies and doubles down on his attacks on the mage. Reflecting on the previous failure of his physic assault, Incantis instead scrambles on top of the debris in J12 to get a better view of combat. With a sardonic grin at the orcs nearby, the half-elf lets loose an eldritch blast on the wizard.
Attack: 18 Damage: 8
As the crackling violet bolt streaks toward Harun, its percussive perturbance of the air around it is accompanied in Dekhan's mind by a droning chant of bardic inspiration.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Incantis, your blast of force energy slams into the Red Wizard and does a serious amount of damage; he looks shocked, and furious. Then alarmed, as he surveys his much-depleted zombie forces.
Group B: Oggor, Morg and Fekar
The three orcs roar as they charge towards the nearest zombies. Oggor moves to K7, Morg to L7 and Fekar to L8.
Oggar on Zombie 7: Attack: 19 Damage: 4
Morg on Zombie 6: Attack: 25 Damage: 11
Fekar on Zombie 6: Attack: 22 Damage: 11
Morg's attack misses and he grunts angrily, but the others connect. The zombies are hardy, though, and are taking the hits.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I just saw that one of the orc's name was Morg, so sidenote - I wrote a fantasy novel in senior year high school into my first year of college and I had a goblin character named Morg. I thought that was kind of cool lol
Zoria waves her warhammer, as her gold coin follows her motion, attacking the red wizard: Bonus Action: Attack: 14 Damage: 9
Zoria stows her warhammer, then looks the red wizard in the eye and snaps her fingers to cast Shatter on him (Wisdom Save - DC 13 - 19 Thunder Damage), or in a space that would include as many of zombies 2, 5, 7, and 8 as possible. It's a 10 ft sphere, so if it is 10 ft from the red wizard, then that should work how I'm intending.
Zoria, the coin bashes Harun from behind, and he slips; he stands again, but sways as he does so. He's in really bad shape, as you cast Shatter. It hits the Red Wizard, and also Zombies 2, 5, 7 and 8, while missing all your allies. Please roll 3d8 for damage.
I edited the post and added the incorrect "Wisdom Save" but you rolled Con, so we're all good there. I'd change it, but because it comes before the roll I made in the post I don't want it to say I manipulated it, but it's 10 thunder damage.

21 Thunder Damage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good thing you reminded me lol there should be some kind of tally for bardic inspiration die on a character sheet. I know it only lasts a minute (I think), but still!! That would be a very helpful reminder!
Good point. We've used it some, but I think I only got inspiration as Asher, and then during the drunken redbrand scene in the tavern is the last I saw. But I'm glad to know it lasts 10 minutes!
Strix, whatever the wizard was trying to do, it fails - almost as if the attack couldn't find a proper target between the fractured minds in your head.
Group H is up: Scupper, Strix and Vaz
Strix thrusts his spear at Z10 8 (assume that's a miss) then uses its head as a springboard 9 (another miss?) to back flip off the wall and land at M9 (no net movement but puts him to the right of the wall if the Wiz starts shooting)
Strix, Shifter Shadow Monk in Lost Mines of Phandelver ¦ Sihegiall Human Soulknife Rogue in In Search of Molly McGuffin
Given the sudden interest of zombie 3, scupper foregoes drawing his bow, and instead will attack with rapier. Attack: 14 Damage: 8
Vaz! One o' these deaduns' is coming round the corner! Set the fecker on fire!
Using cunning action (can I widthdraw to E13 and duck?)
Vaz is up.
Damage for spear 8 and foot 4

Do the orcs have bows?

I can't see a roll in the post at all, I'm afraid. Please just make a new post with a fresh roll.
Great spell! Keep in mind Dekhan & Zoria have a d6 inspiration die.

10 minutes actually! it's guidance that only lasts 1. We also haven't been using inspiration afaik, so you could tally the box near the top right
