I got you. So dark orange, Strix is largely in control of his actions and words, and light orange, his inner animal part is coming out and changes his speech patterns and actions?
Other way round. The "suppression system" can't speak well, is a little amoral but mostly well intentioned - he's been driving for most of the game until he got a bang on the head. The id can speak reasonably well, but wants to fight everyone one, make sweet love to hot angry goblin ladies and (and this is Asher's fault) turn all his enemies into merchandise to sell at his soon-to-be-opened artisan craft store empire. Good strix Orange, bad strix dark orange.

Is this Yeemik’s tribe? Are you so weak as to slink away with your tail betwixt your legs while Klarg takes what is yours by right? Will you not stand with us to reclaim what has been stolen from you? What will they say of Yeemik in the years to come? That he was a coward who fled like a beaten cur? Or that he was mighty and led his people with strength and cunning when they were threatened and seized back what was rightfully theirs? If you run today you are weak. And how is weakness dealt with by goblins? With death. One of your own people will slit your throat rather than be led by a simpering lickspittle who lacks the iron to rule. Fight with us! Show your people the chose well when they chose to follow you. Or flee and die.

Dekhan, Yeemik seems to be responding to your impassioned speech, but then he tenses; he's seen Dario readying an arrow, and his hand grips his scimitar tighter; you see a trickle of blood from Sildar's throat. No. Goblins no fight. Goblins weak, yes. Not fight Klarg. We make deal. You fight. We give human. We leave. Go. Go fight Klarg. GO!!! He screams this last word. The goblins around him are beginning to believe there's no peaceful solution to this; their hands move to their weapons, though they do not draw them yet. Yeemik's shout echoes through the cave and fades to silence; there seems to be a drawn out pause, as everything balances on a knife edge.
How is Sildar positioned? would he take fall damage if dropped?
If he were simply released and fell to the ground, he wouldn't take any damage, and he's not near any sharp drops or dangerous things to fall upon. But he's very badly wounded, and any kind of injury might be fatal.
At the sight of the other goblins on their weapons, Asher grips his glaive with both hands, but looks to the group. He whispers to Scupper and Dario, "I don't care for this Sildar fellow. After all it is Rockseeker who is our benefactor. However, maybe we could get more money if we can say that we saved his life. Otherwise, I'll kill all of the goblins. You guys decide."
Maybe we jest kill you and let your tribe decide what they'd like to do

The goblin standing at the top of the stairs makes a sudden movement towards Yeemik, and before he can act, she grabs his weapon hand and wrenches it away from Sildar's throat. She swings her other hand, now a fist, at Yeemik's jaw: Attack: 20 Damage: 3.
She misses, and Yeemik is able to recover, bring his scimitar round for an attack on her: Attack: 12 Damage: 8. It cuts into her shoulder and she screams.
The goblin standing nearest to them roars in anger and draws his scimitar, striking against Yeemik: Attack: 17 Damage: 8. This also misses, and the goblin backs off, still intent upon attacking Yeemik it seems.
It appears for a moment that the goblins have forgotten you are there.
Maybe we jest kill you and let your tribe decide what they'd like to do

Asher charges forward and attacks Yeemick (if he's within range [40ft, 30 movement 10 weapon], otherwise he stays still). Idk if I can get a hit in with my glaive pommel too? I'll include both anyways:
Glaive Attack: Attack: 20 Damage: 11
Great Weapon Fighting: If the damage is 1 or 2 use the following roll, otherwise ignore: 5
Glaive Pommel: Attack: 19 Damage: 5
Great Weapon Fighting: If the damage is 1 or 2 use the following roll, otherwise ignore: 4
Asher runs forward as the goblins face off against each other; unnoticed, he comes within range and Yeemik's head is separated from his body. The body slumps to the ground, and the head drops next to Sildar, whose eyes are wide and now more alert than before.
Asher, do you direct the pommel attack at one of the other goblins, or do you hold off?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Dario nods at Asher, "I think we should wait first before we make any rash moves,"but then Dario, seeing the Goblins attack Yeemik, take his long bow and fires a shot at the Goblin holding Sildar hostage.
Asher, you guess this is where they keep prisoners, and you don't see Gundren here.

Asher only attacks Yeemick, no other goblins. If the pommel is unneeded then he doesn't do so. Just decapitates Yeemick like a boss lol
