Looking around this cave, you can see that it is Klarg's lair and has been set up for his tastes. On the south wall are crates and stacks of goods, no doubt captured from passing traders - his trophies to enjoy. In the centre is the warming fire, with mats around it for him to relax. On the wall near you hangs a pair of manacles; you are certain that when a prisoner is kept for Klarg's amusement, they are chained here. The area around the manacles has not been disturbed in recent days; the dirt on the ground shows no footprints, no sign of movements. Nor does Klarg's body language indicate there is anyone with him in the dark corner where he is lurking. You are certain that if Gundren Rockseeker was ever in this room, it was very briefly, and he is not here now.
If i made two tugs and was pulled up, from up top, would i still be able to see goblin 4 and take a shot with bow? I'm essentially being lifted so am i making any real move besides tugging on the rope?
I decided to make 'being lowered on a rope' similar to 'climbing a rope', except without any particular skill check - so it consumes movement. That's not RAW - RAW I think would involve the three goblins holding the rope being on the initiative order, and just seemed very complicated to me. I'm open to suggestions for how it might be handled better, but we can try that in the next fight.
So if you want to pull the rope twice and get raised up, you only have five feet of movement left. You can either go up just five feet, or you could use dash to get the whole way (consuming your action). From the very top, you wouldn't be able to see Goblin 4 or anything else in the room, at least not from any angle where you could also draw your bow.
You get one free interaction with an object, so that can be untying the rope - the assumption is that you tied the knot yourself to be very easy for you to untie...
Scupper unties the rope and remains very still, waiting for a moment before attempting to move across the cave
On his next action he will attempt to stealth through the cave, staying close to the wall and sneaking up on the wolf his action will be to toss the rock with the light cantrip back towards Klarg in hopes of giving away the bigbears position without showing his own. Stealth roll 26
Ranged throw 16 I don't see rules on this and I'm not trying to hit him...just near him.
"Goblin with bow. Shoot Klarg, let you live! Rats honour! We fight own battles" Strix calls to Goblin 4 as he leaps, pirouettes and brings his staff to bear on Goblin 3 6 (for 6 dmg).
His momentum carries him forward (all the way to Gob4 if that last strike hit and took out gob3) but he leaves his foot extended like a slightly cheesy flail (hit 21 for 4 dmg)
Hmmm... Not great rolls. On the off chance the bonus damage is enough, maybe close on G4 to force disadvantage with the bow?
Edit : not sure what happened but adding the spoiler above messed up the rolls. First hit should be a natural 1, 2nd was a 16 I think. Also, never mind the movement, the next post was already written by the time I added it and it puts Strix out
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Goblin 3 dodges the staff, and then looks confused to Goblin 4, wondering why the strange attacker is speaking to his friend in this way. As a result, Strix's foot catches Goblin 3 by surprise, and it takes the blow to its head. Its head is twisted round, and you hear the pathetic snap of its neck; it falls to the ground.
Goblin 3 is dead. Goblin 4, seeing Strix kill Goblin 3, cries out in anger and looses an arrow at him. Attack: 22 Damage: 8. The arrow hits, and Strix crumples to the ground, only moments after Goblin 3, making a heap of bodies on the floor.
Incantis is up next; now that Goblins 2 and 3 are both dead, the action you posted earlier might not make sense, so let me know what you'd like to do.
Bear in mind that all the kill the rats stuff is enough to tell you all that Klarg is in the cave somewhere, but only Scupper and Klarg's allies actually know where he is. Anyone else can make a perception check to try to find him, but that would be your full action.

OOC: Should this make sense when his turn comes about, Varinth does the following;
Varinth acts before he thinks. He dives over the unconscious body of Strix trying to protect him from further arrows. If he finds he has enough time (Action) he points at the offending goblin (4) and, with tears welling in his eyes, shouts FTUMPCH!

On his turn Dek will move to Strix’s side and launch a javelin at gob 4 or ripper of g4 is dead. Hold on my friend! You’ll not fall this day! Not while I draw breath! Eyes blazing, Dekhan puts every ounce of light bolstered strength he has into his javelin throw. To hit 15 damage 7

Updated map:
Is it plainly clear that the dwarf is not here? Not behind or under Klarg?
You can't see him at the moment. You can make a Perception check to be more sure, but that will be your action.

What about just untying the rope?

Wolfie moves next to Opo, but doesn't see a clear way through the mess of bodies into the cave and just stays put, growling.
Ripper is still keen to stay away from the rolling ball of flame, and edges towards Goblin 4, taking no further action this round.

In which square is my ball of flames?
Vaz's burning ball lies against the south-west wall of the cave (E10).
