On his turn Dekhan will bellow with eyes blazing a preternatural green Take heart, friends, we have them now! Bring the beasts to their knees! He will then move to flank Klarg at E9 and, with another roar, drop his shield and bring his sword up in both hands shouting Back to the darkness, cur! And bring his blade down, hopefully cleaving through fur, sinew, and bone.
Attack 24 Versatile long sword damage 5
Oh snap! Natty 20!
When you go into the dice roller, there is a tab at the top for combat. If you do that, when you roll a natural 20 for a critical, it automatically rolls double dice. Just so you know!

Thank you! As I said, I’m a noob.
No problem at all! I was just letting you know! [insert thumbs up emoji] lol
Varinth turns his attention to the downed Strix. Seeing the arrow sticking from his chest;
ohshitohshitohshitohshit
Varinth tries to stem the flow of blood from Strixs chest, careful to avoid disturbing the arrow. He vaguely remembers Pintok the Trapper telling someone that you should never remove the arrow as that will make things worse. Blood welling up between his fingers, Varinth looks for something to use as gauze. Where is my jerkin?
Not any more, no. :) Though that kicks in at the end of his turn, I believe. (Edit: Apparently not, you revive at the start of your turn and have your full movement and action, though you start prone.)
Also you should have advantage on that attack role
Yes. You were hidden, and you are flanking, so advantage. I wasn't originally planning on doing flanking, but now that we're using maps, we may as well.
Klarg roars in pain as the previously unseen Scupper suddenly appears behind him, grinning, and impales him on his rapier. He doesn't pierce any vital organs, but it's clear that Klarg is not doing well as Scupper withdraws his weapon; Klarg is not at death's door, but he's not far from it either.
Asher only fell moments ago, but there is a gasping intake of breath as his still form jerks and his eyes open wide.
Asher, apparently death saving throws happen at the start of your turn, so rolling a natural 20 brings you to consciousness and you still have your full movement and action this round. You are currently prone. What would you like to do?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Scupper:
Sorry, this is what I meant. I used Asher's modifiers, but whatever it would be for Scupper. That way your Sneak Attack is included and would reroll all of the dice if you roll a 20, which becomes more likely if you have advantage, which you normally do for sneak attack.
So yeah, Asher will stand back up from the brink of death, wipes blood from his mouth.
Action: Glaive Attack - Attack: 18 Damage: 8
Great Weapon Fighting: If a 1 or 2 is rolled for damage, use the following roll, otherwise ignore: 9
So, as a reminder, Asher falls from a blow. While he's down, the memories of his reasons for being here flood his mind. He touches the goblin ears he has in his pockets and when he opens his eyes, he's back on his feet, not remembering how to got there. He points his glaive at Klarg, "You will not be the one who claims my life bugbear!" He explodes out with a yell [Second Wind] and charges at Klarg and with a quick strike of his glaive he decapitates the bugbear throwing his head into the air as he kicks the body backwards to fall on the ground as he catches the head of Klarg by the hair on its fall back down. He holds it up to his allies and cheers!

As for initiative order, Scupper is up next.
Scupper will attempt to sneak attack on Klarg. (He has two goblin opponents within 5 feet?)
Attack Attack: 11 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
If he can make that attack from D7 that's preferred. If not then D9. Not sure if I set up the damage dice correctly but I'll find out when it posts
Attack role was right, damage didn't work. You would normally have something like this:
(And sneak attack is always a separate roll.)
Also you should have advantage on that attack role
Incantis, half-elf warlock (great old one) 4/bard 1 ● Thorok Earthhand, hill dwarf mountain druid 6/grave cleric 2
Cragmyre Ironseed, earth genasi ancestral barbarian 3 ● Cyrus Natriallae, aquatic half-elf warlock of the deep 3

Test Sneak Attack Dice
Attack: 19 Damage: 12

You can include your sneak attack by doing the damage as 1d8+1d6 or whatever it is, that way if you crit, the damage will be crazy lol
