Beetle and Zyltris carefully lead the way through the cooper doors. The room before them is the manors dusty ancient crypt. Three large stone sarcophagi line the walls, a human skeleton clad in bits of rusty mail propped against each. False columns along the walls are carved in the image of spreading oak trees. Doors exit the room from the northwest and northeast. A low pitched hum fills the chamber. The skeletons move slowly in situ as they guard the sarcophagi - the disguised parties entrance doesn't seem to bother them.
Serak: Whispering quietly to the others, Serak says, "I can't picture Morthen's family making it over the pit. We will need to hope the other direction is more manageable.
Searching the room for traps first, he then inspects the sarcophagi, to see what the skeletons are guarding. Afterward, he says, "It seems the skeletons are not hostile. Perhaps we should leave them and what they guard until we've explored more?

"Agreed," Beetle says, "Lets go by and leave this room undisturbed. I will have to return and banish these skeletons though...Tyr would not approve otherwise if I left known undead to roam."
Serak: Serak whispers, "The northwestern door likely leads to the pathway Iarno suggested. Shall we try the northeastern door? Or make sure the path to the hidden door is clear first? Lead on, Sir Beetlejuice."

Checking the tombs as they pass, Serak noitces that the stone lid of each sarcophagus is carved to depict the person entombed within. Two human males and one human female, all of noble bearing. The skeletons stare straight ahead as the red cloaked allies carefully pass them by towards the north eastern door. Before heading inside, Beetle takes a moment to check the others are ready.
OOC: Beetle, are you happy to go ahead into the next room?
Leading the way through the doorway, Beetle steps into a long room, partitioned into three areas by iron bars. Filthy straw lines the floors of the two cells at either end of the room, the hinged doors of which are secured by chains and padlocks. A pair of disheveled human women are held in the cell to the south, while a human boy is confined to the north. All are dressed in plain gray tunics and have iron collars fitted around their necks. Beside the cells, three redbrands stand taunting the prisoners, turning suddenly as Beetle enters the round. A fourth redbrand, sifting through a pile of discarded clothes, carelessly thrown against the opposite wall, also swings around as the door opens.

Serak: Moving directly west of Brots to get line of sight through the door, the bard says, "So... are you dumb enough to believe we're new recruits, come to relieve you of guard duty?"
Listening against the door, Syna too hears the same sounds as Serak. The deep rumble of an empty lifeless chamber and an occasional deathly rattle.
OCC: lifeless.. Deathly...5 will getcha 20, it's undead...
We open the door, and I light up just on the other side, I think. Agree?

"Lets see what lies NE..." Beetle moves towards the door keeping an eye on the skeletons in case they stir.

Yes, we are ready to go in, i would say same as before Zel and me lead the way and try to hold anything at bay.

If Syna can make it through the door, I will attack R3 with Create Bonfire. And try to keep the Rs out of the cell.

Zyltris will move in towards Beetle and attack the nearest redbrand (assuming they will move some since I have the last turn).
Attack 10
Damage 12
OOC: Syna, you have a choice of squares you can end your turn in. South of Beetle puts you in least danger so I will end it there if that’s ok?
Other options are beside the North cell door - open to attacks from R1 and R2
or the rooms centre square - open to attacks from R1, R2, R3, R4
You could make it to the top right square as well, but then have two opportunity attacks to face to get there
Brots is going to take aim at S1 and release an arrow into the skeletons open chest. Attack: 26 Damage: 6
