(J'Anna, the only spot you'd be able to get to that would take you out of the 60' breath is way in the back kinda behind Halizthan at F4. That would put you at a range of 80')

Felicity Moves up to get in range and cast swats at the dragon with her paw o' force for 9 dmg. Backing up the rest of her movement, draws her bow and sinks an arrow into a soft spot at the dragons leg joint for another19 dmg She ends up almost back where she started at D9
The dragon starting to tire of these little creatures harassing her takes a legendary action and swipes her tail at Rend

Rend will leap over the tail as it swipes at him and roll around behind the dragon (Not leaving her range so I don't promote a AOO). Once behind the dragon, Rend will begin to laugh. "OH no dragon... pleeaaase don't hurt me... I am just a weak sickly kobold... " The kobold would say with a toothy grin as he shakes his shield and spear in what is obviously a mocking fear. "Please don't try hurt me like your dead mate.... The mate that died because he was weak and pathetic ..."

Hailzthan will begin to move his hands and suddenly a strange hound will suddenly appear next to the dragon as Hakizthan summons a Hound of Ill Omen. After that he will attack with A Chill Touch, a skeletal hand for ing near the dragon as he does so.
An inky shadow in the shape of a large wolf appears next to the dragon just before a spectral hand latches onto the back the dragons neck causing 17 dmg
The dragon roars out as a 20-foot-high, 5-foot-radius geyser of magma erupts from the cavern under Halizthan. Each creature in the geyser’s area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or suffer 26 fire damage
1/2 damage on pass. (remember buffs)

(Yeah, the roller has some limitations with buffs up. There probably is a way but I'm not sure on that one either. About it being your turn or the hounds. It is actually the summoned creatures turn. If it had rolled over Halizthans initiative it would have to wait until next turn, or if it had a lower dex then it would go after you but.. yup, it's hounds action. If it does something that would change your attack J'Anna you can change it, otherwise I'll do yours after)
So that brings action to Halizthan and the shadow hound.

The hound tries to bite as soon as it appears and misses. Halizthan making his save manages to avoid the main blast of magma erupting from the floor but still suffers 13 dmg.
J'anna launches her beam attacks. The first one hitting the dragon along the body, the second missing but the third hitting it right in the corner of it's mouth causing her to roar out in pain. Total damage of 51 ! Nice hit!
The dragon uses another legendary action and standing up on it's hind legs starts to beat it's wings. Each creature within 10 feet of the dragon must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or take 32 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
It takes to the air and flies 40' towards the tunnel above the hole in the cave. It's now 50' in the air at the edge of the hole at J5 (That also takes her turn) So Felicity is up.
