She slaps the wall in frustration, then turns to advance a few paces back down the hall, so she is the first person anybody following would encounter. "Going through seems preferable to going back," she suggests, unhelpfully.

Gruun stealths back up the tunnel where they came looking to see if they had been followed.

 Zane is rather content, "Feels good to choose our own path for a change. Following others' tips or suggestions or footsteps has only led to everyone getting killed so far."

Gruun sees no sign of pursuit. You seem to have lost the slaadi for now.

"If nobody has a way through, we should go back. This wall may have been built to keep anyone from escaping the massacre above."

Gruun takes out the piece of paper he recieved from Fumble and see if any writing has appeared on it.

Hox starts to kick at the wall, "Break break it."

Attack: 11 Damage: 0

No writing has appeared on Gruun's paper. Hox's kicks seem to have little effect on the stone.

Zane is severely disappointed as seemingly the first time that they got to pick their own path it led to a dead end.

"We're still alive though, lets see where the other tunnels lead? There is the option to rest as well though, but it seemed like Fumbles wanted us to make haste."

"Lets make haste to another tunnel before pitting ourselves against a wall. If we can I would like to avoid Elric, we have seen him but I have yet to trust him."

"No, break wall. Toads and cheese man back there, no want them." Hox takes out his dagger and hits the hilt against the wall. 

Killian

"I have little interest in going back either, little dragon, but we must. This wall will stop or delay us, and either could prove to be our end." She will move swiftly back to the intersection, checking down the passage they came from, to make sure no slaadi are coming yet.

Killian returns to the intersection after a few minutes of backtracking. As she turns a corner, she sees the four-way split has been occupied. Three of these "death slaadi" that tore Fumbles apart are standing in the middle of the intersection, conversing with two slightly smaller, but equally terrifying red slaadi.

Killian

She backs around the corner again, turning to anyone who came with her and indicating quiet. Then she holds up five fingers, and then a questioning eyebrow, hefting her sword. She's smiling, which doesn't seem like a good sign.

Hox is still hitting at the newly built wall before he asks Gruun, "Please help, new wall weak. Man in man want to hide magic door. Why go to sewer or follow cheese man." 

Killian

Or if nobody followed her, she'll go back to them with the news of the crew at the intersection. :)

Zane explains, "I can make us a safe place to rest for the night. Might be the sewers clear up after a while."

Gruun will start looking for a loose brick to begin making a hole in the wall.
Investigation: 16

He'll then either look to remove it or make one lose for removal.
Athletics: 25

The tunnels are carved through natural stone and earth, and Gruun has a difficult time removing anything from the wall with his bare hands. In searching the wall, he confirms any suspicions that the wall is man-made. It was clearly placed here recently.

A few feet away from the wall Zane begins muttering to himself and after a minute a shimmering dome appears that looks to be of a similar color to the walls around them. (Cast Leomund's Tiny Hut)

"Come in here and lets rest and see what things look like after that."
