This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lucento steps into the hallways and clamors to the threshold of the small room, positioning himself at the corner of the two hallways, before hurling his golden mace through the air, past Kif, and toward the humanoid: 16 (to hit) for 8 (damage).
Unless she was already dead, in which case the target will be a blight.
Chubs manages to finish off the injured druid. Dead!
The vine creatures - these are definitely larger and more burly than the twig creatures you were fighting downstairs - fan out in the room. One squares off against Kif, and one against Chubs, and they roll (respectively) 20 and 21 to hit. Kif and Chubs are hurt! Each takes 9 damage, and is restrained by grabbing vines!
Two druids come rushing out of one of the doors up the hallway, and confront Lucento and Barnaby. They don't do anything other than rush out, though; perhaps they have done something else with their Action. :)
The two that rushed out look wild and furious, just as the others. Those who saw the one in the loading dock will recognize the one in the rear as that one, with the gnarled black staff.

Barnaby will let out a little yip of fear as the two druids approach their undefended flank, but then, resolve will show in his face, and he will launch a fire bolt at the woody creature directly to his north and then back off down the hallway, possibly inducing an attack of opportunity.
Firebolt: 9 to hit (+3 if bless is still active) for 10 fire damage. Incidentally, have I noticed fire having any extra effect on the various wood based creatures?
In the tight space, Chubs' lost equilibrium apparently has him staggering about helter skelter. His sword arm flails out wildly and seemingly unbidden in the direction of the creature that Barnaby shot at. Suddenly Chub's realizes that he should check to see if he is bleeding anywhere. He bends over quickly checking himself for wounds and his head connects (maybe) with the same foe, or the other if the first is thoroughly kurflubbered.
Short sword: 11 to hit (+4 if...) for 5 damage.
Unarmed attack: 26 to hit (+1 if...) for 5 damage.
Kif will relax into the restraining foliage, and use a feinting attack...which would normally give me advantage, but I believe it just cancels the disadvantage caused by restrain
I slice at the one holding me 17 + 3 if bless.. should that connect 6 damage
Edit I re-roll on one or 2 damage rolls, so damage 7
double edit, I forgot to add sup die to damage so that's an extra 4
Lucento pivots toward the approaching "wild and furious" druids, clutches the silver pendant hanging from his neck, and utters an incantation (casting "Spirit Guardians").
Two angelic specters take shape and encircle Lucento. (Creatures, other than companions, beginning turn within a 15 foot radius must make wisdom saving throw or take 3d8 damage. If saving throw succeeds, damage is halved).
As a bonus action, Lucento hurls the golden mace toward the closet druid: 7 (to hit) for 4 (damage). Whatever happens, the golden mace disperses into the surrounding air following this action.
Bless is expired this turn. Nobody is getting that bonus. Let's see where that leaves us:
Barnaby launches a firebolt at the vine creature grappling Kif. He hits it, and it creaks and groans in pain! It maintains its grasp. Unlike the smaller twig creatures below, these larger vine creatures - each between 5 and 6 feet tall - do not seem particularly upset by the fire. It looks weakened from all the attacks it's already absorbed, with bits of vine and branch spraying off in different directions, but it endures, and keeps its grip on Kif.
Barnaby also pulls back down the hall. The closest druid, eyes bulging with fervor, and shrieking with rage, hits him with a plain brown staff. Right over the head! Seven points of damage! Barnaby successfully withdraws from the action.
Kif, using skills he has learned at fighting in close quarters, draws further inside the vine creature's grasp. He gets just loose enough from its grasp to be able to free his arms for one effective swing, and he does not waste it. With a mighty blow, he drives his new axe deep into the side of the creature holding him, and it drops.
Chubs, meanwhile, swings his arm wildly as he is grasped, and his blade connects with the creature itself! He gave it a nice shot, but it is otherwise undamaged, so it endures. He also adjusts his bootstrap and searches for open wounds. Finding none, he stands up straight, and the vine creature deftly avoids Chubs's head as it rises.
Lucento sends his spiritual weapon directly at a druid, but in the rush of the confrontation between that druid and Barnaby, he misses. The hammer fades as Lucento casts another spell: Spirit Guardians. An excellent choice! Two angelic specters take shape and encircle Lucento, their own spiritual weapons at the ready.
Everybody roll a Perception check. Lucento, you get advantage on this roll. If you roll an 18 or higher, read this:
There is something creepy and a little ghoulish about Lucento's summoned specters. They are not quite as "angelic" as they first appeared.
Chubs, deciding that the space is too tight for a sword, will attempt to put it in its scabbard, he misses the scanners though, and instead the point jabs at the creature holding him, 13 to hit for 6 damage, and he simultaneously, begins standing back up. Does the back of his head make contact with Twiggy? 8 to hit for 6 damage.

Chubs attempts to sheath his sword mid-combat. Because his scabbard is twisted behind his back, though, he struggles to put it away correctly. Finding some unexpected resistance, he tries to force it into the damned scabbard - why is this so hard? - and feels something move. The grasping tendrils relax. He turns around and realizes that he did, in fact, miss his scabbard - Again? Damn it! - but did drive the point of his sword into the belly of the vine creature, killing it.
Barnaby shoots a firebolt at the nearest druid, missing her. The bolt strikes the wall, though the small blast of flame vanishes quickly and does not (this time) ignite a blaze. Barnaby reflects that the persistent heat of the floating ball of flame would have been more dangerous.
Ok. Bless is still up.
Lucento, you can take your turn now, also.

Have we killed any damn thing in the small room?
I was waiting for Lucento's turn before I did the math. I'm in the middle of something, but I'll have a look this evening & resolve everything.

. . . and it's everybody's turn.

Lucento's spirit guardians fly speedily around the area, doing a lot of damage to the remaining two druids and the vine creature gripping Chubs.
The creature, though, constricts its grip on Chubs, doing 11 damage! Ouch!
For their part, the remaining druids surround Lucento, but they both swing wildly and are unable to hit him with their staffs.
Everybody is up! All the bad guys are hurt, none of them looks particularly almost-dead.

Lucento, that Perception check was (for you) with advantage, so you can try again.
