I was personally waiting to see if JMBeckwith had an answer to getting hit by Neya. But either way, I am making to Conc. saves for the inevitable turn corrections, so getting those out of the way first.

(Luckster was hit by Nara's crossbow bolt for 7, and then Gad for 7 just now.  Agne doesn't have any defensive spells that could save him from getting knocked unconscious.  Tak was at 5, didn't rage and got slapped up by Theren.)

Just barely made them. 

Can a Crossbow bolt be wielded as an improvised dagger, LordShadowThorn? I ask mainly to see if it would have the 'light' property for the purposes of off-hand attacks.

Did Luckster already use his last portent? Or did it not pertain to an attack against him/was already spent?

I assumed also with the second Concentration Save that Theren would've tried to finish Solsis. If not, then I should've gotten an Opportunity attack with my dagger to maybe prevent him attacking Tak.

 (Tak was slapped by Nara, not Theren. Theren was staying with Solsis)

Okay. Could maybe Attack of Opportunity her, but honestly Solsis will just surrender at this point with so many downed at this point. 

Solsis sways from Theren's blows, but keeps to his feet. He drops his crossbow in the process, and in a daze brandishes his last poisoned bolt alongside an actual dagger. "We can... we can still..." Then he looks around, realizing he stood alone. Solsis grits teeth and hisses something in some foul language. "Curses." The weapons are dropped as he raises his hands in surrender. 

(Luckster's last portent was a 17, so not really helpful in that situation.)

Solsis lays down his weapons, sensing the futility of it all.

Congratulations to Ugunootu, Theren, Gad and Nara!  You are each presented with 200 gold and 600 XP, as well as a mini chest containing magical items (choose one, or trade in an existing one for an item of your choice of the same rarity).

Solsis joins his unconscious teammates in the cleric's office.  You all find 80 gold and 400 XP.

 Ugunootu addresses his teammates:

Allies today, but perhaps enemies tomorrow.  But let's not be too somber. Tonight, we celebrate.  Join me for dinner this evening to toast our victory and barter the spoils of the match.

Gad lets out a raucous laugh.

"What's dere to be somber  about? I look forward to facing you ALL in the arena someday! Until then! Some dinner sounds like dey best way to cap out of this glorious matching of strength and resovle!"

Gad pats Ugunootu on the back a few times and eagerly follows after him. 

Theren will look to Ugunootu, "I look forward to the dinner. And if we are enemies tomorrow, then I wish you luck. You will need it."

Ugunootu lets out a quick hyena-like laugh.

Feet and fists against claws and fangs.  I like the sound of that.

Ugunootu eyes the staff of the adder. 

Ah, I have seen such a staff when I was with the Yuan-ti. The snake-men coveted staves like this, as you can imagine.

He stares at his other items. “Which of these items interests you?  I would be a fool to hand a competitor an instrument to my defeat.  You understand.”
