Based on what's been said, I think this is about where everyone would be. Please let me know ASAP if you feel your character isn't in the correct place
[OOC] Let me know if you need another check (persuasion?) to attract the attention of someone within the compound. For the moment at least, Vassa is trying to follow through with the plan to draw and hold the Gralhund's attention while Kes and the others snoop around inside.
OOC: The people inside villa are kinda fighting for their lives. I can't see a way that you could get them to stop and look outside.
Seeing most of the party hurriedly climb the estate wall and hearing the no lull in the cacophany of battle sounds coming from within the complex, Vassa abandons the original plan. Dropping the indignant fop act, the suddenly business-like bard unfurls his rope and grapple and rushes over to Bason. Throwing the climbing aid up and over the wall, the half-drow says,
"Boost me up, Bason, and then I'll help you with the climb!"
[OOC] athletics check to climb to the top of the wall: 12
Again if he gets advantage for using the rope and grapple or for getting help: 14
*I think that's a fail (unless the DC is lowered with the climbing gear?), but if it is a fail, the very unathletic Vassa will just try again next round, again hopefully with help from Bason:
D&D is a game, but it's not just a game. It's the ultimate storyboard, a campfire to share with friends, an imaginary call to imaginary arms and a ship to sail to horizons yet undreamt of...
Silver just draws his bow remaining hidden as best as possible from the animals, waiting to see if Selinae will be able to get out of this. His arrow trained on the owner of the dogs.
OOC:
Hold action - Silver will release the arrow if an attack is made against Selinae.
OOC: Vassa, the climbing gear lowered the DC to 10.
Round 1 results:
Silver gets into position and readies himself to shoot the groundskeeper should he need to. The groundkeeper continues following his hounds who just barely miss seeing Selinae leap up to the balcony and pull herself over the rail. Vassa manages to get a grappling hook over the wall and climbs up with Bason following. The dogs are sniffing around where Selinae was.
Selinae sees the following:
This large balcony is enclosed by an ornate wrought-iron railing and has lounge chairs neatly arranged on it. The ground is 20 feet below, and glass doors leading into the home are standing open.
Current maps:
Please post your round two actions, bonus actions, reactions, etc.
OOC: Vassa, the climbing gear lowered the DC to 10.
Struggling to scale the wall, even with Bason and the climbing gear, Vassa is relieved to get to the top. Taking a moment to catch his breath, the bard scans the inside of the compound while asking Bason and Phaedra,
"Should we try and link up with Silver and the others, or do we stay split and scope things out on our own?"

"I barely made it up the wall... I don't fancy jumping into or climbing through those branches. Let's hit the ground... gently... and take shelter over there.
I can't see the dogs, but I sure can hear them. I could try a distraction to draw them off in the wrong direction?"
[OOC] Agreeing with Phae's sentiment that none of them will stay unnoticed for long with those dogs sniffing around, Vassa takes of his cloak and uses his action to cast unseen servant. Draping his cloak around Airus, Vassa sends the cloaked servant to the bottom right of the compound (bonus action), commanding Airus to rustle branches and kick up leaves as he goes.
Using the rope and grapple, Vassa climbs down the inside of the wall and moves forward about 15' (if he can) to crouch within that indent on the left hand edge of the trees. athletics check if needed: 8 Passive stealth 14 if needed.
*Since the unseen servant can only move 15' p/rnd, Vassa will move first and then cast his spell.

Silver carefully removes the tension on the bow and arrow. He looks at the two to his side and holds up a hand for them to wait. Reaching down he picks up a stone and tosses it away from where Selinae was trying to strike the wall and nearby bushes to make a rustling sound to draw the dogs and groundskeeper away. His feet getting ready to bolt towards Selinae's position if they take the bait.
OOC:
Roll for throwing the rock: 6
Holding movement action until the way is clear for him to stealthily move to the balcony
Since Kestrell is so far down on the initiative order, he has the advantage of seeing how the dogs and groundskeeper reacts to Silver's thrown rock before his turn.
From your perch on the wall you can see Selinae on the balcony. You get a glimpse of one of the dogs as it's sniffing around under the balcony. In front and extending to your left is a tree, under it is at least some of your team but you can't make out who. As you look into some of the windows of the villa itself you see some people fighting both with fists and weapons.
Round 2 part 1
Silver throws his rock to his left hitting bushes along the far wall. A the dogs and groundskeeper both turn at the sound and start to move in that direction. You hear the groudskeeper mutter something but all you make out is the tail end, "else to kill". About that time Vassa slips down the wall on his rope and removes he cloak while moving near to his friends. Once in position Vassa casts Unseen Servant and hands it his cloak with orders to head toward the far wall and then south.
Selinae moves towards the open glass doors. Just inside the door to the room and to the left you see the foot of a bed and a wooden chest. On the far left side of the room is a fireplace. Hanging above a fireplace is a shield that bears the Gralhund coat of arms. Logs are stacked neatly next to the hearth. Just inside the room and to the right you see two people who are facing away from you. One see he is a very well dressed half-orc while the other individual appears to be female but since they're facing the other direction and wearing breastplate you can't be certain. (OOC: It took your 30 feet of movement to get you to the door.)
Silver and Elon sneak up to the area where Selinae had been standing (OOC: Your full movement got you five feet away from where Selinae had been.)
Still awaiting moves for Kestrell, Phaedra, and Bason before I close out Rd2.
Just realized I forgot to the post the maps with this one. My bad folks. I'm working on Rd2 Pt 2 now so I'll throw 'em in there.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Making no effort to disguise himself, Kestrell takes one step from behind the tree with and arrow loaded and half drawn but pointed at the ground. He calls out to the groundskeeper "Hey, what the hell is going on? Who are we supposed to kill?"
Kestrell will hold an attack, if the groundskeeper sends his dogs after him, he'll shoot the sonsof*****es.
Attack: 27, damage: 9 Horde Breaker Attack at the second dog if he is within 5' of the first dog: 13, damage: 8

"Ohh no oooh no. I... I can not sneak. It's not in me!" Phaedra starts to whisper as she follows Vassa as quietly as possible.
"We are the distraction, just the distraction. Those dogs, they are big, Why would you want such nasty looking dogs." Lowering herself down she stays close to the half-drow, hand on his shoulder. When Vassa stops the priestess crouches down, saying a quick prayer to Mystra, "Mystra, Mighty Mother of Magic, hide me for praying eyes and protect me." As she finishes Vassa looks back to see a bush behind him.
OOC: Boting Bason. I was going to have him hid with Phaedra behind her bush but it didn't seem like the dwarven thing to do. So I have him heading to back up Kestrell. Joe, let me know if that isn't how you would have done it.
After Kestrell steps out the dogs and groundskeeper turn. "Orders are, we kill anyone found the yard who ain't 'pos to be 'ere. So, looks like we killing you." (OOC: they've already moved their max distance this round, so next round they'll charge you).
Bason hears Kestrell call out to the groundskeeper and shakes his head, waiting for Phaedra to hit the ground. As soon as she's clear he slides down and hits the ground running toward Kestrell to back up the dang fool.
I think that's it for round 2. Gimme your Round 3 events. You already know from above the groundskeeper and dogs are coming for Kestrell.
[OOC] Sorry, Gambit. I meant for Vassa to go to the other indent on left hand side of the corpse of trees, 4 squares left, 2 squares down. That should put Airus with its 15' of movement a further 2 squares left, 3 squares down.
