Jamibya didn't roll with advantage on her first attack (helped by Sagitta), but she obviously didn't need it.
As Erric used the mantle's reaction bonus to move, and Maldorn played as if Sagitta didn't get targeted, we'll go with the fourth being Erric.
@Aseid, temp hp doesn't stack, so you're right in changing your temp hp to 8. Good job.
DC15 INT save: 16
Erric digs deep within himself and explodes with magic. First, almost rising in the air, the bard calls out a clear, resonant note that distracts the gargoyles and emboldens his friends. Emboldened himself, he hurries over to the edge of the tavern and once again attempts to break into the mind of one of the gargoyles. This time, he is successful. He sends the image of a massive deafening churchbell falling onto and around the stone creature attacking Jambiya. He quickly glances up toward the unknown creature they had seen before and sees it is higher on the building, but Erric doesn't take the time to really look at what they're doing.
Maldorn fires two arrows at the same gargoyle, but he can tell his arrows aren't hurting the stone hide of the creature as much as they would a fleshy one. He also encourages Sagitta to help give Jambiya an opening, which the winged snake does bravely. (Just realized he's also now flanking with Jambiya, so I'll roll a second attack roll for Jambiya's second blast in case I roll a critical: 23. Never mind. She has to move before attacking with eldritch blast. Oh well. 15 still hits.)
Aseid takes three more swings at G4, finishing the creature with the third. It crumbles at his feet.
Jambiya throws two more blasts as the remaining gargoyle near Aseid. Both hit satisfyingly.
@Aseid, if Erric went before you, and you're taking advantage of his mantle to move, you'd need to use your reaction to move right then before attacking as the wording says "immediately". That means your movement after attacking could provoke an opportunity attack. If Erric goes after, then you could use your reaction to move without provoking an AoO. Let's roll to see who goes first ... Erric=1, Aseid=2: 2. OK, so do you still want to move? I'll also mention that moving to Q10 will almost hide you from G2 because even though the temple is ruined, I'd say where there are walls still drawn in, those sections are at least five feet tall. You could move to P12 before you attacked, attack, then move further away. That's a little bit of metagaming (you didn't know if you'd need to still attack G2). Actually, you could have moved to O11 with the mantle so both would still have been within reach, but moving further would not have provoked an AoO from either. What do you think?
(I just assumed Aseid's pre-existing temp HP went to nothing during the last gargoyle attack? So Erric's new addition wouldn't replace any existing temp hp? I haven't been tracking closely though.)(Also the rest of this turn is confusing to me!)
(OOC: Sagitta used the help action on G1, but Jambiya ended up attacking G4 or G2. Does that mean that the next attack on G1 still benefits from the help action?)
(Actually, Aseid's temp HPs were eaten up by the previous attack. But yes, I added those from Erric)
I had to include it into the post. Yes - first move to O11, attack, then move further for the gargoyles to come after him. Aseid, probably knows his distances and could calculate that move. The idea was to change the very unfavorite position he locked himself into something safer while still being able to attack.
So, O11 - attack - Q10. (His reaction was spent on that move, right? So, no AoO for entering gargoyle)
Sorry, everyone, for taking so long. I've been lazy in the evenings and then misinterpreted what I was even waiting on.
G2 follows Aseid, but, being presented directly with the lovely Jambiya, it takes a bite and swipe at her. (Bite Attack: 13 Damage: 3; Claw Attack: 21 Damage: 7) She ducks out of the way of the bite, but the claw strikes her. In response, her wooden spoon flashes, and the gargoyle stumbles backwards as if struck. But it shakes his stone head and walks forward back next to Jambiya and Aseid.
G1 takes a bite and swipe at Sagitta, but the lithe winged snake dances in the air, dodging both attacks. (Bite Attack: 13 Damage: 6; Claw Attack: 9 Damage: 8)
Until now Aseid looked like any merc doing his job. The group did not have a chance to see specifically him like this before, but they sure saw many others and that professional "uninvolved" look of a man "just doing his job" was familiar. But the long scratch that the flying offender left on Jambiya's shoulder made his eyes flicker with anger for the first time. He swung his strange weapon twice.
BA: Fighting Spirit (advantage on weapon attack rolls until the end of the current turn and 5 temporary HP.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Maldorn starst to feel like he missed a memo to move into the alley. For now, however, he and Sagitta are still engaged with one of the gargoyles. Concluding he needs to do something else, Maldorn picks two arrows, wishes really hard that they spontaneously caught on magical fire (upcasting with 2nd level slot), and shoots them at G1.
-> Longbow vs. G1: Attack: 15 Damage: 15 piercing and fire (8 piercing and 3 fire... what a terrible damage roll.)
One of the arrows obeys Maldorn's wishes and goes aflame.
-> Assuming that 27 hit, at the start of each of G1's turns until the spell ends, it must make a CON saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 1d6 fire damage. on a success, the spell ends. It can also end the effect by using an action to put out the fire.
Not receiving any orders, Sagitta defaults to a dodge action.

Just realized G1 shouldn't have been able to attack Sagitta because it still thinks it is surrounded by a huge bell. So we'll treat its first roll as its intelligence save to try to figure out it's not actually trapped in the bell, which it failed. Keep me honest, Mobius!
Just for the fun of it, an order in case I need it: 53
Jambiya slips away from the gargoyle in front of her and around Aseid’s back, running 15' straight up the side of the building, letting a few blasts go at the gargoyle as she climbs. The first hits, but the second hits the ground.
DC15 WIS save: 8
G1, in its attempt to scratch its way out of the psychic bell surrounding it, takes more damage. Erric casts dissonant whispers on G2, damaging it for 13 psychic damage. It grabs its head and then crumbles to pieces at Aseid's feet. He also inspires Jambiya.
BB, I'm going to take the liberty of moving Aseid to Q14 and directing your attacks at G1 since that's the last target still standing.
As the creature before him crumbles, he steps through its remains and swiftly moves to intercept the remaining gargoyle. Once in range, he swings his strange weapon twice. The creature's strange flailing knocks Aseid's weapon aside coincidently enough, but his second leaves another valley in the living stone creature's hide.
Maldorn starts to feel like he missed a memo to move into the alley. For now, however, he and Sagitta are still engaged with one of the gargoyles. Concluding he needs to do something else, Maldorn picks two arrows, wishes really hard that they spontaneously caught on magical fire, and shoots them at G1. He is surprised to see the first of the arrows turns almost invisible as it soars through the air, but then he realizes the projectile has become glowing white. When it hits the gargoyle, the creature bursts into flame!
Extra DM rolls: 1516
Unfortunately, the creature shifts its mass after bursting into flame, and the second arrow misses.
DC 14 CON save: 16
The flames wash over the creature, but then seem to find nothing to continue to burn, so they go out almost immediately.
The gargoyle continues to try to find a way out of the confines of the bell.
DC 15 INT save: 13
The party watches as the creature scratches at the air ineffectually. Aseid, Jambiya and Maldorn are confused why it isn't attacking, but are thankful.
Aseid swings his weapon at the creature another three times in very quick succession, and the result is another pile of crumbled gargoyle. At last the sounds of battle end, and leaves to the party's ears the sound of the rain falling around them. There is still the occasional crack of lightning.
Aseid lowed his weapon and looked around not trusting the sudden silence. Then he turned and walked to the last place where the small humanoid figure was seen last time. The gargoyle that was following the unfortunate person did not join the battle right away and had plenty of time to kill its victim.
(@DDP: Should I give Sagitta back his hit points since he could not have been attacked as you mentioned?)
Not knowing what or who initially triggered the fight, and feeling a bit down from not being very useful in helping his friends, Maldorn focuses first on checking on Sagitta and collecting some of the shot arrows that can still be reused.
@Lerus, no. Sagitta was hit at the end of Round 3, and Erric cast phantasmal force at the beginning of Round 4. It was the attack attempt in Round 4 that shouldn't have happened. It missed anyway, but I wanted to be on the up and up and explain that it shouldn't have even been able to try.
Jambiya, you see no more gargoyles or any other danger, but you do see the small humanoid high atop the remains of the wall doing something you can't quite make out from 20 or so feet below.
Aseid, same as Jambiya. The small humanoid appears to still be alive. You are also surprised to see Jambiya standing on the wall as if it were the ground.
Maldorn, Sagitta returns to you and hides within your clothes, seeking comfort after the scary situation. While the winged snake has been involved in a little bit of battle in the past, this was the first time he was ever hurt.
