Anafrey, there are no pairs of boots; only single boots. Something the left. Sometimes the right.
Jambiya, your boot is easily found.
Other boots that catch Maldorn's attention — and Erric's to a slightly lesser degree (the derro allow you to pick up the boots, look inside, and even shake them, but they won't allow you to reach inside):
A shortsword stands upright in a boot Jambiya recognizes as the match to Brunthor's boot at the Seldom Spring.
Several boots jingle when shaken like there is coin within.
One boot rattles, and you can see some dark-colored rocks inside.
Another rattles, but you can't see anything by just looking in.
Turning another just right, you can see something small inside catching the light, but it's too small and/or light to make any noise when rattled.
Another rattles a metallic rattle, but a little heavier than the ones you're pretty sure contain coin.
One has a crossbow bolt sticking out of it.
Two have stoppered vials in them, but you can't see the liquid with the vial inside.
There are over 100 boots. Some rattle; many do not.
Erric, the derro leader and two other derro are charmed by you. In response to your question, the leader smiles. "They are all magical."
Erric grabs the boot with the metallic rattle, if they're choosing a boot each. He tries to empty the one with the dark-colored rocks, if he's allowed. If not, he suggests taking that one.
Then maybe one of the vials, and one of the ones with coin? Think there'd be one more to make 7. Not sure if Jambiya getting her boot back counts as a treasure.
When Jambiya speaks up in dwarvish, Erric says, "everything alright?"
Jambiya looks to Erric. "This one looks like the boot my dad lost," she looks back to see Maldorn looking it over, too. Then she looks back to the derro, waiting for an answer about the boot's provenance.

"It... does? Your dad has a metal leg, doesn't he? Is this where he lost his?!? Oh Jambiya..."the halfling says, expression flitting from confusion, to shock, to disbelief, and back around to deep sympathy and concern for his goblin friend. Then he looks around at the derro chamber again, trying to put the pieces together.
(Erric was just highlighting the ones that seemed most noteworthy. His choice is the one with the metallic rattle. I'm guessing the four party members get one each, and then we've got three more to decide. I vote Jambiya pick, or Maldorn. Then we can see what we got and hopefully find Anafrey's solution and then get out?)
Erric glances back at Thrakk to see if he's still knocked out and bound.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
At Jambiya's question, Diinit replies proudly, "This is the first. It was left for us at the bottom of the shaft." Jambiya now sees that this was the "first boot" that was presented to them earlier, but she didn't really pay attention. The sword is either a new addition or something that is removed and put back in. "It was some time ago that the great watchers blessed us with this holy relic — the sign of our blessing and the start of our pilgrimages. Peace has followed, as has our safety. Since then, clansmen have been tasked with venturing up into the sun to retrieve more relics, more boots to continue our peace and safety." He scowls a little at the boot. "Perhaps it has lost its power, since the grimlocks were able to disturb our peace." He looks at Jambiya's boot. "Perhaps yours is our new most powerful relic. May we keep it?"

Anafrey, aside from the boot you have selected, you are feeling a strong pull toward another boot you have spotted. It's a very strange feeling. You feel inclined to pick it up, but there's also a part of you that wants you to stay away. You feel a slight breeze blow by your ear — which is incredible odd since you're underground — and the breeze almost sounds like a voice, but not enough like one to actually hear any words. Your curiosity starts to move you that way, and the negative feeling begins to strengthen. Then, you hear the voice. "Stay away!" your dwarven possessor almost screams. "It's dangerous! Stay away!" Your feet stop, as if something else has halted your movement.
Jambiya, as the derro leader is talking, you feel an inexplicable breeze blow by your ear. On the breeze you think you hear your mother's voice. "Help her."
Erric, you see that Thrakk's eyes are closed, but he is starting to stir.
Erric tries, again, his enthralling performance on the derro elder, as well as anyone he's conversed with on the derro side, and anyone who's been looking at the party suspiciously. (I'm guessing since Thrakk is unconscious, he is not an option here.)
Enthralling performance:
If you perform for at least 1 minute, you can attempt to inspire wonder in your audience by singing, reciting a poem, or dancing. At the end of the performance, choose a number of humanoids within 60 feet of you who watched and listened to all of it, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While charmed in this way, the target idolizes you, it speaks glowingly of you to anyone who talks to it, and it hinders anyone who opposes you, although it avoids violence unless it was already inclined to fight on your behalf. This effect ends on a target after 1 hour, if it takes any damage, if you attack it, or if it witnesses you attacking or damaging any of its allies.
If a target succeeds on its saving throw, the target has no hint that you tried to charm it.
WIS 13 save.
"So we look at boots. Okay then. Any advice? Are there any special boots? We love magic treasures."Erric begins slowly looking through the boots, as well as anything else in the room, trying his best to find anything that might at all resemble something magical that Skadoula had in mind for Anafrey. He looks inside each boot, and underneath them. He looks back at the party. "Well, come on now. Let's find our treasures. Once again, having a normal one."
Just wanted to check and see if Erric's enthralling performance had taken root in anyone, may have gotten lost in the shuffle...
The derro's fascination with boots, instead of confounding Erric or making him laugh, seems entirely reasonable to the bard.
Erric, noticing Thrakk stir, says "he might be waking up,"and moves to check the bindings. Looking at the derro, he says, "what will you do with Thrakk here?"
Maldorn is still holding Jambiya's father's boot, waiting for her make a choice between it and her own boot. The old ranger is oblivious to what is happening to Anafrey.
Jambiya looks up, at Anafrey. Almost distractedly, she turns from Maldorn, “Pops lost his boot and his foot, but I don’t think he’d want either one back now.” Leaving it she hurries to Anafrey’s side.
"Hu?!" Anafrey would reply as Jam addresses her, obviously distracted. "Oh uh, well.. I was going to take this one but.. then I got a feeling that I should take this other one." She would say as she motions towards the boot that is calling out to her. "But... i cant... " She would say through gritted teeth as beads of sweat form on her forehead
Jambiya puts a hand on her friend, "I have you." She approaches the boot and picks it up, looking it over. Almost to herself, or to someone who isn't here, she says, "Is it this one?"

Roll an investigation check to make sure the bindings are still tight on Thrakk. Ebokk, who has left the boot picking to the others, kneels down to help you. (Inv: 9) None of the derro respond to your question.
Anafrey, as Jambiya picks up the boot, the voice screams, "No! Not that one! It will kill you!"
