As Ebokk hears the sounds of the metal moving he looks up towards the others to see the animated weapons and armor. By my beard! Its moving on its own.
I knew those floating things could not be trusted.he says as he starts moving towards the group and the enemies that are in between.

He swings his hammer back unsure of where best to hit them does an overhead swing with his hammer towards the first floating sword. As he finishes his swing he tries to move in closer trying to push through a bit to get to the others hiding behind his shield a moment before planting his feet firmly and tries to slam his shield against the sword trying to knock it out of the air.
Movement: Moving towards the closest sword but trying to engage on more than just that one to end up in E2. Action: Warhammer vs closest sword Attack: 20 Damage: 4 (in case Ebokk go the inspiration from Erric (+2 tohit) Bonus action: Shield master Shove against the floating sword: Athletics 22 vs Athletics or Acrobatics
Erric does come before Jambiya in the "official" order, so his inspiration would go to Jambiya. Jambiya, you may roll that 1d6 to add to your attack if you wish. Just say no if you'd like to save it.
Erric, remember that stowing a weapon is an action, so you can't attack and stow the crossbow in one round. You can drop it as a free action, however.
Ebokk, as you've indicated you want to attack the closest sword (to you), and you've moved "above" it, I'm assuming you are trying to knock the sword prone with your shove?

Good call ...
Erric wastes no time weighing the pros and cons of engaging the decorations-come-to-life. He quickly draws his crossbow and fires a bolt at the suit of armor before them while reciting a witty limerick for Jambiya, hoping to make her giggle and steady her nerves in the face of this new challenge. Unfortunately, his bolt ricochets off the armor, filling the hallway with a ringing noise, but not appearing to damage the target.
Jambiya growls in goblin, points her witchy stick at the oncoming suit of armor, lifts it and brings it down, fast. The hairs rise on everyone's arms, and a spark runs along the stick, then a slash of lightning leaps out to strike at the armor! It seems Erric's inspiration did the trick, as the lighting hits and begins twisting around the suit of armor like a living lasso!
Maldorn, taking his cue from the littles standing with him, raises his bow and fires an arrow at the suit of armor. Unfortunately, the magical armor throws up an arm and deflects the projectile, sending it flying off further down the hallway.
Behind them, and on the other side of three more targets, Ebokk moves to engage as well. He sidles up beside/behind the armor and swords between his and his friends and slams his hammer down on the (orange) sword, following up his hammer swing with a slam of his shield (3), slamming it down onto the floor (prone).
In response, the suits of armor and swords fight back.
The suit of armor being lightninged by Jambiya steps forward and swings both of its arms at her. (Attack 1: 18 Damage: 3 & Attack 2: 22 Damage: 7 — Wow. Fumble roll 1: 1314) After the armor's first swing, which Jambiya has absolutely no problem avoiding, she's pretty sure she sees it begin to shake as if it is frightened. (Fumble roll 2: 917) Then, while its second swing is also going wide, its feet slip out from underneath it, and it falls to the floor. (This suit of armor is now frightened and prone.
The two swords on the far side almost move in to attack. The one closest to Jambiya swings at her. (Attack: 22 Damage: 8) She wonders if its used to attacking taller combatants. She hardly as to duck at all, and the blade swings over her head.
The other blade flies past the prone suit of armor and attacks (1=Erric, 2=Maldorn, 3=Jambiya: 1 the bard. (Attack: 10 Damage: 6) It seems Erric may have passed all of his luck onto Jambiya as he is unable to escape a bite from this flying sword.
The suit of armor by Ebokk stomps forward to attack (1=Maldorn, 2=Erric: 2) the old man with two swings of its armored arms. (Attack 1: 15 Damage: 7 & Attack 2: 20 Damage: 8) Distracted by the attacks on his two nearest companions, Maldorn fails to notice his own approaching danger until he is being pummeled from behind.
(Ebokk, you may make an opportunity attack if you wish.)
The two swords, one at Ebokk's side and one at Ebokk's feet, attack the dwarf. (Attack: 19 Damage: 8) (Attack: 6 Damage: 4)
... Coolname, I can't access Ebokk's character sheet. In fact, I can't access Smoke's character sheet, either. Is something up with your account?
I'm not sure if that 16 hits or not. Anyway, I can sort those attacks out later.
Round 2: Players may play! The (pink) armor is prone, so melee attacks are at advantage and ranged attacks are at disadvantage. The sword Ebokk knocked to the ground is no longer prone.

Erric drops the crossbow and pulls his dagger with his offhand. His rapier goes first, targeting the sword in front of him. Sort of like in the stories, dueling a magic sword!

As the armor moves away from Ebokk to go for Maldorn He shouts out Hey! Where are you going?
He shifts and turns to lunge at the animated armor with his warhammer. After doing so he turns his shield away from one of the swords getting struck Arrgh
Ebokk quickly turns back to the swords, just in time to deflect the 2nd swords attack.
Seeing his friends get hurt he growls and starts furiously swing his warhammer. He first tries a backhand swing to the orange sword then moves a little towards his friend while staying in range of both swords. Following up on his movement he brings his hammer back around and chops down on the orange sword again.
Reaction AoO on blue armor (previous turn): Attack: 16 Damage: 5 Movement: moving to F2 while staying in range of swords No cost: Using action surge to get two attacks Action: 2 warhammer attacks against the orange sword (or 1 on both swords if the orange one should die after the first) First Attack: 18 Damage: 9 Second Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Erric, of course you can! That's what they're for.
The other blade flies past the prone suit of armor and attacks (1=Erric, 2=Maldorn, 3=Jambiya: 1 the bard. (Attack: 19 Damage: 8) It seems Erric may have passed all of his luck onto Jambiya as he is unable to escape a bite from this flying sword. It looks as if the blade is going to cut into Erric, but at the last second, the halfling twists almost impossibly out of the way, and the sword misses.
Jambiya, since the armor is not dead or unconscious, I'm going to say no. Especially since it is a size larger than you.
Jambiya squirms, jukes, and dodges her way past Erric, then through the armors and swords, ending up next to Ebokk, grinning fiercely. She sends another shock through the crackling strand of electricity that connects her witchy stick to the prone suit of armor she left behind.
Bonus Action: Nimble Escape, allowing her to Disengage as a BA Move: Through Erric's space (moving through friendlies is as through difficult terrain, right?), then on, ending up at F2 Action: Send a pulse through the Witch Bolt (still within 30' range) for 11 electrical damage to the armor.
Notes: Witch Bolt is active for this turn and 8 more, or concentration.

Both Ebokk and Jambiya indicated they want to move to F2. Despite what I typed in post #3737, Jambiya is before Ebokk in the initiative order (not sure why I was dyslexic with that), so she wins the spot.
Both Maldorn and Erric drop their ranged weapons and arm themselves with melee blades. Erric draws both a rapier and a dagger and uses both against one of the flying swords. Though he might not look like a swordsman, the halfling skillfully batters his target with both of his own weapons, leaving it looking much worse.
Holding onto her lightning magic, Jambiya squirms, jukes, and dodges her way past Erric, then through the armors and swords, ending up next to Ebokk, grinning fiercely. She sends another shock through the crackling strand of electricity that connects her witchy stick to the prone suit of armor she left behind.
Seeing his friends get hurt, Ebokk growls and starts furiously swinging his warhammer. He aims both wild arcs at the (orange) sword. Unfortunately, the magic weapon proves to be a hard target, and both attacks fly through the air with no resulting ring of metal on metal.
After dropping his bow, Maldorn turns and pulls on the weave in the functional way he does, magically marking the (blue) armor that attacked him from behind. He then draws and swipes his dagger at the magical foe. Unfortunately, his weapon glances off of the armor, making an awful scraping sound, but not appearing to damage it.
The (blue) armor aims two more attacks at the old man. (Attack 1: 14 Damage: 4 bludgeoning, Attack 2: 5 Damage: 3 bludgeoning) The hunter ducks under the first swipe, but the second catches him on the back.
The (pink) armor gets to its feet, but does not move or act.
As Jambiya has appeared beside it, the (red) sword takes a swing at her. (Attack: 12 Damage: 8 slashing) She ducks under the swing, once again thankful for her short stature.
The (orange) sword fights back, jabbing at the dwarf. (Attack: 11 Damage: 3 slashing) The blade bounces off of Ebokk's armor, doing no damage.
The (green) sword flies forward and attacks Maldorn from behind, attacking with advanage due to its flanking with the (blue) armor. (I forgot to mention this when I was briefing you on rules I follow, ACoolName: I observe flanking rules.) (Attack: 21 Damage: 7 slashing) The old man grits his teeth as the blade cuts across his unprotected back.
And the (yellow) sword attempts to get back at Erric. (Attack: 12 Damage: 4 slashing — fumble: 9, 17) Not only does the damaged magical sword swing wildly, missing Erric completely, like the (pink) armor, the sword appears to begin to tremble.
Seeing Jambiya move next to him Ebokk stands his ground and turns back to the orange sword deflecting another blow.
Ebokk then streches his arm forward holding the warhammer firmly trying to smash into the orange sword with the top of the hammer.
He then repositions himself holding his shield somewhat in front of himself but also partly covering Jambiya. Stay behind the shield lil one.

Erric decides to share the wealth, so to speak, using his blades against two targets. He twists around and aims his rapier at the suit of armor harrying Maldorn. He thrusts the silvered weapon forward, and it actually pierces the magical suit. Sliding the rapier free, he turns back around and swipes his dagger at the flying sword again. The tip of the sword breaks off and arcs down the hallway, bouncing a few times before coming to rest. But the now-blunted sword is still coming.
Jambiya sends another pulse of lightning at the (purple) suit of armor. The construct vibrates with the charge and then falls to pieces, scattering across the floor.
Mingo, per the PHB, you cannot attack with your dagger because you didn't attack with a light melee weapon as your action. "When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you’re holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you’re holding in the other hand." Let me know if I'm forgetting some other way you can.
Seeing Jambiya move next to him, Ebokk stands his ground and turns back to the (orange) sword, deflecting another blow. Ebokk then stretches his arm forward holding the warhammer firmly, and smashes the weapon into the (orange) sword with the top of the hammer. "Stay behind the shield lil one." The little goblin girl gratefully ducks behind Ebokk's outstretched shield as he works to keep her from harm.
Now cut on top of being bruised, Maldorn draws a second dagger and continues to try to pierce the armor's metal plate. His first swing bounces off of the magical suit of armor, but the second results in a satisfying rending of armor.
The remaining suit of armor — now looking worse for wear — aims its next attacks at (1=Maldorn, 2=Erric: 1 the old man. (Attack 1: 5 Damage: 8; Attack2: 13 Damage: 7) — fumble: 7, 8) The first armored arm is barely deflected by the hunter's dagger. The second is so off target, it will be funny ... later.
The (red) sword takes a swing at Jambiya, trying to get around Ebokk's shield. (Attack: 12 Damage: 8) There is a resounding clang as the sword strikes the dwarf's shield.
The bent (orange) sword tries to leave Ebokk with another gash. (Attack: 15 Damage: 9) Due to the dwarf working to keep Jambiya safe, he leaves himself open for the damaged sword to get in another hit.
The (green) sword takes another swing at Maldorn. (Attack: 16 Damage: 3) Due to the hunter's focus being on the suit of armor, he misses his chance to defend himself and is stabbed once again. The old man is starting to wheeze.
The (yellow) sword, though looking like it's on its last and appear hesitant to strike, still swings again at Erric. (Attack: 6 Damage: 3 — fumble: 17, 16) The sword's swing is so wild, it hits the ground and has to float up once again. (15)
Round 4: Players may play! The only change to the map is the (pink) armor has a big red X through it.

Maldorn coughs some blood and nods toward the still standing suit of armor: "Erric, I need some help. Bring this gimmicky enemy down, please."
