You don't see anything in the doorway. You walk in the room and don't notice anything suspicious here either, or in the next doorway. You can see into the next room, it is about 40' to the opposite wall and the room opens up to the left as well. (see map above)
Follows Az and spreads his four lights out as far as they need to illuminate everything that can possibly be seen, while remaining within 20' of each other.
No new information is gained, this appears to simply be an empty room that leads to another room. There is no telling what the room was used for originally, there is no sign of anything, there aren't even footprints disturbing the dust in this room.

I put Enhance Ability, Cat's grace on Fjolnir. Advantage on dexterity check as well as a 20ft safe fall. I throw in a little bardic inspiration for good measure.
The next room opens up into a 40x40 chamber with vaulted ceilings that peak at about 20' at the center. Giant cracks reach across the room from the NE corner, obviously in disrepair from centuries of settling earth and non-attendance. The far NE tile is completely gone, revealing the dirt beneath. A 10x10 hallway in the East wall leads to another doorway, from which a faint blue glow is emanating.

The two North corners of the room seem to shift. It looks like the effect of moving glass closer to you and your vision to the corners of the room is diffracted. You realize now that the corners appear to be 10x10x10 cubes of... gelatin? They are moving toward you. You may act.
