"A well dressed elf, Vasili von Holtz he said his name was. Offered me good business in exchange for my help. Or at least I think it was an elf, they were wearing really nice clothes, but the darkness meant I couldn't see much," he responded to Roselinas question.
The stairs lead up to two doorways at the south of the chamber. One to the East, and one to the West. Henrik explains as you go up that it is through the bedroom on the right as you head up the stairs (which would be the western door), and then through to the secet compartment in his wadrobe in his bedroom, just through that room.
Roselina listened to the old man, sighing. Good business, of course. By taking those bones, everyone in Vallaki will be vulnerable to attacks and being killed by Strahd, resulting in lots of dead bodies. She doesn't remember ever hearing that name before or meeting anyone by that name, though it seems that they might not have even been an elf as well. She did remember the two well-dressed brothers who never told her their names, wondering if one of them is involved with this, spies for Strahd. "Where were you when you met Vasili and spoke with him? How long ago was that meeting and then when they came here to nest and make you steal the bones? Did Vasili say anything else or do anything after you agreed to help him?" Roselina questioned him, wondering if Vasili might be one of those Strahd-aligned Vistani Rudolph talked about.
"He came here, to my shop, he came by several months ago. Ever since, these things have been using the place as a nest. They made me take the bones a few days ago. And he just said I wouldn't regret my decision, then he just left.
Sova and Quilrith make their way up the stairs and head into the Kitchen to get to the bedroom. The kitchen itself doesn't contain much more than a square table surrounded by four chairs, and some shelves in the north east corner of the room that contain provisions. There is another door on the Northwestern side of the room, which you guess is Henrik's bedroom. Making your way over, you open the door and it opens up into a modest bedchamber that holds a cot and several well-made pieces of furniture, including a table, a padded chair, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe.
Having been given instructions from the shopkeeper, Athenios opens up the wardrobe and finds a small latch in the base. Opening it, there are two sacks, a large one and a small one.
Roselina had listened to the old man, nodding back and thinking. It's been several months since then and only just a few days ago they made him steal the bones? Strahd must really be wanting to kill everyone in Vallaki right now if he waited until now to steal those bones. "Vrakvroth, go help the others upstairs take care of those things." she then told him, thinking that her and Ebur could stay down here, watching the old man for any suspicious behavior and try to block the exit if the old man or those things try to escape.
Downstairs, taking a look around, has everything a carpenter needs to make coffins and furniture, at least in the room your in. On the Western wall are three long, sturdy tables.
Vrak activates his divine sense as he goes upstairs, and can detect six signs of undead coming from the north and east of the staircase.
Ebur despises undead, seeing them as the greatest obstacle to restoring the land to its natural state of death and decay. He hurries up the stairs to answer Vrak's call.

How does a red dragon blow out the candles on its birthday cake?
Roselina hears Vrakvroth, sighing before glancing over at the old man. "Stay there and hide behind the counter. Otherwise, your safety is not a guarantee." she says to him, glaring before she then follows the others up the stairs.
"I know that. They're nesting up there!" he says. "Ever since he came," the shopkeeper says as you head upstairs. You then open the door on the other side, to a room that is large and drafty. The place is strung with cobwebs and takes up most of this floor. There are stacks of wooden planks lying amid several crates that are marked "JUNK."
Your divine sense picked up the undead towards the northern end of the room.
