Ebur enters the room behind the others, looking somewhat agitated compared with his usual calm and disinterested manner. The blotches on his skin start to move around, and he suddenly smells even more putrid than usual.

At 2nd level, you gain the ability to channel magic into your spores. As an action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape feature to awaken those spores, rather than transforming into a beast form, and you gain 4 temporary hit points for each level you have in this class. While this feature is active, you gain the following benefits:
When you deal your Halo of Spores damage, roll the damage die a second time and add it to the total.
Your melee weapon attacks deal an extra 1d6 poison damage to any target they hit.
These benefits last for 10 minutes, until you lose all these temporary hit points, or until you use your Wild Shape again.

Ebur emits a savage growl as the vampires burst out of the crates. He thrusts at one with his spear, which seems to channel some of the stench that surrounds Ebur.
For the nearest vampire, or the first to move within 10': Reaction: Halo of Spores: 4 necrotic (CON save DC=13)
Halo of Spores
Starting at 2nd level, you are surrounded by invisible, necrotic spores that are harmless until you unleash them on a creature nearby. When a creature you can see moves into a space within 10 feet of you or starts its turn there, you can use your reaction to deal 1d4 necrotic damage to that creature unless it succeeds on a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC.

Roselina saw the vampire spawn come out, glaring. "Be blinded by the light!" she called out as she casts Faerie Fire, targeting as many if not all the vampire spawn before looking at Vrakvroth. "Come on Vrak , destroy them." she tells him as she gives him a Bardic Inspiration.
Initiative: 14
Action: Faerie Fire targeting as many if not all the Vampire Spawn with a violet light - Dex Save 14
Bonus Action: Bardic Inspiration to Vrakvroth
Faerie Fire - Each object in a 20-foot cube within range is outlined in blue, green, or violet light (your choice). Any creature in the area when the spell is cast is also outlined in light if it fails a Dexterity saving throw. For the duration, objects and affected creatures shed dim light in a 10-foot radius.
Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.
((OOC: Roselina, Currently, you can get four of the six spawn, but you will also get Ebur and Vrakroth in the spell area, alternatively you can get three and avoid your companions, should you desire - choice is yours))

As Sova sees the Vampire Spawn jump out of the crates, she lets loose an arrow towards the closest one. The arrow goes wide as the vampire quickly moves out of the way.
Vrakroth quickly thinks about any actions he can take to make it more difficult to get to him, and casts the spell successfully, as he gets surrounded in a radiant shield, hoping it will help to protect him against these creatures.
Quilrith tries to make impact against the vampire as he stabs at it, but it manages to jump out of the way, and the rapier only makes contact with the air where the vampire is just a few inches away, as it moves quickly to dodge the blade.
As Ebur sees the creatures, he runs forward next to Vrakroth to be able to reach the vampire, and takes a stab at the closest one. The creature once again jumps out of the way, but the invisible spores manage to latch onto it. The spores seem to not effect the vampire spawn as much as usual, and it manages to take the brunt of the damage.
Roselina waves her hands as the vampire spawn continue to raise out of their crates, as a dust begins to rain down from the ceiling. The dust runs off two of the vampires, but manages to stick onto one of them as the dust begins to glow.
The first of the spawn, which got hit by the faerie fire, moves forward towards Ebur, before taking two strikes with its claws. The first strike manages to make impact and scratches against Ebur's skin to a cold touch, dealing 5 slashing damage. It then takes a second claw strike against Ebur, but this time unable to make contact with him on the second attack.
The second Vampire Spawn also follows and runs up to Ebur, also taking two swipes at him. This time, the first strike manages to hit and scratches him for another 9 slashing damage before coming in for a second strike, which also manages to make contact, this time grapping ahold of Ebur by the neck in one hand, with a strong grip.
The third of the Vampires runs over to Vrakroth and attempts to take two claw attacks at him, both just bouncing off the radiant shield now protecting him.
The fourth one walks over to Ebur with the other two and takes another two claw attacks at him, both getting through his armor for 9 and 5 slashing damage from the two attacks.
The one that was slightly damaged by the spores heals the scratches on its skin and they seal up as if they were never there. It then takes two attacks towards Vrakroth, but both attacks missing once again.
The final vampire also comes up to Vrak and takes two strikes. The first misses, but he manages to grab hold of Vrak on the second attack, grappling him.

Ebur is overwhelmed by the suddenness of the vampire attacks, and although he fends off some of their strikes, the others soon take their toll. With a vampire hand around his throat, Ebur manages to croak out three words before slipping into unconsciousness...
