After a few minutes, an eye-slot in the door at about head height opens up and a pair of eyes look out. "State your business," the voice says in a monotone voice.
The eye-hatch snaps shut and after a few moments, the door opens. A servant gestures for you to follow him as he leads you to the other side of a narrow vestible. There are three stained-glass doors in wooden frames that lead out from the room. One to the southeast of the small room, one to the southwest, and a door directly north of the front door. The two southern doors are probably to cupboards, but the servant leads you through the north door.
In the next room, a wooden staircase leads up to a balcony. Here at the foot of the stairs are two more stained-glass windowed doors in addition to the one you came through to the east and west at the bottom of the stairs.
You are taken through the western door where you enter a room with an ornate dining table that stretches the length of the room, from east to west. There is a crystal chandelier hanging above it imperiously. The silverware is tarnished, the dishes are chipped, yet it all remains quite elegant. There are eight chairs around the dining table, their backs each adorned with sculpted elk horns. Arched windows made of latticework of iron and glass look out onto the small estate that is ever covered in fog, thanks to the mists of Barovia.
The servant leads you to the north end of the room, which joins on to the dining room into a parlor. Here, three elegant couches surround an oval table made of black glass. All are set in front of a blazing hearth, above which hangs the portrait of a smirking nobleman sporting a broken nose and a tangle of hair graying at the temples. Several smaller portraits hang on the north wall.
"Wait here, I will get Lady Watcher now," the servant tells you, giving you the room for a few moments.
Following the servant into the home Vark looks around at the house. Reaching out with his Divine Sense he looks beyond just what can be seen with the naked eye.

Roselina follows the servant inside along with everyone else as she looks around, seeing how much more elegant it was in here. She hears the servant, nodding back as she watches him leave. She waits for the servant to come back with Fiona, wondering just how the woman comes into play with helping them to defeat Strahd.
Sneaking over, the closest to the west of the door holds a selection of woman's coats and outdoor shoes, the one to the east of the front door holds the same suitable for young men, one of the coats the same you saw being worn the other day by one of the two men in the Blue Water Inn that Roselina interacted with.

Roselina sees as a woman comes walking down the stairs in a black ballgown with dark skin and a dragon around her neck, surprised. She hears her question, nodding back. "Yes, I had heard from your sons that you do business with the burgomaster. So I figured that it would be best to talk to you about it." she would say back to her with a smile.
Sova, the woman is hard to read from your perspective to get a genuine feel, however Roselina you can't help but shake the feeling that this is someone that holds quite significant power within the town.
(Just realised we were in totally different places. But I guess I went with her to the study)
"It is a pleasure to meet you dear lady, thank you for welcoming us into your home", he says with an elaborate bow, before kissing her hand.
"I must say, what a unique home you have here. I'm quite certain it has a fascinating history. But I digress, of course we would talk of the Burgomaster. You have had some dealings with him I the past I believe? What can you tell us of him?"
"That Burgomaster is an overpompus fool who thinks forcing celebration upon the townpeople will make them happy," the woman replies with disgust. "And his son is vile, my daughter was going to marry him, but she hasn't been the same - she was driven mad," she continues.
Roselina smirks, hearing her talk about the Burgomaster with disgust. She was surprised to hear about his son and her daughter. "Exactly, he is certainly foolish. His son, who exactly is his son? How long has your daughter been mad? What caused it, or when did it start?" she then asked her, curious.

Roselina hears the voice, thinking it must be a butler. "We're here to speak with the lady of the house." she calmly says back to them.
"What business have you with the Lady Fiona Watcher?" The voice asks in return, the door remaining closed.
"We are here to talk with her regarding the burgomaster." Roselina then says back to him.
