OoC: Another suggestion that I think works well for the PbP format is for the DM to just roll everyone's initiative for them, since it's not something where there's any player choice involved. Otherwise it's basically a whole round worth of posting time just to get the initiative order up. I dunno if anyone is particularly committed to rolling their own, but I'd be just fine with having it done for me, for future reference.
(ooc: I'm ok with the DM rolling initiative to speed the process. Discord is also fine, but this image seems to work well.)
Anton uses his action to scatter his 1000 Ball Bearings in a 10' square between the pillars outside this door. As a bonus action he tosses his bag of caltrops to Scar. (Note that we used Boh's bearings and caltrops on the last door, not Anton's.)
Anton holds his position to ensure Boh has flanking on anyone coming through the door.
If any Goblin is in melee range, I will attack with two daggers. They should be either prone outside the door or flanked by Anton or Scar so I will roll with advantage:
Yes to discord maps, and I'm fine with DM rolling Initiative in the future. But since there's "time" this time, I'll just go ahead now.

There are calltrops and ball bearings in front of the door in the room with the blue 4,5,6,7 (you, meepo, Geth and Cassius). Also Ball bearrings in front of the door just n of the blue 1 & 2.

Boh retaliates by sinking both of his daggers into Goblin 8, killing it.
The goblin shaman shuffles forward to take a spot behind Goblin 5. He points his staff and the air around Scar and Boh grows cold as the goblin casts Bane I need charisma saves from you both DC 11.
Cassius moves up to the doorway of the first hall and fires an arrow at the goblin 7 in the room, the goblin narrowly brings its shield up in time.
I attack the one between me and Anton first, attack rolls are further up. If 7 damage are enough to kill it, i will use the second attack for the one between me and Scar.

Seeing the shaman cast a spell and feeling something attempt to affect himself, Scar would then yell and rush the goblin Shaman, ignoring the others in his way. Swinging his Greataxe down to slash across the chest of the Shaman.
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
[OOC: only need to be within 10' of the shaman to hit him. So hopefully would avoid maybe some OOA :) ]
