Harick hesitantly moves forward at Fae's command, although the man is mostly trying to guard himself, unsure of what else to do at the moment. Fae catches a slight glimpse of the wizard as he retreats into the shadows and that is all she needs to assault his mind with magic. She strikes a blow to the Glasstaff, but feels her magic fail to get a true lock on his mind.

Tarja directs her flaming sphere to ram what remains of the barrier. (7 fire damage - or half that on a dc15 dex save? Does a barrier even get a save?)
Then, she takes off after the fleeing wizard.

Claw Attack: 16 Damage: 6

Ethan moves forward towards the edge of the chasm, taking careful aim at the retreating wizard.
Aiming through his view finder and down the shaft of his Programmable Caster, Ethan targets the wizard again and unleashes another pair of magical projectiles.
The crackling bolt of fire is followed closely by the vortex of force energy as they shoot across the distance to their target.
Move: Move directly west, to the edge of the chasm.
Action: Cast Fire Bolt at the wizard: Attack: 4(bless) + 14 - Damage: 10 fire damage (ignores half cover).
Bonus Action: Activate Eldritch Canon:
AttackWizard: Attack: 2(bless) + 17 - Damage: 5 force damage.
In an impressive display, not only does Zeke quickly dispatch the bugbear going after Elra but he glides across the bridge and leaps over the entirety of the makeshift wooden barrier. Surprised, the bugbear there doesn't get his crossbow up in time to even try to block Zeke's next attack, one that swiftly removes his foe's head. As the lifeless bugbear body slumps backwards the head rolls into the chasm.
The sprite files south and looses an arrow at the Nothic hiding there.
Fly south to spot the Nothic.
Action: Shortbow attack - 15
Hit: 1 piercing damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. If its saving throw result is 5 or lower, the poisoned target falls unconscious for the same duration, or until it takes damage or another creature takes an action to shake it awake.
Krikket flies out from the safety provided by Arvel and his gear and looks for the nothic as instructed. As he rounds one of the naturally formed black stone pillars he sees one lanky, clawed nothic hand and then the large eye just at the edge of the darkness around the corner form the party in what appears to be another rough stone hallway. To Krikket, the creature appears to be clinging close the wall and looking eager to peer out again despite the threat the party has imposed on the nothic lair. With his tiny arrow Krikket strikes true, the tiny fey creature poisoning his target.
Having potentially underestimated the skill and accuracy of the new heroes in the land, the Glasstaff is unable to dodge another blast of energy, this time from Ethan's canon. He continues to stumble back into the darkness while adsorbing the unexpected onslaught of magic. Although not likely to be their primary focus, Tarja and anyone else who can see down into the dark chasm below the bridges may notice the light of the wizard's flaming sphere suddenly disappear after the recent attacks of Fae and Ethan.
Meanwhile Tarja rams her flaming sphere into the crude barrier. The force of the impact combined with fire snapping the last bit of rope holding two collapsing sides together sends tangled rope, rough hewn logs and a few planks of wood cascading over each side of the bridge. A few seconds later there is another roar from the darkness below, those who have been closer to the chasm noticing that it has grown louder now. Tarja herself catches the Glasstaff and tears bloody claw marks into the wizard's red robes as he screams in pain.
Moving over the bridge for the first time herself, Elra can easily spot the nothic clinging to the side of the chasm not far away. She easily catches it with a radiant blast, the creature glowing for an extra second making it an easy target for another in an otherwise dark, shadowy cave.
(pausing here while I resolve bad guy actions, etc. Fae I don't think much will change your action other than the Glasstaff surely moving further out of your sight and no longer being a viable target for this round, if you want to start thinking about your action for Round 4)

Round 4 rolls on...
Tarja gets a good look at the Glasstaff in his red robes and cloak for a brief moment during her attack, but in a blink he is gone, replaced by silvery mist. The bear's ears can hear something down the hall to her left a second later however, as the Glasstaff dashes away.
The nothic clinging to the side of the chasm hisses at Elra and then sets his gaze upon her. (DC12 CON save vs 10 necrotic damage.) It then swings from the edge of the cliff, grabs onto the bridge and ducks underneath in an attempt to hide.
Krikket experiences the sensation of something try to worm its way into his mind this time but easily dismisses it with his fey magic protecting him.
Suddenly the large redbrand man grabs his head awkwardly and gasps. There is another flash in everyone's minds. The scene is of this very cave, and two now familiar robed figured arguing. The Black Spider chides the Glasstaff, ordering him to keep any newcomers away and watch for the dwarf, Rockseeker. Another flash of memory and the same two figures in the cave experience a slight tremor, the Glasstaff immediately stating "the dragon." The Black Spider responds again angrily, "it must not find me or the mine before we have secured our treasure." "Send it away!"
There is another echo of graveling voices, Tarja once again being able to confirm the excited chant of "secrets!"
Arvel's new friend the bugbear runs to the edge of the bridge but is a bit unsure of what to do next with the nothic just out of sight. He looks back at Arvel and shrugs.

Fae would clench her jaw as another vision invades her mind. She’d take a moment to shake it off, accepting the fact that Glasstaff is slipping from her reach. At this point her concern was losing sight of Tarja, Zeke or any of the others, potentially splitting the group. Looking to the Redbrand, the wizard would encourage him to press forward despite his discomfort. She wanted to close the gap between them and the others, as well as find sight of that pesky nothik.
Locking her eyes on the sole eye of the Nothic, Fae would hurl a Fire Bolt
Fae moves towards the bridge and the chasm and is able to catch just enough of a glimpse of the nothic hanging below to get off her firebolt, striking at the creature. Flames scar the aberration as it screams but manages to hold its grip on the ropes beneath the bridge.
Another low roar comes from the chasm below and the large redbrand whispers to Fae "what's that?" "I haven't heard that in here before."
**Zeke, etc. you're up for round 5. Map above holds true minus Fae moving to her left.**
Fire Giant , Salamander and the like? too close to the surface, likely patrolling much larger caverns deep below the earth
Chimera? although known to live underground, very rare versus their counterparts living in forrest, mountains and hills, and likely would have eaten these nothics by now
Roper? maybe, could be living on a cavern floor below, but unlikely to slowly climb all the way up these chasm walls to give the party any trouble here
Xorn a possibility, but not typically from this plane
hmmm, there are nothics here... a larger abberation? an Aboleth? but they prefer water
balhannoth hmmm, a large abberation, yes maybe, although aren't they primary found in the Shadowfel?
behir? ah yes, a better educated guess... monstrous hunter of the depths, even in narrower passages or vertical spaces, could that be it?
Fae's eyes would flicker black as they'd dart side to side as if she were searching through pages upon pages. She sifted through the memory of read text, trying her best to narrow it down to her best guess. But the reality remained, it would be a guess without more to go on. Blinking away the inky darkness in her eyes, the divination wizard's face would harden as she'd whisper back to Harrick. "We may find out soon enough..."
Fae was at least be prepared to call it out, should she catch a glimpse, hear or sense something else.

Ethan hasn't really noticed the strange noises from below yet, being too distracted by the known hostiles.
Stepping south, Ethan tries to get a clean shot under the bridge, at the Nothic hanging below.
As Ethan crouches down, his Eldritch Canon climbs down onto the ground, before climbing over the edge a little ways.
Taking aim again, Ethan releases a bolt of fire at the hanging Nothic, his Eldritch Canon following a moment later, with its vortex of force energy.
Move: Move south 5-10ft to get a better angle on the hanging Nothic, if needed.
Bonus Action: Activate the Eldritch Canon
Eldritch Canon Move: Climb to the ground (5ft) and then over the edge (5ft) to get a clear shot at the hanging Nothic.
Action: Cast Fire Bolt at the hanging Nothic: Attack: 2(bless) + 27 - Damage: 12 fire damage (ignores half cover).
Eldritch CanonAttack: Targeting the hangingNothic: Attack: 4(bless) + 19 - Damage: 5 force damage. (if it hits, it will push the Nothic5ft away, so maybe it falls if it isn't dead at that point?)
Zeke lets two handaxes fly, one catching the nothic clinging to the underside of the bridge. Both axes go clattering down into the darkness, echoing when they hit the side of the chasm.
Arvel's bugbear friend nods and sets out intent on crossing the bridge. Meanwhile Krikket lands another shot at an angry but weary looking nothing hiding around the corner.
Meanwhile Ethan and his cannon move into position and fire towards the underside of the bridge. Although the cannon misses low, Ethan's bolt is expertly placed low enough to clear the underside of the bridge but high enough to catch the nothic in the thigh. The creature shrieks loudly as its leg and torso are scorched with flame. Zeke, fae and Ethan can now see it struggle to hang onto the bridge, and life itself, by just a few clawed fingers.

Seeing that the wizard got away, Tarja turns her attention back to the cavern, heading back towards the edge of the bridge, and rolling her flaming sphere back onto her side of the cavern and a few feet south, so as not to block the path between the bridge and the exit. She goes up to the bridge and tries to gesture that they should come this way, hoping her companions can get across before the monster from the depths rises up. (Performance: 11 ? :) )
I can't quite tell if a Nothic hanging off the bridge is in melee range of a bear prowling around the top? If yes, Tarja would do that attack: Bite Attack: 24 Damage: 5 , Claw Attack: 24 Damage: 11 and retreat back off of the bridge to the far side.
