Tempest will watch Zurd leave and turn to face Sekelok as the second strike pierces his thick hide. Tempest will look at Daner and motion with his head towards the canoes making low grunts then lash out with his claws and bite against the yuan-ti.

Darion smiles encouragingly at Tahvo "Tymora continues to be with us" he says with relief. He then calls out to Sekelok "You're a fool Sekelok, and whatever happens here and now, by tomorrow you will be a dead fool!"
He then casts Bonfire (Dec, DC 13) on Sekelok, reluctant to move off until at least Daner is in safely.
Daner disengages and moves back toward the canoes, keeping an eye on Sekelok as he does so. Just before climbing into the canoe, he swaps his greatsword for his crossbow and keeps it sighted on Sekelok.
Ellis is glad as Kanush and the goblin finally get in the canoes as well as the fact that Darion and Tahvo did not get influenced by the Yuan-ti. He sees that Daner comes over and gets into the canoe as well, remembering that Tempest can catch up to them later. "Make sure to quickly catch up to us, okay?" he says, not wanting to lose a friend. He then looks over at Sekelok, glaring. "Yeah, a fool you are since you just let us escape after all!" he says as he casts Vicious Mockery at him again before he goes over and gets into a canoe himself too. "Let's get going!" Ellis tells everyone, hoping that this will lead them to the exit out of here.
Action: Vicious Mockery at Sekelok (unless he died, then it would be at Zurd) - WIS Save 13
Bear Tempest claws at Sekelok but it is far to easily telegraphed and easily dodged, but, intentional or not, it acts as a feint and Tempest follows up with a vicious bite into Sekelok's neck. Sekelok hisses as he staggers backwards a bit. He also attempts to step out of the way of the bonfire, DEX: 4, and then Vicious Mockery, WIS: 2
Sekelok then counterattacks, attempting to plunge both scimitars into Tempest- Attack: 16 Damage: 6 , and again 22 Damage: 6 . (1st attack disadvantage result if Vicious Mockery works: 6 )
Zurd, bleeding heavily, shuffles back closer to the canoes, but gives Tempest a wide berth. 10 feet away from Tempest he extends his hand toward towards Tempest and projects a puff of noxious gas from his palm, using Poison Spray. Tempest must make a CON save or take 8 poison damage.
At the point you begin to hear the sound of clamor from beyond the double doors. Reinforcements may be on their way soon.
Tempest dodges the first attack but reels as the second strike lacerates his flesh. He coughs up blackened blood as the poison chokes his lungs but fights through the pain and waves his large paw towards his friends gesturing them to depart. He roars loudly in Sekeloks face and renews his assault against the yuan-ti.
Daner looks on as Tempest tries to hold back the two opponents, Regretting having jumped in the canoe. Sighting Zurd with his crossbow, he lets a bolt fly. Attack: 8 Damage: 7
”Push off!” He yells to the canoes, then glances down and sees the ice still around their hulls.
(You should still be able to push off, I made sure to clarify that the ice would stop a few inches from the sides of the boats to keep them from tipping but not from moving entirely. You could probably use it to aid in pushing off.)
Both of Tempest's attacks seem to land relatively squarely on Sekelok, but his teeth and claws glance off Sekelok's especially hard and smooth scales. Seeing the boats push off, Sekelok exclaims "No! Zurd, after them! Do not let them escape!" Sekelok then turns back to Tempest and resumes his skirmish against him. Attack 1: Attack: 25 Damage: 10 Attack 2: Attack: 16 Damage: 4 .
Zurd starts towards the boats as he first bobs out of the way of Daner's crossbow bolt and then attempts to avoid being scorched by Darion, DEX 4. Sensing that Daner looks to be the strongest in the bunch, Zurd's eyes flare the hypnotic purple from before as he casts Suggestion on Daner, "You there, kind dwarf, put a stop to thissss madnesss; pull your canoe back here at once!" Zurd uses a free action to flick a nearby rope that is at times used to moor the boat to the lip of the cave, motioning for Daner to pull the boat back to shore with it. WIS save to beat: 12.
You can now see the shadows of several forms in the torchlight bounding down the far hallway, beyond the double doors.
Ellis watched as Tempest was fighting Sekelok, worried and hoping that he will survive before hearing Daner. So his first (banked) action would have been to push off the canoe with help from Tempest's ice. Then he saw Zurd come over, seeing and hearing that he was trying to influence Daner, noticing the rope as he glared. "Leave us alone, you big coward!!" Ellis yelled as he casts Vicious Mockery at Zurd before slapping away the rope. "Don't listen to him Daner! Let's keep going!" he says, not wanting to let Tempest's sacrifice be in vain.
First Action: Pushing off the canoe with aid of Tempest's ice
Second Action: Vicious Mockery at Zurd WIS Save 13
Interact with Object: Slap away the rope (wasn't sure if this could be done as a free action or interact with objects)
Just as Zurd finishes his incantation for Suggest, he faces Ellis’ psychic assault, and, pushed to to the brink already, Zurd simply falls down, vanquished in his mind.
Sekelok's first hit cuts deep into bear Tempest's side but he retains his form until the second sword plunges into his shoulder. Tempest's form reverts back to his Gensai humanoid and he grasps his shoulder that has a small cut on it. Tempest watches his allies depart and rushes towards the canoes expecting another attack from Sekelok and will cast Shape Water to target a 5ft area in front of the lead canoe and direct the flow downstream for a small boost as each canoe passes over it.
Bonus:(Will depend on how close the canoes and Zurd are.)

Zurd calls to Daner.It would so much sense to go back to shore. We haven’t finished here yet. As Daner is reaching out to grab the rope to pull the canoe back to shore, Ellis knocks it away. “Hey! I needed that. We have to get back to shore.”Daner reaches to grab one of the oars from the others.
