Gerrack, hearing Quinn's urgent bellowing, extends his wings and flies over towards Gniff before the bandit's corpse can even hit the ground. He lands at Gniff's side, pulling out his healing kit, and begins to tend to him immediately, binding his bleeding wounds.
Edmond safes his crossbow, slings it across his back, and hustles over to Finnian, casting Lay on Hands 5 points, and then to Gniff, Lay on Hands 5 more points.
Gniff sputters as the divine energy of Edmond's dirty soars through him. He raises his hands to his head and lays there for a few more moments, Quinn bends down and begins to nudge Gniff with his snout. The halfling groans but playfully lifts his hand away from his face and pats the buck on the neck. "I'm okay friend. Just resting," he lies to the beast.
He finally opens his eyes and looks to Edmond whom he pieces together was the one who healed him, "Thank you Edmond. I felt like I was slipping away. I owe you." He sits up and surveys the post battle tranquility. "So...we won?"
Tandon sheathes his weapons and goes to lend aid to the ones that had fallen. Opening his waterskin and offering it to Finnian to drink and wash his face. When Edmond walks over to heal Tandon, he will slap his hands out of the way. “Don’t bother me with that, there are others that need it. Don’t worry about me, it will take more than a few Bandits to end a Bafflestone!”
(again I appreciate the cute wounds, but Tandon will deny it now that the fight is over. Save your spell slot)

Investigation: 12
@ Misty, Misty finds 6 gold and 2 silver on the bandits. as well as 7 studded leather armors, and 7 shortswords. (OOC: if you all really want you can take the clothes off their backs and you can have 7 sets of clothes.)
(edit: its 7 items not 6, i have corrected the amount.)
Gerrack takes a moment to stand by one of the corpses and offer a short prayer for the soul of the fallen. "M-may you find m-m-ore mercy in the grasp of I-i-illmater than you did from us," he says. After a short pause, he leans down and carefully unclasps the cloak from around the bandit's neck, shaking it out a few times, before donning it.
He then proceeds to gather the corpses of the bandit into a pile by the side of the road.
"W-we should b-bury or b-burn them. If not for r-respect of the d-dead, at least to p-p-prevent disease on a t-t-trading route."
Gimble would grab his bolts off the bodies and make sure everyone was ok. He will also look for anything specifically marking these guys as the Reb Bandits (OOC is it bad I want to call these guys the ‘Wet Bandits’?)
Investigation 4
”How are we doing? And Gerrack I hear ya but these guys need to be sent a message, because they obviously aren’t getting it? How many more of theirs will be coming for our group here? I say we pile the bodies and sure burn em if ya want but I don’t think we need to go through the effort of a proper burial.”

@ Gimble, you go to retrieve the bolts but sadly all of them broke on impact.

"I do n-not want to be the b-bearer of any m-message that must use the c-corpses of my f-foes to be s-sent. I w-would be no b-better than th-those I seek to i-intimidate with such t-t-tactics." He pauses, not actually having taken any offense at the suggestion, merely processing it and answering as if making a grotesque display of bodies along the roadside were a normal request. "A-apart from that, w-would we not wish to have the e-e-element of s-surprise when facing the b-b-bandits? Why t-trumpet our a-a-arival with t-th-threats? We must be s-s-swift, s-s-silent, and d-deadly when we s-strike them."
Were you to be listening in on this conversation, you would definitely get the feeling by the way he handles the whole topic - and the way he perfunctorily stripped the dead bandit of his cloak - that despite his withdrawn and shy mannerisms there is something not quite right in Gerrack's perceptions about what he considers normal, ordinary behavior.
Hey Tandon! Look at that! Is that a Flying Carpet? Edmond points over that away, trying to distract Tandon long enough to cast Cure Wounds on him.
Persuasion 16
Tandon brings out his weapons once more and spins around to hastily bring down whatever foul wizardry is happening behind him.
(amazing!)
Once the spell heals him he is somewhat flabbergasted. “AGH, you better watch yourself tricking a gnome like that...”. His words don’t hit as hard as he usually is as he does feel quite a bit better. He gets over it quickly and looks to see if anyone else needs help.
No worries about my spell slots. I'm just doing what little healing we need now so we can set out straight away after we follow Gerrack's suggestion and burn or bury these fellows, and save Gniff's spell slots for later.

Dang, lol I lost count then. I think that was what 4-5 total between the two attacks?

"So, these are the second group of bandits you all have encountered? Is this a coincidence or are you all being targetted," Gniff asks as he brushes down Quinn's antlers to be free of blood?
Gimble chuckles, “yeah, I’d say there is a target here. Part of me wonders how they’re finding us so efficiently though. Smart enough to find us quickly, dumb enough to keep dying. It’s a wonder they’re still in business.”
(OOC Good to skip n thanks)

Keep it rolling
"So, these are the second group of bandits you all have encountered? Is this a coincidence or are you all being targetted," Gniff asks as he brushes down Quinn's antlers to be free of blood?
Gerrack remains silent, but looks uncomfortably at Finnian at Gniff's question.
