"Killing enemies in their sleep is not very honorable... But I am sure those goblins wouldn't hesitate to slit our throats if the situation was reversed" Casmir says softly "or bash our skulls" he continues, adjusting his grip on his hammer and walking carefully towards the goblin lying between the 2 piles of rubble.
(OOC: I say we try to finish them off as quickly as possible. Roll for initiative? Sleeping targets give advantage plus automatically crit, correct?)
@ everyone, (OOC: if the party wishes to finish off the goblins that are sleeping, it would be both an auto hit, and an auto crit. So if the party wishes, those that are delivering the attacks, roll critical damage from your weapon attacks.)
Misty moves to the first of the sleeping goblins and drives her magical sword into his chest. She looks to the others, waiting for others to move to help her. It is grizzly work and she doesn't look very happy about doing it, but she dare not let these wake up and give away their arrival, not with the forces her owl spotted there.
@ Misty, (OOC: roll critical damage for the +1 longsword, which is 2d8+2 or 2d10+2 if you are wielding it with both hands)

Gniff has a sour face as he knocks an arrow and keeps it at the ready as the group goes about the dark work. His aim ready in case a quick shot could help.
@ everyone, Misty drives the sword quickly and deeply in the goblin's chest. It makes no sound, after she pulls the blade out, the goblin is motionless. the other five continue to sleep.
@ everyone, (OOC: is anyone else going to attempt to kill a goblin in their sleep? Misty if you would like to try to kill another one, give me another critical damage roll with the longsword.)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Stannic winces as he approaches the sleeping goblins, but they chose their path when they began attacking caravans. “Great spirits, give me the strength..” he whispers as casts Shillelagh and brings his quarterstaff down on a sleeping goblin.
Misty grimaces, but continues the brutal work... Critical damage: 19
@ the party, Misty again drives the sword quickly and deeply into another goblin's chest. It makes no sound, after she pulls the blade out, the goblin is motionless. the others continue to sleep.
(OOC: give me weapon damage, 2d4+2 if you are using your dagger, 2d6+2 if you are using your shortsword, 2d8+2 if you are using your rapier)
Shortsword 6
@ the party, Gimble does the same as Misty, and tries to plunge his shortsword into a sleeping goblin. Something is wrong, at the last second, Gimble looks away or doesn't follow through with the swing. He severely wounds the sleeping goblin but it wasn't enough to kill. The goblin wakes up and screams in pain.

@ the party, at the same time as Misty and Gimble. Stannic whispers as he casts his spell, then he caves in one of the sleeping goblins skulls.
@ the party, Casmir smashes one of the goblins with his warhammer, killing it.
@ the party, The wounded screaming goblin wakes up, and the other one wake up as well. (OOC: Gniff may react by attacking any of the two waking goblins. You are also welcome to try something creative.)
@ the party, (OOC: if Gniff abstains from a reaction, everyone roll initiative)
edit: (OOC: I have adjusted for casmir's post. There are two waking goblins now. One wounded and one untouched. Gniff may try something, if not everyone roll initiative.)
(OOC I don’t know how to roll in log just did some “custom roll” or something....ya can take that 5 and add 2 for a total of 7 on my initiative)
(You just click on the initiative bonus listed on your sheet. That should roll the initiative roll. Same goes for skills, ability checks, weapon attacks, etc.)

One caveat, I ran into that when I first tried: You need to set your character sheet to do dice rolling: in the character's sheet, click on the gear icon to the right of your character's name, then in the configuration side panel slide the "Dice Rolling" button to enable it. If it's not enable it doesn't go to the log.
text map: the party is in the tower, there is a single goblin the party is surrounding. there is a shut door further in the room. There is an adjacent room, no door separating the tower and the room, but there is enough rubble blocking most of the tower and the room to keep them separate, but enough for someone to walk through the rubble to the room. There is enough space between the ceiling of the room and the rubble for someone to climb over the rubble as well. From what the party can see there appears to be a table in that adjacent room. The party might worry about the goblin's scream echoing through the adjacent room. The party is close together and preventing the goblin from passing by them. Gimble is next to the closed door. Misty and Stannic are the closest to the remaining goblin but are outside of melee range.
Misty or Stannic is up (OOC: it will go to whoever posts first, unless you guys pick who goes first out of the two of you.)
(OOC: since there is only one goblin left, and everyone goes before it, I think its safe to say its not gonna survive, but this party has had bad rolls before.)
Health Updates: The Party: Casmir 32/32 HP, Gimble 21/21 HP, Gniff 21/21 HP, Misty 22/22 HP, Stannic 24/24 HP.
Party allies: N/A
Bad Guys: Goblin 1 has taken no damage.

Stannic cringes as the goblins's screams wake up the others, hoping to himself that the sound will not carry far in the castle, even as he knows that it probably will. He steps forward toward the remaining goblin before it can do anything to alert the others, striking him with his quarterstaff. (Still imbued with Shillelagh
Attack: 18 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
