With Oswin and Valentia
With only a surface-level look, it is difficult for Valentia to assess the prognosis of each of the victims, even with Oswin's assistance. She does see obvious signs of breathing on the two eastern beds.
However, Valentia was able to get closer to the patient in the northwest bed. The bandages seem to be several layers thick, the smell of old blood is thick about him, especially around his head. It is hard to tell if he's not breathing or just shallow breaths.
“Thank you children.” And with that Andivus will set off to find the others to share the information. A quickness to his step that the aloof Triton doesn’t usually carry.

Getting every information she thought she needed, Valentia sits down close to the man that was alone and starts a quiet prayer under her breath. Within the span of the next ten minutes, she's done casting Prayer of Healing, the targets being the four ones that seem to be in worse condition, and whoever are the two other injured miners closest to them that may not be in such a bad position. (If any of these men count as being at 0 HP under the game's rules, they get healed 20 HP (Circle of Mortality). Otherwise, here's the roll.)

She'll wait and see if that has any apparent effect, but will not flinch if she can notice any signs that for some of them, she may be too late.

While she is praying, Oswin will ask the families of the two men who appear to have children if they would mind if he attempts to caste cure wounds on each of them.
Andivus, armed with the news of the coming of a mysterious "Overseer," decides the best place to inform his new comrades would be the Pick and Tap. As he enters, he sees that Lia had already returned and is sitting at a table with an ale.
With Oswin and Valentia
Oswin approaches the families of the two patients farther away from the corners. At first, they are hesitant to accept help from a stranger. But with the presence of the elven administrator and their desperation getting the better of them, they reluctantly agree.
Permission given, Oswin approaches the two men, individually, and warm energy emanates from his hands.
As this is going on, Valentia, still over the miner in the northwest corner, evokes the power of Kelemvor in order to try identify who among them is fated to the afterlife.
By a combination of miracle and Oswin's contribution, the four men start waking up. Around them, they hear gasps and various incredulous interjections. While it is undeniable that that they will recover from their head injuries, the degree to which they will recover is unknown.
"Simply incredible...!" The elf says in a hushed tone, "This will certainly be a weight off of Ragkohm's mind."
Seeing Andivus enter, Lia will wave him over. "Good day there. Any news from your day?" She pats the seat next to her and nods to the serving girl. "A drink for my friend if you please."
Valentia stands up after her prayers and takes a look around the now awaking men, a light smile comes across her face, and when Oswin comes to her side, she waits a bit and replies. "Yes, but don't be mistaken. If one or more of them hadn't woken up, my mission would not have been a failure. Sometimes, when it's someone's time to go, it's good that they accept it, and so do the ones who know them. Yet, it seems like Kelemvor still has hopes for these men, they got a second chance, which I'm sure was Kelemvor's intention."
The cleric starts walking back to the elf who brought them here, making the lightest type of communication with the families in the form of a nod and a slight smile if any turn to her while she's still walking. Valentia looks at the elf and says, "Thank you for allowing me this chance. I'll rest much more at ease, knowing I could be of help to these people and to bring Kelemvor's desires to fruition in this place. If you want any more help, I've learned quite a bit about medicine while living in the hermitage. Not only that, I still have access to a few more spells like that one if there's any need for it."
While Valentia is talking to the elf, Oswin will spend a few moments talking with the families, "I'm glad I was able to help, but you should really make sure to thank my friend here. It was her devotion to her god that brought us here and her power that helped save these men."
Andivus hastily sits down. Quickly downing the ale as he quickly gulps. The gills on the side of his neck flare for a moment before he stops and wipes his mouth. “The children..... have been having dreams. They speak of an Overseer that has been talking to them while they sleep. It says it is coming soon. It is responsible for that demonic flayed centaur we fought off.” Taking a moment to scan the tavern. “I believe this is very far from being over with.” Andivus looks to Lia for a response.
"I may take you up on your offer someday. Thank you both very much for your assistance. If I know Ragkohm, he's going to make sure that those men are fully recovered before he allows them to even pick up a shovel. So, I think it's best to let them rest and their families pull themselves back together."
As soon as they exit the hospital.
"It occurs to me, that I never introduced myself. Alaion Mirakian, mine administrator."
Andivus enters the tavern and orders his drink before relaying his concerns to Lia. To which, she replies with suggesting some measured vigilance.
Oswin would wake a little early, but come down a little late spending time making sure the saddlebags were secured sufficiently and tinkering with his new friend a little before joining the others, "Morning everyone, ready to go see what the mayor wanted?"
Gark and the pup awake just before dawn when the birds start their cacophony. He tosses the pup a piece of the rabbit they caught and smoked yesterday, then packs up his gear and heads into town to grab a hot drink at the inn and wait for the others.
A little late, since she spent the early morning praying to Kelemvor again, Valentia eventually walks down the stairs and approaches the group. She sits down and asks for something to eat and then she turns to the group. "Good morning. Everyone's already leaving? Just give me a minute, I'll be right behind you."

After everyone finishes their errand/duties/miscellany, the party turns in for the night.
Lia discovers a small package under her bed the next morning.
Any business before the meeting at the mayor's house?

Lia puts the tools in her belt pouch and then heads down to the common area to eat and be ready to head out when the others were ready.
