Gulgus
The Giant Hyena moves forth (to I-5) to protect Gulgus and attacks the nearby Grick (J-5).
Bite Attack: 21 Piercing Damage: 6
Gulgus retreats back a couple of spaces (to D-5) muttering something to himself and casts Produce Flame, hurling it at the Grick in front of his Giant Hyena.

Gulgus' hyena springs into action onto the nearest grick, sinking its teeth into the leathery flesh, which is tougher than it appeared. Gulgus sends a small tongue of flame at the same creature. However, it harmlessly splashes off of its hide (6 piercing damage, halved by resistance, and spell missed).
Grick Alpha's turn
The large grick slithers down from its perch and to the closest threat that harmed its pack.
Tail Attack: 18 Damage: 12
Tentacle Attack: 17 Damage: 18
Beak Attack: 8 Damage: 20
With one ferocious volley of attacks, the large hyena is no more, reducing to dust as it falls (45piercing damage and defeated).
Avia watches as Gulgus's Hyena dies and immediately decides that her wolf is going nowhere near the huge Grick. Before my action, I have a few questions.
Is the Grick Alpha at J7-K6?
Could Stata move through the two pillars and attack the Grick at J10 without provoking an opportunity attack from Grick alpha?
Seeing Gulgus's Hyena gets defeated by the vicious serpent, Renata also decided against calling Vatra out into the battle field. She calls aid of Savras, summoning yet another glowing encyclopedia, floats across the room and slams against the Grick Alpha, while a ray of cold energy shoots at it.
She retreats back to B-7, and asking others, "you thinking we should engage?"

Avia runs over to F11, and shoots out a spray of acid at the Grick and Grick Alpha. She then commands her Dire wolf to protect her, and attack the Grick.
Action: spray of acid At Grick and Grick Alpha. DC 13 dex save or have to take 2d4 damage at the start of their turns.
Bonus Action: Wolf moves to G11-H12 then bites the Grick there. Attack: 25 Damage: 14

Renata is now wary of the larger grick, she casts a spell on it from afar while summoning a spectral book. It moves its body to move away from a blast of cold, only to find itself clobbered by the floating tome (12 force damage, cantrip missed)
Avia is feeling a little more bold and moves into position to try and cover the main threat in burning acid, with one of the other smaller ones to be caught in the crossfire. However, the were deft enough to avoid the chemical concoction (both made the save).
Stata quickly moves to bite down on the Grick by her master, it is hard to bite through its hide, but it still draws blood (7 piercing damage, already halved by resistance).
Gricks' turn
With a surprise, the grick Stata bit thrashes its tentacles at her
Tentacle Attack: 10 Damage: 9
It tentacles whip about, landing on nothing (miss).
The grick by the forge now sees a open path to Gulgus (to G-5) and strikes at him.
Tentacle Attack: 15 Damage: 7
The claw at the tip the tentacle catches Gulgus' leg. Sensing blood, it bites at him.
Beak Attack: 13 Damage: 4
It snaps at the leg, again causing some more puncturing wounds (11 piercing and slashing damage).
The final grick climbs sown from its perch and moves toward Avia, but is still too far away (now at H-12).

Kysdiane also quickly realizes the dangers of engaging these creatures in melee combat and, activating his boots, flies upwards 30 feet where he is to hopefully get out of range of the Gricks. From there he responds to Renata's question with, "As long as we stay out of its range, we can just chip away at it." Once he has risen, he sends a deadly toll towards the Alpha Grick as he hovers and waits for further instructions.
Lia stays as far from the enemy as she can manage, but sends a magical dagger to appear near the largest of the creatures, and strike at it. She then sends a ray of cold at the same one...

Kysdiane, noting the threat the alpha of this pack poses, activates his magical boots and launches himself upwards. He then causes a dolorous sound chime that doesn't seem to affect it at all (Made the save).
Lia then summons her trusty dagger, which thrusts itself at the creature as she sends her own arctic blast. Similar to Renata's efforts, it dodges the cold ray while the dagger buries its blade into it (12force damage and cantrip missed).

Gulgus
Gulgus turns and retreats from the grick that attacked him limping from his wounds. He moves in front of the doors (at A-8) and casts Cure Wounds on himself.
As Gulgus turns to gain some distance between him and the nearby grick, it snaps at him with its beak.
Attack of Opportunity Beak Attack: 23 Damage: 5
He isn't able to get away without losing more blood (5 piercing damage)
After getting some space, he takes the time to magically tend to his wounds (8 hit points restored).
Grick alpha's turn
Finding itself under assault, it looks for a new threat after hearing the bell. It sees Kysdiane floating high above the battlefield, not too far from the ceiling. It slithers its way up the pillar nearest to him and flares its tentacles. Kysdiane realizes that it could probably still reach him from the pillar if it tried.
(It open itself to an attack of opportunity to Stata)

Renata winces at the sight as she sees the snake was able to climb up the pillar and reach Kysdiane, stepping back against the west wall, she briefly closes her eyes and she concentrates on a bless, with divine guidance on Kysdiane, Lia and herself again, with her spiritual tome strikes again.
Avia makes the painful decision to have Stata hold her ground. She orders her wolf to try biting the Grick Alpha. She then takes out her mace, and attacks the Grick next to her.
Bonus Action: Bite Attack: 23 Damage: 10
Action: Mace Attack: 17 Damage: 4
Edited version below. I thought that Stata couldn't move, because the Grick Alpha would get an opportunity attack.
Avia commands her Dire wolf to move over to H10-I11 to protect her. She then crouches low, and shoots a stream of acid at the Grick in front of her, and the Grick Alpha.
Bonus Action: Move and bite the Grick closest to Avia. Attack: 8 Damage: 6
Action: tasha's caustic brew Grick and Grick Alpha must make a dc 13 dex save, or have acid on them.
(@ThalaiDawncaller, the alpha grick is 20 feet off the ground because it climbed the nearby pillar. Also, Stata can use a reaction to attack the alpha grick because it climbed the pillar. Would you like to modify your post? Just be sure to make any new rolls after your original rolls, otherwise the forum system will go crazy))
