Ignatia, as you proceed further into this room, the well becomes more visible. It's 4 feet in diameter, 3 feet high, and when you look down, it seems to descend 30 feet into a water filled cistern. There's a working pulley mechanism bolted to the crossbeams with a bucket hanging a few feet down the well.
You also notice that there are 5 side rooms, each with wood framed beds and wooden chests with iron padlocks.
You deduce that this area seems to be "nicer" than the hostel rooms earlier... perhaps for higher status folk?
Lastly.... you notice... that in 4 of the 5 rooms, there seems to be corpses in the beds. They are not skeletons... they have a bit more meat on them... and they seem to be "sleeping". Zombies, perhaps? Regardless... they have not noticed you, or heard you... yet...
If anyone else is following Ignatia into this room, and/or venturing into any of the bedrooms, please roll a Stealth check, or not if you don't care to be quiet.
(Shae will follow, but I’m at work so posting with the dice roller is a real pain. GM, feel free to roll those both for me if you want. My service is bad here and it’s taking forever to post.)
As Ignatia heads towards the steps, Shae slips up beside her and gives her a curt nod, and then descends farther, her staff held close and ready for a fight.
As she slides past, she whispers
“I’ll scout a little, be ready to back me up if something goes bad. Those things look like they may be alive and waiting...”
Flynt, when you blatantly called out to Ignatia, it seemed your booming voice echoed a bit in this room and into the adjacent bedrooms. Your armor also clanked quite loudly after your proprioception deceives you and you walked into the well.
You all hear some rustling around in 4 of the five rooms.
You have "woken" the 4 zombies that were "sleeping" in their beds!!!
Shae, your rolls are not needed now, and you head into the main section of the room, prepared for combat with your staff at the ready.
Please roll for initiative. Since the zombies were in a sleeping/coma like state before Flynt woke them up, they will all be [Tooltip Not Found] for Round 1.

She then strides toward the nearest zombie, and waits for it to get the doorway and smashes it in the face with her staff, followed by an upward knee to its chin.

Renny will cautiously move along the wall to see what Flynt went after (C4) and cast magic missile at the zombie in there with him (assuming it's not suddenly dead from his attack).

After that she'll move back one (C5) so she can keep an eye on her surroundings.
Flynt, you head into the north bedroom and bring your longsword down onto Zombie 1 as it struggles to get out of the bed. The blade comes down hard on the undead creature and the radiant damage also blasts the zombie's half mangled body. (11 damage)
Shae, you move to E3, ready for your fast-twitch muscles to kick in once the zombie comes close.
Renny, you move behind Flynt and let your three magic missiles fly. The result is impressive. They all whiz by Flynt's head, and all of them collide into the zombie and explode on contact. Flynt has to cover his eyes as the magical energy explodes before you. It rips the zombie's body apart... (12 damage)... 13 and ends up in a mangled mess in the bed. Zombie 1 is dead.
Round 2, Zombies, then Party
Zombie 2 slumbers out of the bed "bbrrraaaaiinnssssss!!!" and starts to head out the door and then Shae's staff connects with its face, cracking the skull with a viscous deep sound. Her knee then follows and dislocates the zombie's jaw from its face. (10 damage). It then returns the attack, swinging its arms at Shae, trying to smash her over. Attack: 6 Damage: 3 and the arm connects with Shae although she manages to absorb most of the blow with her arm and shoulder. (2 damage)
Zombie 3 also moves out of it's bed "uuugggggghhhhhhhhh brraaiinnnnnsssss" and gets to the main section of the room...
...which triggers Ignatia's readied sling shot. Please go ahead and make that roll.
Zombie 4 also creeps out of its bed "bblaaaarrrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh", it vomits a bit, and then moves out of the room and swings its arm at Ignatia who is the closest person it can get to..... Attack: 9 Damage: 2
... and Ignatia is able to matrix-style dodge the zombie's decaying arm as it flys by her body.
Everyone is up, and Ignatia we also need your reaction sling attack roll please (in addition to your Round 2 turn)
Flynt, you walk down to the next zombie with ruthless intent. You are stalking him. You basically look like a dragonborn version of Jason Voorhees (I hope you guys understand that reference because that's exactly how I see Flynt walking down and stalking that zombie with his machete... er... longsword). You reach the zombie and bring your sword down on its trapezoid, creating a cut directly diagonally down its torso, like almost cutting the torso in half diagonally, but not all the way. If you know what I mean. (16 damage)
Ignatia, your sling stone cracks zombie 3 in the noggin, jarring its head a bit sideways. (2 damage to zombie 3). It looks at you, hisses, and starts coming your way. Then, after you matrix-style dodge the zombie 4's arm swinging at you, Flynt's sword embeds into the torso and at the same time you stab your dagger at the thing and it jabs into the body, creating a small little hole. (1 damage to zombie 4)

The zombies are all surprised for round 1. They are zombie-groggy, and starting to groan and rustle around in their beds as they begin to awaken....
Ignatia, you take a few steps back to the east wall, and have your familiar and trusty sling Ready should you see any zombie come out of their rooms.
Renny, Shae and Flynt are up!
Flynt is going to move and attack the zombie at A5.
