”Do you hear voices?” Nae blurts out “Actually sorry that was blunt I should explain first. Okay so I need to go to Cordvae I believe he said and get to this tree on the way that’s hollowed out...?” Nae recenters herself for a moment “Sorry again, this is sounding insane... So that Archfey I made a pact with he sometimes send this butterfly and he can APPARENTLY talk to me through it as well as it’s listens and watches me, he wants me to find this object in this hollowed out tree apparently. And it seems as though you may be important? And he also said” she comes a little closer to Noldeme and says in a quieter voice “that you hear voices too? And you’ve apparently heard his? Do you talk to pseudo-gods?”
Noldeme looks a bit nervous at first, the wave of questions being not only overwhelming, but there was something else there that was making her anxious. "Huh...? Sorry, what? I dunno what you're talking about...?"
Deception23 (Giving myself disadvantage because what Nae just said is incredibly accurate, but Noldeme still wants to hide it nonetheless.)
"I assure you, I'm looking to earn my coin honestly," Buck says to the man. "What kind of things inhabit the Underdocks? Where should I go to learn more about clearing them out? You mentioned the College of Whisper but I can't say I've heard of them. What are they? Last question, and I really appreciate your help, where is the Double-Donkey?"

Nae notes her anxiousness and backs off a bit “Sorry about that, must be some misinformation then...” Nae shoots a look at the butterfly “Where did you say you were heading towards tomorrow Noldeme? Was it towards Corvidae? Either way I’d be happy to tag along with you if you’ll have me.” Nae sticks her hand out “Maybe be partners?”
Ulrich: There should be just enough room to stand up there, but you'll be standing so close that an attack from the monster might hit both of you.
Blackport:
Leshanna: "I'd like to get this done before the new year, I think you'll find that best for you as well." he says after he finishes counting out your gold. "Right now, the Duke is being a face for Corvidae, but once their big carnival is all said and done, he'll go back to doing dirty work. Also, I'll pay extra for any Caretakers you take care of. Hopefully, you won't end up becoming one."
Buck: "Lot's of things, kobolds, living fungus monsters, crab people...the double donkey is right that way, but nobody calls it that, most locals know it as the Assass Inn."
Rabbit Warren:
Orina & Jogs: "You are right, there is no reason to be disrespectful, but it is only instinct. Apologies, I have been up to my neck in disrespectful trespassers. The entrance is this way."
As you reach the opening, Grr clears his throat and explains his words carefully and accurately, it sounds awkward "Each of us...will hold a tooth." he takes off one of his necklaces and slips two teeth off, he already has a fairly large on for himself. "While holding it, you will shrink...do not let go, or the spell will end. It will last as...long as I can...focus."
Beau says. "Orina, you have done quite a good job already, I don't think I would be quite so lenient if you weren't here. Once this is all said and done, your kindness will pay for itself, more than just whatever lies within this dungeon, or any fame and renown you will get for conquering it."
Blackpowder Swamp:
Yaw: "Well, if I remember how the story goes...the Heirloom King's tale tells of saving objects for lovers, family, and close friends, as long as they hold sentiment. Perhaps there was somebody who wanted to give it to you, but couldn't meet you? That's where I got that key, after all, so I know it has to be something important." You walk out from the swamp, and the temple's rocky clearing is ahead. "No sign of the hydra, let's keep moving."
Road to Corvidae:
Dordis & Zacharias: "Imagine for amount, that the world is a stage, and you are merely a spectator, watching events unfold...we call the ability Spectating, for that very reason. It is one of seven powers that anyone with a Soul can learn, you will find this one quite easy as long as you are willing to try."
As Dordis focuses within himself, he see's a glowing silver light with wispy strings of blue, however, it seems he cannot just yet pierce whatever veil to see beyond Zacharias. However, looking down the road, you don't see it, but there's a corporeal menace flowing towards you like a black wind.
The Tower - Level 1- Stairway to Revelation
Xamodas: "Why did I- oh, no, I'm on my way down, there's a balcony not much further, really just a view anyone should see once, you know? No point in trying the next floor till I'm a little bit tougher, or until they actually install an elevator to make it easy to attempt. Just a big lot of traps up there."
Greenport: Hoover takes your dishes after you've finished eating, and heads back into the kitchen.
"Traps?" Xamodas muses. It was alien to him, the idea that someone could come too a place where their wildest dreams could be made manifest, and just walk for hours for the pleasure of it. That was inconsequential, of course. He focused on the actionable information. Traps. I am ill equipped but there is no path behind me.
"Traps are not solved by strength. They are solved by awareness. I would be happy to be a second set of eyes for you, if you want to take another look together."

Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Dordis looks over to see the corporal menace coming towards them and loses his composure almost instantaneously, "I cannot see what is on the road, but I feel a presence that's coming towards us," he looks around and then snaps back into his backpack and takes out a long elven-crafted quarterstaff with a green and deep blue hue and gets into a small stance, "not to alarm at all, but this presence is coming directly at us. Take a look for yourself, Zacharias." Dordis mutters a few words under his breath while makes a gesture before touching Zacharias as he casts guidance on him.
Jogs smiles at Beau's consideration. "Sorry I got prickly," she says. "Grr, so you're gonna stay out here while we go in? Or are you coming too? Maybe safer out here? Beau could bring a bunny battallion...I'm joking, poking fun. I'm a giant lizard; I get animal humor, it's ok."
Jogs is ready to go and waiting for direction from Orina and Grr. She'll happily be point, to block whatever might attack, but realizes her perception is horrid. She'll follow whatever Orina says next.
"Kobolds sounds like a normal kind of trouble, but living fungus monsters? Ick! If I manage to kill some of those things where should I go to claim my reward?"
After getting his answer, Buck thanks the man for his help and heads off towards the Assass.
Leshanna takes the time needed for her trance and to get rested up, then will head back to the blacksmith from the day before. She puts 600 gold on the counter as she nods to the shotgun from the previous day. "I'll take one of those now." She explains. She will also buy 30 gp worth of ammo for it.
Once done there she will head out to a spot outside of town and spend time getting use to both the rifle and the shotgun, shooting off ten rounds from each of the weapons as she works to account for the differences between them and her bow.
When that is done she will head back into town, seeking out a contact she knows who might have some more details on the security and protections around this duke.

"Hey, you're not bad at speaking at all!" Orina tells GrrGrrFrr proudly. "I know it must be tough... it's your mouth, right? You can't form the words in common properly because your muzzle's in the wrong shape. But you're actually really, really smart," she says knowingly. "People just don't get it because you don't talk much. Don't take it personally, I know lots of people judge on appearances alone, and it's their loss that they don't get to know people like you." She accepts a tooth from the gnoll and turns to Beau.
"Thank you," she tells Beau gratefully. "I hope your vote of confidence is enough to get us through this dungeon safely!" Hitting her shield once, she lights it up with her spell, then nods to the others. "I'm ready!"
Orina makes sure to do her best to scout from behind Jogs: Perception + Guidance: 13 + 2
Noldeme gives a small smile and replies. "No worries, but yeah, Corvidae is the place. I'm not going alone, and I guess I can have more people as well... Sounds like quite a funny coincidence how we're going to the same place, but anyways. We're gonna meet each other here at the bar of the tavern tomorrow, or...? I'll need to head to the docks find that other mate that's going with us, and then we can both leave town for good."
”I’ve bought a room here so I guess you can meet me here or I can meet you at the docks if you like.” Nae sits back in her chair a bit finally and has a satisfied smile on her face

Greenport: The Bard by the hearth finally gives up on his plucking, and heads to his room. The owl swoops back to it's post at the front desk.
Road to Corvidae:
Dordis & Zacharias: As Dordis lays a hand on Zacharias, a strange feeling washes over him. Zacharias can sense both Dordis's Soul, as well as the menace that is flowing this way.
"That thing your sensing is the force of a choatic, uncontained Soul; almost certainly an Outsider Demon." Connor takes off his hat and pulls out something from it, looks like some sort of small rod. "Keep your wits about you as we proceed."

Xamodas: "Ha! That just sounds like an excuse for me to be responsible for dragging your limp corpse back down here after you get impaled. Seems like a rough and tumble place, but before you enter, you hear a male voice from the roof calling your name. "Hey, Buck, up here! You're here for the Fallen Finder job, aren't you? There's a ladder round the back!"
Leshanna: "See, I knew somebody would stoop to your level, glad to do buisness with you." says the halfling, happily selling his wares."

"Ha, who needs a death courier anyway!" John boasts, not realizing you are right behind him, before turning around and seeing you. "Oh, uh, glad to see you made it alright. What next?"
Dordis fixates his eyes into the road, anxiously waiting for the outsider demon to come into view and whispers to Al, "If you have any knowledge of how these supposed 'outer demons' function, how hostile they usually are, and their intentions, it would be helpful knowledge if we are to proceed onward." Dordis then points his left hand to Zacharias and says, "I believe your faith will come in use to purge this being, and we should probably approach warily." Dordis waits for Zacharias to respond while strapping his quarterstaff on a well-placed slot within his robe for easy access incase a threat arose.
