Bardic Inspiration is just someone believing in you, and I believe in you
Zacharias's look of confusion turns to surprise and then to alarm. He continues to stare into the eyes of Ilmater, trying to intuit the meaning behind the words. Surely he didn't understand what he was being told. He starts to ask more questions a dozen times — sometimes his tongue moving, sometimes only his mind turning. Finally, he just says, "The present."
Xamodas: You swiftly dodge out of the way, and without realizing it, you managed to move just a tiny bit further in and not set off another trap. Your mage hand moves your light a bit further, however, the end of the hall is still not illuminated, and more traps await. ((Back to making acrobatics until you roll below a 10))
Dungeon: Trail of ???:
Orina & Jogs: (Horzontal)
Orina fires a bolt which flies and hits an oily slope, it clatters down and becomes snagged in what looks to be a massive amount of interlocked gears which are slowly turning, snapping the bolt into pieces as it is drawn in. However, you can still see the light shining through the gears.
The hole does not look like a passage, just an alcove, but it looks like the smallest block would slide in if it were inserted on it's side. Grr calls you from the other room. "knobs stuck, and light is blocked by...block."
As Jogs keeps an eye on the hole, you hear sounds coming from below which sounds like solid metal clacking on stone...like dragging your hammer along a cobblestone road, but there are many, many hammers. The sound varies, sometimes it is loud, somtimes it is quiet, and eventually it dies out.
Redport:
Mikal: You said something right. "Oh, I see, sorry. Yeah, best tavern for you is going to be a Ryukan-Koom Inn, It's quite a few blocks down. I could give you a ride if you'd like."
Corvidae - Rosebush Tent:
Dordis: You drift off into sleep. Though the noises are rising from outdoors, your fatigue sets in, and drags you down to unconicousness...
The Zeitgeist...it was something Soltris mentioned, but you never really understood. It was someplace private to think about things while you were asleep, to delve deep into yourself to enhance your magic. However, you realize now...it is a place of the Soul, and, you realize, you can Spectate those around you, and sense their Souls...but you can't see them now. You can only pick up on a few. A bright, shining light, a familiar light, that must be Soltris, shining ahead of you. However, you can feel that menace bubbling from beneath your feet. You start to wake up floating away from that place. You briefly walk by a lit tavern with frosted windows sitting in a dark place, and you can swear you can make out someone else familiar...but less so. Before you can get a better look, the light shining into your eyes becomes real light filtering through the tent. There is a man in a white longcoat you can see who has set Zacharias on a metal table, he has bloody gloves and a facemask on.
Corvidae:
Nessaja: You walk intothe nearest Tavern, called the Wrightway Inn. It is packed and crowded with all sorts of characters, but if there is a job board, it's been picked clean of all but the thumbtacks. You might need to ask someone around if they need any help...but who?
Blackport-> Corvidae
Leshanna: You fire off a much more impressive shot, the bullet hits the middle portion of the cut tree, causing it too fall straight down onto itself, and remain standing.
The rider looks back at the tree, you can't see his expression beyond his visor. "I assure you, will worry about no such thing, I am only here to face my enemies." . "He begins to walk toward you, blade still drawn. "An enemy who just so happens to follow your same line of work. I don't believe I ever caught your name, what was it again?" There is an odd sense of menace to his voice.
Baron's Mansion:
Ulrich: "Are you out of your mind, I'm not going to help you, I'm going to get out of here! If anything is down there, I'm not going stick around when it's not!" Dane refuses to help you.
There are 19 survivors in the main room, most of the flesh around their arms and legs is deformed and warped into the woodwork.
Greenport:
Noldeme and Nae: You both begin walking back to the docks, the rain pattering over your head, and thunder rumbling. You notice there is a commotion going on ahead, a half sunken ship is sticking out of the water. Deadeye's ship. You see people have crowded, and are dragging people out of the water, and there is no sign of Deadye himself.

You could even ask around if you want, I know the bartender is more than willing to answer tougher questions. Orina and Jogs(Bunny Batallion) | Rabbit Warren Dungeon / Trial of ???
Jogs tests the weight of the smallest block, seeing if it's anywhere near possible to lift. She also looks across the pit, estimating distance, and the sides, to see if there's any sort of lip or ledge someone could sidle across. She takes out her rope and ties it around her waist at one end.
Dordis wakes up almost instantly as light fills his vision. Waking up, he almost forgets he is not in Faksimile and was halfway to calling his father's name. His drowsiness renders his vision somewhat blurred. Rising up from his sleep, he checks his belongings once more before realizing his surroundings. He looks over to the man with a longcoat and nearly mistaked him as his father. He gets up and pats off some remaining dust on his tunic and green robes before turning to face the man, "I—What—Who—" Dordis stutters before fixing his posture and relaxing his shoulders and continues with a light, yet intelligent tone, "Excuse me for that, may I ask what you are doing to Zacharias?" He looks around to see if I can find Connor anywhere and focuses, "Sorry for my manners again, I have only woken so soon at a drowsy thought, my name is Dordis. I had met Zacharias briefly before he had passed from a horrific demon's grasp and I am saddened to see such a man to be reduced to only but a lifeless body."
Leshanna: You fumble somewhat with your weapon, but the rider and and driver have noticed the rider's sudden threateningly aura, and point crossbows at him. However, even still, he doesn't back down. "I am looking for someone who betrayed me and my friends, and for you to make a statement like that, you either know more than you let on, or you are a fool. It is a simple question, now answer, or I will make you answer."
The woman in the cart says to you. "Looks like you goaded him a little too well there." then turns to the rider. "Her name is Fable, she is a good friend of mine, and she's never been to the south before, so back off before this gets ugly."
Deception: 36((Whoops that roll is wrong...should actually be a 37.))
Insight: 18
The woman twists her words in such a way, for a second, you think your name is Fable. The rider steadys, then stows his sword. "Very well, Fable, if you wish to apologize, you may, but I am the one at fault here. Your shooting was quite the show. Say what you will, I will be on my way."
Greenport:
Noldeme & Nae: "No clue." says a bystander. "Ship got destroyed last night, they just found it like this. Calling it a sabotage of some sort, looks like some kind of magic." You notice that the ship looks like it has been crushed by massive vines, which have colorful flowers blooming from them.
The Tower - Level 2 - Hall of 20 Traps - Trap #6: ((Yeah...you're probably hating me right now, but with great danger comes great reward.))
Xamodas: Spikes shoot out to impale you...you know the drill!
Dungeon: Trial of ???:
Orina & Jogs: The block is just barely able to lifited by Jogs. No lips or ledges to speak of, just an oil covered slope on all sides into the massive cheese grater, in the case, the cheese would be you. The jump is incredibly risky, the gap between flat floors is much to great.
Corvidae - Rosebush Tent:
Dordis: The man ignores you for a bit while you are talking to him, but soon, he poors water on his hands, and tosses the gloves aside. He looks at you, there is a impossibly deep well of emotion across his face, but he takes a deep breath, turns away, and looks back with a solemn expression. " In case we can get some way to Raise him, he can't be missing anything important, just fixing him up. Not like it matters, though, I doubt he has much a reason to want to come back." There is a flash of anger across his face. "Listen, this place is for Rosebush, so how about you just get the hell out of here. This isn't your problem, you should go before you end up like our last recruit here."
The Enn:
Zacharias: His words are befuddling and strange to you, such a cacophony of new information, however, it must only be a testament to the wiseness of your god.
"Now the future, yes, that is up to you, Zacharias, with I have told, what exactly is it you need? Perhaps, if you are not strange to the feeling, what is it that you want? If not what, then who or where? I will use my wisdom to best guide you whatever path you choose to take."

Ulrich stares at Dane, then shoves him toward the other survivors. "Tell them what a coward you are then go. And hope that we killed all the undead. And I will hope we didn't." He continues toward the furniture.
((So are they attached to the wood or their flesh has lost its stability and is kinda flowing along but movable?))
"That is a generous offer!" Mikal picks up his backpack and places it in the car. As he steps in the passenger seat, he looks at the hobgoblins and says "The name is Mikal" and he put out his hand to greet him.
Ooc: If they start driving, Mikal will ask about the life in Redport and will sureley keep an eye out how the wagon will work. I assume i dont need to reroll for persusian? If so let me know.
Dordis feels taken aback, clearly holding back his own frustration for being dismissed as but a bystander. He fixes his posture to match his noble-made clothes and replies, "I believe you are underestimating my ability to hold my own. This may not be my problem, it quite well is a problem for everyone being affected by it. I may not seem as though I look to be capable, but I can do much more than what ny appearance holds." He flexes his wrist and a large array of blue-hued light spills out into the room from his star pendant, using it as his focus. He collects his mind and decides to search for Connor's soul nearby with his magical knowledge—While doing so, he fixes his posture and says, "Ahem, may I ask why you think Zacharias would choose to give up? I may not have known him, but a noble soul such as the man deserves to either be laid to rest, or brought back to continue what is necessary, and I feel as though he would definitely choose the latter." Dordis glances at Zacharias' cadaver while fixing his composure to continue on, waiting for a reply as he produces a blue leather notebook to write a few notes down.
Orina and Jogs(Bunny Batallion) | Rabbit Warren Dungeon / Trial of ???
Seeing Jogs struggling with the smallest block, Orina takes a try and lifts it for her. "Did you want me to put this somewhere?" she asks. And then immediately drops the block with a thud when she sees Jogina tying her rope around her waist. "Oh, whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa--no!" she yells out, grabbing the dropped end of the rope and yanking Jogs back from the edge of the pit. "That is a really really bad idea I think!"
Recovering from the shock, she guides the dragonborn to the edge of the pit and shows her the remnants of the shining bolt through the turning gears. "Look at it! We'd be minced meat down there! If you really want to have a closer look, ask Hainsley! He can fly!" She blinks, then turns around, surprised by her own idea.
"Hainsley! Hainsley, could you come over here please? We need your help!" She pauses. "Do you think you could fly across that pit if you had to, without falling in?" She scratches her head. "And also, do you think you could stick your head inside the aperture in the other room, the way you did before, and help GrrGrrFrr figure out why the pedestal jammed?"
She peers into the pit once more, looking for any sign of visible hammers, or any other sort of device that might have resulted in the clanking noise they heard earlier. Whatever it is, we probably won't find it from in here, she muses.
Investigation: 22 + Guidance 2
Then she looks back at the blocks, her brows furrowing. "It's too bad we don't have a mirror... we could try to divert the light coming from the aperture otherwise, maybe aim it up into that hole on the other side of the wall and see if it does anything... Or, maybe we could try pushing the medium block out of the way, if we combine our strength."
(DM note: Orina is a giant, so her lifting, pushing, and dragging capability is 900 lbs ((30xstrength)*2) rather than what her strength score would usually indicate. Wow. I didn't actually realize it was that high until I did the maths, LOL.
Also, the largest block - if the group managed to knock it over towards the far wall, would it be large enough to span over the pit and make a bridge across, or would it just fall into the pit, or not even reach the edge?)
Nessaja: You walk into the nearest Tavern, called the Wrightway Inn. It is packed and crowded with all sorts of characters, but if there is a job board, it's been picked clean of all but the thumbtacks. You might need to ask someone around if they need any help...but who?
I walk up to the barkeep and press a gold piece down on the bar and say " The name is Endora, I am looking for notable people here in Corvidae and I come from a very comfortable family. We help where we can." I give the barkeep a look of "talk to me"
Orina and Jogs(Bunny Batallion) | Rabbit Warren Dungeon / Trial of ???
"Hey Grr," says Jogs, "I seen some magickers who have a ghost person serving them... or like an invisible hand? Could that help us move the small block into the hole on the other side of the pit? Or... can you lev... levi... levitoot us across to the other side?" [OOC: is there a ledge on the opposite side or is it all greased pit past the blocks?]
Jogs looks at the wall they just passed through; she wants to see if there are three doors or just one. She checks the backs of the doors for locks, bolts, and Rosebush posters.
"I will appolagize." Leshanna says with a nod. "Can you tell me more about this person you seek, maybe I know something of them or can point you in the direction..."

Corvidae:
Nessaja: You walk into the nearest Tavern, called the Wrightway Inn. It is packed and crowded with all sorts of characters, but if there is a job board, it's been picked clean of all but the thumbtacks. You might need to ask someone around if they need any help...but who?
I walk up to the barkeep and press a gold piece down on the bar and say " The name is Endora, I am looking for notable people here in Corvidae and I come from a very comfortable family. We help where we can." I give the barkeep a look of "talk to me"
Orina and Jogs (Bunny Batallion) | Rabbit Warren Dungeon / Trial of ???
"Hey Grr," says Jogs, "I seen some magickers who have a ghost person serving them... or like an invisible hand? Could that help us move the small block into the hole on the other side of the pit? Or... can you lev... levi... levitoot us across to the other side?" [OOC: is there a ledge on the opposite side or is it all greased pit past the blocks?]
Jogs looks at the wall they just passed through; she wants to see if there are three doors or just one. She checks the backs of the doors for locks, bolts, and Rosebush posters.
Blackport > Corvetae..
"I will appolagize." Leshanna says with a nod. "Can you tell me more about this person you seek, maybe I know something of them or can point you in the direction..."

Yaw: The monster’s attack sweeps past Rattles, “That was too close! Now might be a good time to show me what you can do!”
I raise my rapier, ready to fight, using its light to get a better look at the creature as it fails to remain one shape. I thrust the tip of of my weapon forward in attempt to pierce its body.
