Noldeme is immediately taken aback by the sight. She approaches Nae to point out a detail she had forgotten to mention so far. "That's Deadeye's ship... The man we were supposed to meet... Does anyone know where he is?" She approaches closer to the wreckage slowly, trying to spot any signs of the captain while at the same trying not to cross any boundaries put by the guards if there are any.
“Heh ’Deadeye’ what a cool name.” Nae says almost absent minded “I wanna check it out...“
if it’s not too far out Nae will run and jump into the water and swim toward the ship making an Arcana check on the vines: 22. Or a Nature check if that makes more sense: 6 Whilst calling out “Is anyone stuck or need help in this wreck?”
If it’s too far away Nae will simply stay on the dock and try to notice anything suspicious as well as ask “Is there anyone still on the ship that needs help?”
Both ways around it she will ask aloud likely to deaf ears but intended for her patron “Hey. Tall dark and mystical. What happened here?”
Zacharias looks away from and then back at Ilmater. "I still don't understand. Is this Martyrdom? Did I not earn an eternal reward for my life of service to you?" He waves an arm around the Enn. "You say these people are waiting, but what, exactly, are they waiting for? Do I have some kind of choice to make?"

He pulls out a colorful looking dowel ,inserting it into a slot above a wheel in front of the drivers seat, and it begins to glow. There is a small lever on the wheel which seems to control how far the dowel goes into the slot, when it moves in, glowing brighter the more it moves in. There is a pedal on the floor that acts as a brake, and the wheel steers it.
"Life in Redport? Ah, well, it's a bit like any other port, but with a splash of Saisei culture. As Nae approaches back on land, Noldeme smiles at the compliment and responds. "Not really used to nicknames... (OOC: There's still plenty of light around us, because Orina's shield is shining like the beacon that she made it to be, and if that wasn't enough, she doubled up and took back her now day-glowing electric blanket with her. :) The aperture is lit up from Jog's torch ATM. )
"Ugh" Orina groans, sweat beading on her brow as a feeling of sweltering heat descends.
Dordis jumps back as the Dragonborn enters, but his anxiety is immediately removed from his facial expression as he sees him in detail; His lights also dissipate as the room fades back to its original color. Dordis is intrigued by this Dragonborn's appearance, if only for the fact that he's only seen them in rough artworks and light reading;Fixing hisbcomposure to match that of an excited scholar, he leans towards the Dragonborn in a bow, "I—Indeed! Sorry for my er—surprise, I have never seen Dragonborn in true flesh once before! I do believe we should at least carry on with Zacharias at our side if we are to take this warlock in a skirmish." He stutters much from his flustered expression, taking out his green leather notebook to write down the Dragonborn's features. He eventually stops and clears his throat, " I'm sorry for my manners. My name is Dordis, and I met Zacharias for roughly 4 minutes, but I do think he will play a part in stopping this warlock's scheme." Dordis rifles through his pack to find a bronze comb to fix his brown hair, waiting for a reply from the Dragonborn.
Implausible? Sure. But his odds aren't much better if he retreats and has to dance past the seven traps. He has ~65% chance to pass a given trap, and ~65% chance to avoid damage from the ones he springs. And he has a 50% chance to survive another spear like the one that hit him.

I say "Nay, I am from Waterdeep. My family owns the fishermans warf there. The caretakers you say? Are they at the fairgrounds?" I hand him another gold piece.
Zacharias closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, his face sinking. When he reopens his eyes, he looks sad. "As much as I would love to enter into eternity and enjoy being with you in person, I wonder if that is selfish. No," he says, blinking slowly, "I know it is selfish. If you are offering to me the chance to return to my earthly vessel so that I can still help others, that ... that is what I choose." He narrows his eyes as he stares into Ilmater's, trying to intuit whether he is making the right choice. (Insight: 12)

Corvidae — Rosebush tent
Dordis Falthenfyern
Xamodas continues on!
Implausible? Sure. But his odds aren't much better if he retreats and has to dance past the seven traps. He has ~65% chance to pass a given trap, and ~65% chance to avoid damage from the ones he springs. And he has a 50% chance to survive another spear like the one that hit him.
But never tell him the odds.

Corvidae:
Nessaja: The barkeep, a strapping human takes your gold coin. "Well, quite a few orgainizations are around the fairgrounds, that's a good place to look; I hear the king's come down from the North to participate in the tournament. If your looking for notable people from around here, look now further than the Caretakers. Are you from around here?"
