[If Rex doesn't recognize the gesture and respond then...] [If he does respond I'll let him handle it; just trying to save possible posting time LOL] Arliden mirrors the gesture and adding a slur in his voice says, "Praise the mother..."
[You recognize it as a gesture the cultists use to represent the five heads of Tiamat when they praise her glory. You also know that there's a slight variation on the gesture (curling back two fingers, to show that Tiamat’s strength is hidden). These gestures are not mandatory, but adepts and hard-core cultists look favorably on those who do it sincerely.]
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Well time for some acting, Rex says one moment to his group. Rex will drunken waddle over to a cultist that he thinks might be easily swayed, “Praise be the queen, brother!” Rex gives the five-fingered salute, “Joyous night isn’t it!” Rex feigns a hiccup, “Hey, brother, you and I are like, you know, brothers, right? I’m gonna be honest with you, brother, I’m about a keg in right now. I’m supposed to check in with the prisoners, but, for the life of me, I can’t remember where they’re at. Langdedrosa’ll have my hide. I’ve heard he’s been on a warpath lately, so if I’m the last guy, whew boy is it going to be ugly for the rest of us... what was I talking about? Right! Prisoners, where are they?”
The cultists looks at Rex, a bit aghast, and says, "Oh man! Don't let Langdedrosa know you forgot where the prisoners are! They're in the tent right over there, but are you sure you're sober enough to watch 'em? You should probably find someone to cover your shift. Man, I didn't even know the shifts were supposed to start back up already."
He points you toward a tent at the back of the camp (bottom left on the map, almost right above "200 ft" on the scale).
Rex gives drunken finger guns and waddles off toward the prisoners, giving a small motion for the rest too follow carefully. He’ll also change his Cultist face (different eye color, maybe a beard) when no cultists are looking.

As you approach the tent the prisoners are in, you can see three guards standing nearby. Fjordix makes eye contact with a passing cultist who says, "Hey, didn't I see you fighting Langdedrosa in Greenest?"
At the mention of Langdedrosa, the three guards look your way. One of them shouts, "It's him! The champion they sent out at Greenest. You there! Stop where you are and drop your weapons!"
The shouting has drawn the attention of a few nearby cultists, who slowly start making their way toward you to see what the fuss is about.

[So much for Rex high-fiving the cultist :) ]

OOC: I was 2 seconds from posting that Fjordix gave the guy a high five lol
The cultist smiles at Rex's salute and stumbles off to other groups of people, greeting other groups of cultists similarly to how he greeted you.
Perhaps we could listen for anyone talking about the prisoners?

There are too many conversations going on around you to determine what any one person is saying.

[Yyyyyeeeaaah.. definitely should've thought of that]
Novot looks to Rex silently, not wanting to blow their cover (if the situation is still salvageable).

Fjordix looks at the cultists and mutters "shit..." under his breath. He knew what he should do, and he would do it, but he was going to hate it.
"It's me...what of it, after I took that beating I saw the strength of that dragon and decided to follow you guys out here to join."
Deception: 2
If Rex can become Langdedrosa without being seen, he will still do so.
