Mith's snout crinkles as the smell fills his nostrils but is otherwise unphased by the rancid smell. Jakob however... having a more sensitive nose in his cat form begins gagging and choking loudly. The large stalks seem to respond to the sound as the fungi sprouting from the pile of bodies leans towards the two of them and begins to throb and pulse.
In response to the comment about finding the remaining ingredients Norge adds, "I'm certainly up for the challenge. Combat suits me much better than trudging around a dank sewer system. You're right though." He says as he motions towards Bey, "We need to be on our toes. A good meal will be just what the doctor ordered! We can't fight on an empty stomach now can we?"
Norge is pleased to see the keg robot. It is a fascinating distraction from all the trouble they've encountered lately. He's even more please to see his meal. "Thank you kind robot! I shall replenish my fuel supply with the sustenance you have provided. Beep boop!" Norge looks over at Azure, winks, and whispers to his friend, "I'm pretty sure this is how you show their kind respect."
(OOC: So this mushroom corpse mountain is kind of around a small corner in the last animal stall at the far end of the stables. When jakob kitty is changing back to normal / Mith is telling him you want to check out the house.... are you still standing near the mushrooms or did you move back a bit farther away and move inside of the room?)
Bey has never seen anything like the Keg robot before and tries to think about how it might work while Norge beeps at the robot as it goes to walk away. Norge thinks that he saw it pause for a moment as it walked away but the robot never acknowledges the beeps so it is difficult to say. As this is going on, Azure gives the interesting looking robot a long hard look and a small shimmer of light catches his eye. he is able to see for a brief moment a label on the back of the machine that says (Manufactured by Izzet League, Ravnica. Irontail Imports)
Azure waits for the robot to leave then grabs a piece of chicken and takes a nibble to satiate his hunger. "The label on that robot says Manufactured by Izzet League, Ravnica. Irontail Imports. Perhaps Irontail may be the best point of contact to track down the purpose of those broken jars."
As Mith pulls back the cat and they move away from the pulsing fungus, Jakob returns to his human form moments before a loud pop is hear. Looking back towards the far stall, a cloud of black spores erupts from the mushrooms a quickly begins to spread through the air like a rolling wave of smoke.
Mith and jakob scramble out of the stables as the rolling wall of spores churns behind them. By the time the two of them make it out of the ramshackle building the spores begin to settle on the and lay across nearly every surface inside of the shed like a fresh layer of black snow. As you turn away from the shed towards the house, both of you notice a figure standing behind the dirty window of the house. Although you know that whoever it is cannot see you possibly see you through the filthy pane of glass... you can feel their gaze upon you. Suddenly you notice as additional figures move behind other windows in the house.. and even see a clawed hand press against glass. The familiar smell from the stables and the stampede returns even stronger as the now frozen shadowy figures all stand motionless and silence falls on the forest around the two adventurers.
Answering Azure, Bey remarks, “Ravnica... again? The questions are coming more quickly than the answers! Surely it can be no coincidence. I agree, as soon as Mith and Jorge return, and before we do anything else, we must go and speak with Irontail... that is, after we give them time to clean up. I cannot imagine what kind of grime they are getting themselves into right now.”

Bey totally rolls her eyes at Norge's attempt to speak the keg robot's language.

"Careful now. There was a shadow moving inside the building. Someone else is here. Lets be careful and check it out." He whispers

It sounds like kitty-Jakob got too close, but Mith was able to move back, pulling the kitty along.
I tried to pull Jakob back about 10 feet from the stall with the mushrooms.

Mith, hearing the pop and seeing the spores, continues to move backward, pulling on Jakob as he does to try and stay far enough from the spores.
Allowing himself to be pulled by the kobold, Jakob pulls his rag out of his pocket and covers his nose to try to protect his lungs.

Jakob grabs Mith, wild shapes into an elk so that Mith is on his back, and runs (gallops?) down the drive away from the house.
