Umbriel nods, and casts Misty Step to get over to the deck of the ship. Once he's there, he'll look around for rope, a line, a ladder, anything that can be used to help the others aboard.
You don't see anything right off the bat, and you pace around the ship, searching, slowly starting to get worried as you feel the clock ticking. After about 5 minutes you realize that the closest and easiest thing to use might be one of the giant sized ores that are all over the deck.
These are big, long and heavy. It will take an Athletics check to pry one up and shove it so the paddle end is on the dock and the handle end is still on the boat, but it is possible.

Umbriel is slightly deflated that he had so many problems, but he recovers quickly and will try to provide as much help as possible to Nyx, Lyngheid, and Droop as they cross over.

Droop gives it a go, sticking his arms out for balance, takes a few tentative steps on the rope before it sinks under his small weight. "Pull it tighter!" he exclaims to Umbriel, and then tries again on the more taught rope with Umbriel's help:
Nyx, make a DC14 Constitution save, on a failure, the sudden immersion in the frigid water locks up your joints, you are Paralyzed for 3 rounds, and you gasp in surprise, breathing in a lungful of water. On a success you are able to shake off the effects of the water and swim on your own.
Baeshra, if she fails the Con Save, make an Athletics check to try and pull her back to the surface and swim her to the side of the boat where helpful hands can help pull her aboard.
