Droop, not understanding why everyone is no longer attacking, aims his bow at the Quick and Stabby left on the ship: 16, damage: 9, and again if still up, if not at Iron boots: 12, damage: 13, adding a distracting strike if it hits: 5, and then moving over to get closer to the Iron Boots, and using Evasive Footwork to add 3 to his AC until he stops moving.

The Cold and Freaky old woman raises an eyebrow as Baeshra shifts and tries to attack her, then cackles as she floats a few feet back on her broom as if lining something up before raising her palm and unleashing a blue-gray cloud in a cone shape that encompasses the whole boat. Everyone make a DC15 Con Save or take 33 Cold damage, half on a success.

Lyngheid heals herself, and then tries to divert the creature's attention from Baeshra. Wisdom save: 10
Droop will bonus action disengage from iron boots and put himself in front of Nyx while sending two arrows at Iron boots: 27, damage: 6; 27, damage: 8; If one of those hit, he'll add 6 distracting strike, and 8 additional Fury of the Small damage. If Iron boots is still up, he'll action surge and do it again! 21, damage: 9; 16, damage: 9; If one of those hit, he'll add 8 distracting strike.

The old, cold lady creature slams her staff against Baeshra: 24, damage: 12 bludgeoning + 8 cold damage; and then repeats this against the dragon: 10, damage: 8 bludgeoning + 20 cold damage;

Droop, now freshly healed, sends a barrage of arrows at the Hag: 15, damage: 6; 26, damage: 7;.
The Hag, looking pretty rough at this point, takes a floating step back from Baeshra-pion giving him an AoO, then raises both hands and a wall of ice forms on the ship and curves around Baeshra, cutting the hag off from the ship and danger. It's close enough to Baeshra, that it pushes him back a bit, and he has to make a DC 14 Dex Save, taking 38 cold damage on a fail, half on a success.

(I believe its a DC to escape, not resist, so it would take an action to get out. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack:+4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). The scorpion has two claws, each of which can grapple only one target.)
