Grewalt finishes reloading his crossbow, just to immediately shoot it at the hobgoblin officer again. (Damage roll: 7; Hobgoblin Officer takes 7 radiant damage.)
The officer shoots a glance at his archers and shouts some command that only Doozey understands (in the Goblin language):
"Ring the alarm!"
He then defiantly fights on, in spite of how quickly his soldiers fell.
Utar shows off his own military training by blocking both attacks with perfect-form shield thrusts. The officer then retreats, tactically of course, up the nearby set of step {CS-45}.
(Graxx, Utar and Yalek go next. Before that, Utar and Doozey can perform an opportunity attack each against the officer.)
Doozey's eyes go wide, and yet no warning can be called out before needing to strike down the retreating hobgoblin. Only after the attempt did he look back to Utar and the rest and gesture with Apostle to the Archers. "Quickly 'fore they sound the alarm!"

Acting on Doozey's instruction, Utar pushes forward to CO,53 keeping his shield high to deal with any incoming arrows. Pointing Lightbringer towards the one engaged with Neya he casts sacred flame hoping to help out the monk.
Hobgoblin needs to succeed in a DC14 Dex check or take 6 radiant damage.
Graxx quickly gives chase to the fleeing officer, easily catching up. A hop and a thrust later (thinking Brad Pitt in Troy), the barbarian's Vicious Pike takes another life. The hobgoblin falls at Graxx's feet, unable to utter another word. (Hobgoblin Officer takes 24 magical piercing and radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)
(@Grx: We'll need you to name this weapon, man!)
Utar turns to face the archers and tries to lend a hand to Neya. The targeted archer does not see the flame in time. (Hobgoblin Soldier #2 takes 6 radiant damage.)
Despite the animal no longer being incentivized by either carrot or stick, it moves as commanded. It might take some time for the wagon to be properly placed against the barrack's doors.
Doozey has to retreat to make things happen, and even drop apostle once relocated. But in the heat of the moment, he abandoned all qualms to mark the hobgoblin archer that seemed the most wounded as he drew forth Pip, and then launched a bolt right for the skumbag. He then clicks his tongue, trusting Taters to rush over between the doors to the northeast. Even no danger was to be expected from there, the hunter would be cautious.
Movement: CP-43.
Bonus Action: Hunter's Mark on Wounded Hobgoblin Archer.
Doozey moves as the improve his line of sight to the archers, dropping his blade and picking up his already loaded crossbow instead. Noticing the righteous scorch mark Utar gifted one of the archers, the halfling aims an arcane-powered and well-placed shot at that same hobgoblin's neck. The bolt goes in but punctures only muscle, such that it is not a fatal shot. (Hobgoblin Soldier #2 takes 10 piercing damage.)
Villonah finally makes her way out of the supply room: "The spy is right, we have to prevent those cultists from coming out of the building before they hear all of this commotion." She drops her crossbow on the ground and begins pushing the wagon from behind.
Feeling surrounded, Neya starts attacking the injured hobgoblin with a large volley of strikes (1 ki point, flurry of blows). If it goes down she will start attacking the other one, to at the very least, stop it in its tracks (stunning strike, 1 ki point each).

Frustrated with her own punches thus far, Neya focuses her Ki:
Her first punch hits the injured soldier's nose, and packs enough force for his bones to crumble. (Hobgoblin Soldier #2 takes 10 magical bludgeoning damage and is DEFEATED.)
The second punch is aimed at the remaining soldier. Though it catches his breastplate, the transfer of Ki is potent enough to cause damage. (1 Ki point used for Focused Aim and 1 Ki point used for Stunning Strike. Hobgoblin Soldier #1 takes 11 magical bludgeoning damage and is now stunned.)
-> Rolling advantage rolls for Neya's third and fourth attacks: 9, 24.
Neya's third punch comes after another Ki burst increases her speed. Unfortunately for her, the soldier manages to dodge it last minute, albeit only because he wobbled away from it due to being stunned. (1 Ki point used for Flurry of Blows.)
The monk's last attack, a roundhouse kick, lands simultaneously to Utar's follow up spell. The soldier is unconscious even before falling from the catwalk and hitting the ground. (Auto-fails DEX save against the spell; Hobgoblin Soldier #1 takes 16 magical bludgeoning and radiant damage and is DEFEATED.)
Noting that the hobgoblins have been neutralized, Graxx hops down and begins pushing the wagon with Villonah and Yalek. Once they reach the door, Yalek maneuvers the beast around such that the side of the wagon is against the barracks door. (For his turn,) Yalek then proceeds to strike the Zombie Horse down while it is still hitched to the wagon, effectively making it harder for the wagon to move from its new parking spot. He adds: "Should we load the supplies back on the wagon to make it even harder?"
WE ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. YOU MAY DO AS YOU WILL.
”I can make about a quart of oil with this jug here. There’s more oil in the supply room. We can check for any other exits to the building and set them all on fire so there is no escape.”
Graxx shakes his head.
”Well Rhonda is still in there... I hate to burn her up.”
Graxx starts to walk toward the supply room.
”Yes, let’s load as much as we can in the wagon then secure any other doors. Someone should check that tower they guarded so hard. I bet that horns in there.”
Doozey actually rubs his chins in genuine consideration of just setting Rhonda on fire with the rest of the cultist. Both unfortunately and fortunately, Graxx moves on prior to being able to give his opinion, so he just sighs softly, holsters Pip, and picks up Apostle. "Right then. I'll take a look in the tower with some back up, if that's alright. But, someone should make sure there's no other exits out of the barracks. At least none that opens out into the courtyard sooner than later." He requested of the others.
Then without further adieu, he quickly jogs over to the base of the tower to the South East and on inside. And with a click of the tongue, Taters soon zips over ready to follow the beastmaster inside.
