Mialee, uncharacteristically, seemed to have woken up and stood around in a stupor, unable to keep up with the strange events unfolding around her. At the sight of the rug tangled around a teammate with the other trying to pry it off, she’d try the simplest thing she could think of...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I am not sure if the would get effected by this or not. The Rug is technicly not undead, but it is has undead properties to it (it is not the standard rug of smothering). I am also unsure if it understands common. What I think I am going to do is make the save at advantage, seeing as it does have a -3 to its WIS it will most likly fail anyways.
Bones takes a deep breath once free of the rug and looks up the stairs. "Maybe someone can pin that linen to the floor? I want to keep an eye on this figure before they fully disappear upstairs." He carefully moves up the stairs, keeping an eye out for the firbolg.
With the rug stuck bowing for a moment, it should be easy to hit even in this poor visibility. Pietersite takes the chance to do just that.
You said "The Rug is technicly not undead, but it is has undead properties to it". How would my weapons bonus damage to undead interact with that? I'll roll the damage from that separately so you can easily decide what to do with it.
Attack 1: 25 Damage: 16 + to undead: 5
Attack 2: 22 Damage: 17 + to undead: Unable to parse dice roll.
Don't know why that last one doesn't "parse", let's just roll that again: 1

Bones gives a low whistle to the others downstairs, then creeps across to put his back against the wall beside the doorway the ghost entered into. He peeks around the corner (Perception if you need it: 17).
OOC: Still the second round after the surprise round. You can post an action,
Tandor the White, Human Life Cleric
Before I move on I want to make sure everyone gets their turn. The only threat left is the rug.

Mia and Pietersite you may still take your turns.
Bones knowing that you would have seen the ghost go all the way up stairs do you stay and fight the rug or do you follow him?
