(It says 15-6, because her mark is lesser. Take 9 if you fail the save, or 5 if you pass. I imagine only really Ashehee was in the way of the blast, but this is up to you.)
Eleth paces around the room, looking incredibly worried. It seems that she may have some insight as to what the cultists were speaking of.

Aurelia shakes her head, disappointed. "These cultists are clearly either fanatical to death or terrified of some other power. It appears we won't get any answers here. Perhaps at this point we should bury the dead and rest. We are injured and spent."
The sting of heat hits Ashehee hard, and for a moment causes her to lose her senses. She recovers quickly, but the rage and anger; two feelings she has tried to suppress since she gave the solemn vow, overcome her.
Instinctively, she drives the dagger through the cultists eye, attempting a killing blow to the brain. (20 and another roll if I have advantage: 25 ; Damage: 10)

Ashehee feels like her old self. Her sinning self. The sight of the blade through the cultist's brain makes her feel warm inside. It reminds her of the pleasures she partook in before she found the Sliver Flame. She scolds herself and says a prayer and turns towards the Kobold….

Slade picks up a scattered chair from off the floor and slumps into it with a sigh, "Yes, it seems we may need to find the head of the serpent for more information. Does their rambling have any meaning to you? What is this Siberys or Margana? What of this symbol? There is so much we do not know."
Dahme'dre remembers all too well having heard of the Child of Siberys once long ago. She tells her companions her tale:
"Long ago, when I was only a young girl in the turmoil following the day of mourning, the day Cyre was destroyed, bringing about the end of the Last War; I was targeted by kidnappers presumably attempting to extort wealth from my house. After today I believe they were associated with this dragon cult. They locked me in a hole and in fear of my life I manifested the mark of my family, the mark of making. I was able to escape using my innate magical ability. I remember them saying amongst them selves while I was captive. 'Siberys' child awakens a cool night, in a danse macabre, as Khyber sends her blood across the wood.'"
Since that day Dahme'dre has attempted to find the meaning of those words and the true intent of her attackers. She shares her knowledge with her companions.
"I've not come here looking to get vengeance on these cultists. I've come here looking for you." She looks at each of the girls. "I've had a dream, a vision, of the end of the world. The land drowned in waves of acid, and terrible storms of lightning, penetrating ice, horrible flames, and poison gasses. When the nightmares began I felt compelled to travel here. To follow you. You are connected to these events yet to come, maybe all of us are. I believe we are fated to prevent the world of my nightmares... Why have each of you come? I don't believe for a moment any of you are guarding Klobs' wears for the simple opportunity to earn a few coins..."
(Sorry lots of checks in this post, get me if I missed any)
Ashehee successfully stabs the burning cultist through the skull. Gore dripping from the bottom of the wound.
Slade knows: Margana rings a definite bell when applied in this context. Margana is not such a rank and file cult member, but a commander of sorts. She is affiliated more specifically with the Talons of Tiamat. Aside from that, he knows she is a human spellcaster who wears purple.
Eleth knows (roll unnecessarily) exactly who Margana is. Once Dahme'dre has said her peace, Eleth says aloud to the group, "These Talons... they killed my family... Margana Mondath... that is who is in charge here." She looks up at the group, fiercely, "I came here for vengeance. I had heard Margana would be here... but I didn't know she would be attacking this city. I hoped I would get here in time..."

Aurelia knows: some small things about the Talons of Tiamat based on what Eleth had revealed in bits and pieces on their journey together. Mainly, they seek to summon Tiamat, a devil dragon with five heads. Details you would have picked up during your time in Thrane was that the Talons of Tiamat are a militaristic group that essentially want to summon a devil to control the world. Margana is someone you've possibly heard Eleth whisper the name of vilely in her sleep.

Slade muses over what he has heard. Rubbing his chin, "Dahme'dre, I've already had my fair share of apocalypse in this lifetime and have no desire to see more. These Talons, I have heard some rumors of them. They are devoted to Overlord Tiamat, often called "The Daughter of Khyber" by her followers and hope to awaken her before any other Overlords can rise. I do know that if any of these cultist groups succeed, what follows will make the Day of Mourning pale in comparison. As a servant of the Queen and Triumvariate, I will not allow Aundair to fall to a similar fate that befell Cyre."
Dahme'dre knows: Child of Siberys could be in reference to random lines within the Draconic Prophecy. It could be in reference even to the Silver Flame (as the flame itself is believed to be the combination between a Coatl and the Paladin Mira of old times). However, it could also reference a Dragonmarked House, as the final stage of the marks are often referred to as Siberys Mark.
Margana rings no bells.

Aurelia looks at Eleth, then back to Dahme'dre. Her voice is hesitant at first, but then bursts with confidence. "What I am about to say is considered heresy by some." She looks at Ashehee. "But it is the truth." "I have heard the voice of the silver flame. It spoke to me. I told my friends and family about it, and their first reaction was fear. I didn't understand why. When I went to the deacon the church with the news, he threatened me and my family. I know now the church is corrupt, self serving, seeking only to maintain its power." She spits out the words. "I've only told a few trusted people, like Eleth. I heard the voice, and it told me to come here. Eleth believes me" She looks at her companion gratefully. "when no others do. But it is the truth! I have heard the voice of the Silver Flame, and it has told me to come here." She stands defiant, as if daring anyone to challenge her.
Ashehee's mind begins to spin with the talk of cultists, dreams, apocalypses and noble houses. She almost missed the days when life was simpler.
She eyes Aurelia and responds, "What you say doesn't make it so." Ashehee continues, "Every madman claims to talk to the divine. How are you any different? Tell us about this voice. How do you know it comes from the Sliver Flame? Your words border on blasphemy, but you've earned the right to be heard."
Ashehee's demeanor grows darker, "And I advise you not to talk in absolutes Aurelia. You say the church is corrupt, self serving, and seeking to maintain its power. You say this because a single deacon rebuked you? You say this yet you supposedly follow the words of the Sliver Flame?" Am I corrupt, self serving and power hungry? I have one goal, eradicate all evil, in whatever form. My words and actions are pure. Pray that your words are true as well as there will be a reckoning…."
