<Who else accompanied Leto and Tessa? I beleive they had concerns about intervening on the current captain's behalf. Tessa needs the ship, the captain is an unnecessary detail to her. She is quite capable of commandeering the ship herself and navigating it after reviewing the nautical charts.>

A Tall, dark haired man enters the shop. You can't see much of his clothing, due his fitted burgundy armour. He carries a cavalry sword which is strapped to his back. At his side is a tooled leather bag with a depiction of Tiamat's five heads on it. On his right hand is a ring made completely of garnet. His cloak seems to be made of a black material, not unlike fish scales, but much larger. As he moves, you can see red particles drift off it, and dissipate once they hit the floor. His face is handsome, but worry lines have formed by his eyes, which are possibly the strangest thing about him. One is a vivid purple, the other a pitch black.
He strides towards the counter. As he is walking he starts to speak, completely ignoring the conversation happening in front of him. "I need to hire a ship to take me to the Sea of Moving Ice. Money is no pro-" Mid sentence he finally notices the group. He stares for a second his brain desperately trying to keep up with the flood of thoughts that flash through his mind. "Tha....Thats not possible!.....Who the hell are you?"

“I will take responsibility for what I have done. [...] If must fall, I will rise each time a better man.” ― Brandon Sanderson, Oathbringer.
The harbor master looks over as the new person walks in. He is about to respondw hen the man stares at those others in the room.
You will all recognize the man, he is a dragonlord like you... His name is Kyrian, and he grew up in a bad situation, his father eventually becoming possessed by the spirit of a demonic dragon. It is well known he returned to his home and slew the dragon-spirit, before becoming a slayer of dragons as his trade. He is a half-elven warlock.
Honor leans back against the counter. "Well isn't this an interesting surprise."She crosses her arms over her chest. "I never expected to see you here, Kyrian." Her tone is neutral.
"Coincidentally, we're asking about the captain of our ship so we can get to the Sea of Moving Ice." Kierro says, looking happy to see another dragonlord. "Would you like to join us?"
Tessa looks on at the exchange between Kyrian, Kierro, Naivara, and Honor. She recognizes Kyrian as a fellow Dragonlord and files that useful piece of information away for later reflection on. Her business with the Harbor Master completed and no longer having any use for the man, she takes a seat on the floor off to the side to await the others. She deftly pulls a dagger from her person and plays a game of mumblety peg to keep herself entertained. Her hand is a blur as the soft sound of the dagger striking the wooden floor fills the small office.
"Ah, well that is all fine and good..." The harbor master says as the group seems to know this new person. He glances to Kierro. "As far as the first mate of the Ice Floe goes, I would imagine she will be set up as captain by tomorrow morning. There is little doubt she was in the right, so the interview is mostly just a formality. From what I heard the owner of the Ice Floe was planning on making her captain sooner than later anyway, so it shouldn't take too long. Just formalities. You know how it goes."
"Sure enough," Honor agrees with the harbor master. "We're looking forward to hiring her again as soon as she's able, if that's the case."Turning to the others, she asks, "Drinks? Tavern?"

Tessa leaps to her feet the dagger disappearing as quickly as it appeared. Tessa's face breaks out into a beaming grin. She cries out, "Tavern?! Aye!" Tessa heads to the door.

Kyrian considers for a moment, but quickly makes up his mind. "If we are moving in the same direction, then there is no harm in travelling together."
