VIlana, having hoped the others would follow along in exploring the fog-filled chamber, sticks to a position somewhere in the front third of the group, making the most of her invisibility to hide in the fog as she slowly moves forward towards the large creature.
Stealth: 38 (again, I'm adding the plus 10 for her invisibility that is still up)

the frost giant becomes dimly visible at a distance of 60 feet. At 45 feet, the figure is easily mistakable for a living frost giant standing perfectly still. At 30 feet, you recognize that the giant is dead and frozen, seeing its torn armor and the awful claw wounds in its pale blue flesh.
scurrying sounds from further in the chamber let you know there is indeed something living in this fog, though whatever it is seems to be moving away from you.
As the group continues you find...
The hall displays the bodies of eight frost giants, one fire giant, and one cloud giant. They are frozen solid and encased in ice.
At the far end of the hall you find another tunnel that runs off to the right and left, a T-intersection. The right passage seems to slope downward. It also runs South and then curves back around to the West.

Kierro gulps slightly as he sees the frozen giant. Looking to Naivara and Latrius, Kierro asks: "There was something in the fog, running away from us I think. Can you tell which way it went, and maybe what it was?"
He looks for the footprints or other trails from whatever that creature could've been. Perception: 11
Naivara also attempts to use the fog to hide. When Kierro mentions something in the fog she quiets down and tries to hear anything out of the ordinary.
You can easily hear the sound of something, or maybe things, moving away. They are not being stealthy about it.
Unless Primeval awareness is doing something I am not aware of, which is always a possibility, all Latrius knows is that there are a lot of dragons within a mile of him. He would know Kobolds show up as dragons, so this would be about what he would expect.
For Honor, she can only detect fiends, undead, or celestials I believe, and there are none of those that are not behind full cover at any rate.
As far as tracking goes, you are on an ice-carved tunnel floor. There isn't going to be any sort of tracks to follow.
You heard them heading away from you in the fog, so towards the t intersection. You were not at the intersection until later, so don't know which way they went. At the intersection you would hear noises from both directions.

Vilana agreed silently. While she didn't like the possibility of being stuck between a ferocious dragon from below and a gantkiller from above, she wasn't one to go searching for trouble if it moved away from her. She'd stick to the centre of the pack, able to react in both directions with ease.

Deciding to continue downward, you head South, the tunnel eventually curving to the West, then back to the North as it spirals downward. As it straightens again you find...
Trophies of Arauthator’s many battles are displayed in this chamber. Visibility is 45 feet, so you won’t be able to see much from the entrance. Among the creatures frozen here in death are two remorhazes, a trio of behirs, five abominable yetis, and a giant squid of jaw-dropping size. A complete longship with sail raised is also on display here. The ship clearly will not fit through any of the iceberg’s entrances; it was painstakingly disassembled outside and reassembled here by the kobolds. Tessa can see mistakes in the rigging and hull planking, but it’s passably good work for a display.
Of more immediate interest is the open chest of gold and jewels sitting on the ship’s deck. Examining the chest without disturbing it or the contents estimates its value at between 1,000 and 1,500 gp.
The tunnel continues out the far end of this chamber, spiraling further downward. Let me know when you are ready to continue that way.
Latrius hides swiftly, relying on his elven heritage to hide amongst the fog.
Stealth: 20

Can we tell which direction the creatures are going? Towards where we know the rest of the kobolds to be, in the direction of the sloping tunnel, etc?
