“I am keeping an eye on the temple.”Leto says as he pops to his familiar’s vision, who, as a raven is just circling the temple out of range of most arrows simply keeping an eye out. He then walks just a bit up the beech, enjoying being on solid land.
nice call on the clown car boat ;) - for bringing Morgan... I’d say he wouldn’t specifically have ordered him to join, but would have had no problem if Morgan wanted to get on shore.
Ronaldo helps Esmerelda out of the boat and on to the land. When they are on land and it seems that everyone is getting ready to do their own thing, Esmerelda says, "Ronaldo, darling. Please help these wonderful people gather some lumber to repair the ship." Telepathically she adds, "And keep an eye out for that dragon. Don't go getting yourself injured or involved in something unnecessarily."

“The mark of a successful DM is when you have caused more player deaths with doors than dragons, demons, or devils.”
Ronaldo gives Esmerelda a courtly bow, with just a bit of a jerk to it. "Like I would get involved with anything that doesn't profit us." he sends back mind-to-mind.
Palvin and several of the crew come to land on the next rowboat load. Quickly he sets up a crew cutting lumber and floating wood back out to the ship. Castisha is there at his side, the two proving to be a well-paired team as they work together. it soon becomes obvious they do not need, nor require, the help of the dragonlords or the dragons, as few of you actually have any skills or tools that would be useful here. If you do, and wish to aid them, then you can do so, but they seem to have it under control and know what is needed to get the ship up and going.
Leto, your raven reports that the figures they spotted before have withdrawn into the temple. There is a large entrance at ground level. He reports the people are yellow-skinned with russit hair. They seem quite military-oriented. A bnew figure comes out as the raven watches, looking directly at the raven as he starts to work magic. Soon a booming voice filles the air, and Leto would know this man is the place it comes from, likely a minor illusions pell.
Everyone A booming voice, speaking common, thunders from overhead. "Be gone from this place. You are not welcome here and any attempt to invade will be met with deadly force." There is a slight pause, then... "Feel free to finish your repairs, but do not come any further inland or that will be seen as an act of war."
(Honor probably could help with the repairs, with her Channel Divinity, but she doesn't see a need to interrupt an already-working system.)
Honor laughs. "The second half seems to belie the first half. But I suppose it's the best way to get us to actually leave."She'll also start to keep an eye out for anyone approaching, from the interior of the island.
”No clue. I suppose I should go clear up any misunderstandings. If you can send through your raven that we’re sending a single delegate or some such, I’d be much obliged.”
He’ll set off towards where the dragon is, keeping his hands carefully clear of any weapons.

After Leto's raven makes the request the yellow-skinned warrior in full plate and with a massive silver blade across his back casts another spell. The voice booms again. "If a single individual moves towards the interior of this island it will be an act of war on your part. You have been warned."
Kierro looks concerned, and moves in front to speak with Latrius.
"Latrius, maybe it's best if we leave them be. They clearly don't want anyone coming in, and should they interpret our actions to mean war they'll come to attack all of us, including the Ice Flow and her crew. We shouldn't put them in danger if we don't have to."
He pauses and then adds: "It's like the white dragon from before, only this time we cando something to keep them safe. None of our stuff is within the temple; it's not a necessity."

Esmerelda stays a bit off to the side, but when the elf becomes insistent on meeting the dragon, she offers her opinion, "Perhaps you could speak with the dragon after the repairs are finished and there is no risk to the boat or the crew." She looks at Ronaldo and almost seems to gesture to herself, "or any of us that may wish to stay out of immediate danger."

"They seem like a well trained military, though from where I am not sure." Leto says after getting a closer view of the soldiers. "Also, they must be watching us from somewhere to know that we are here for repairs."
“Do you wish to start a war with them?”Leto asks. “Is your curiosity that strong and selfish? What have we to gain by engaging with these people? Though with our power I am sure we could conquer them if that is what you wish, I’m afraid I do not quite I see the point.”((In this case Leto probably wouldn’t have sent his familiar in in the first place, but no worries~))
As Leto also steps into talk to Latrius, Esmerelda quietly backs away. She doesn't want to risk the ire of the elf and if someone else is willing to speak sense into him, then she sees no reason to keep herself in the 'line of fire'.

"I just don't see how we can even talk to them without someone getting hurt," Naivara says. "They're probably just trying to defend their own territory."
She has her owl circle over head a few more times, and report to her if he sees anything out of the ordinary, before returning to her to return to a statue.

Sorry, just noticed that Leto did specificly state he was viewing through the raven's eyes... Sorry about that. yes, Leto would definitely know these are Githyanki.
"I'll help with the trees," Naivara offers, "Um... we need to be careful to not take to many. Just what we need."
