Kierro mostly sticks to the outer part of the town, with a view of the ocean. He'll look around for any place that might look like a temple (specifically a Halls of Justice like Neverwinter, if he's lucky.)
When he sees the flyers, he'll study it for a few moments. The red dragon's challenge was distressing, obviously - having to live under the rule of him while seeing his decrees plastered on every wall in town, was the practice of a megalomaniac ruler. The signature at the bottom showed that whoever this Tyrant of Mintarn was, he clearly wasn't afraid of forcing his will on the citizens. Perhaps he was simply a puppet installed by the dragon.
He sighs, and looks to Kyrian and Naivara, hoping she's calmed down a bit since they left the castle. "I can't say I'm not worried for what's coming, even if we are stronger. And I'm not sure if we have any choice but to go for it."
"Us three, against and Ancient Red Dragon?" Leto asks, almost in disbelief. "Even my horned ass would get singed in a second. More so if the dragon wants people there. Just the drinks for now."He then waves the bartender away and enjoys relaxing with his drink.
Nadariel will cast alter self (random old dude with a scholar vibe) and enhance ability (charisma) on himself and then he will go and search the harbour area for a smuggler, some shady lowlife who is hopefully skilled in breaking and entry. I will make sure to avoid elfs, halfelfs or gnomes.
If i find such a person, i will persuade him that i have a business proposal. I will ask them to go to Red Dragons lair and to explore the beginning of the lair. To mark traps and draw me a map. I will offer them a thousand gold when they return with the information and a bag full of jewellery from the dragons hoard when my employer returns alive from her quest to rob the dragon.
Of course any sane person would deny such a request, but a little suggestion should convince him. I will also tell them to deliver the finished map and information to Esmeralda who i will describe, who is staying at the floating island. They will get the payment upon delivery from her. I will give them 100 gold that they can use as entry fee.
spell DC 22 i use my instrument, to give disadvantage on the save
i will use Unsettling Word before the spell so they will also get a 1d8 malus on the safe
deception/persuation check 22 (minimum 26)
Afterwards i will just travel through the taverns and earn some coin with my music. (Performance 27) Once i come across one of the other dragon lords i will stay in that tavern.
Leto "That is what most people don't get." The serving woman says with a chuckle. "You won't even likely see the dragon you see, as he is not part of the labrynth. You just need to best the traps and guardians there, and come away with a king's treasury worth of magic items, gems, and coin."
Kierro There is no great halls of justice here. There are small temples, but not to the gods you would find on normal city streets. instead you find ones to Tymorra, as usual, but to Bane, Kelemvor, Tempus, Umberlee, and Valkur as well. You find no temples to Helm, Ilmater, Torm, or Tyr.
Nadariel You do find a roguish human lass near the docks, who, after the substantial amount of work you put into getting her willinggness, does head out to do as you request/force them to do. (Not even bothering to roll, not a chance at all of them making that save... lol.)
Esmeralda (Forgot to respond to this yesterday...) "Well my sweets, I am Captain Rum Whale." The elf responds, smiling over his shoulder at you. He turns slightly, gripping your arm and tugging you into his lap.
"Who will carry on the task of protecting nature in our world, then?" he asks. "You led those eager to do so, but they all looked to you as a role model. And the Wildmother; what would she think if you were to give up the duties that she trusted you with?
"Not all of us took on responsibilities to protect our world, but those of us who did can't walk away from it. And your work in particular was very important."
Kierro holds his holy symbol in his palm, glancing to it fondly. "It's not just a matter of wanting to get back. There's people counting on us."
"We don't know that," Naivara says, "for all we know the Wildmother and the others booted us here because we flew too close to the sun. I want to help, but it seems like everyone else is much more interested in forming an army of dragons."
"It could be." Kierro replies. "I feel that if it were a punishment of some kind, our possessions would either be destroyed, or not contain our memories of the previous world. As to the point of the dragons, our path seems to have taken us in such a way that we're all bound to find dragons, Some of the group definitely cares about gaining them as allies for power's sake, but not all.
I suppose what's important is what, if anything, you choose to do with that particular group of dragons that take a shine to you. You treat Ymemphis and Palvin well, like trusted companions rather than tools to be used." He turns to Kyrian. "And same for you and Fratty; she seems content with you." Kierro gives a small nod of approval.
He lets an air of silence come over them as they walk for a bit.
"Shall we return to the harbor? The others are probably in a tavern near there, resting."
Honor and her group stay at the bar for a few hours. Reading over the fliers, she'd ask one of the servers "So who exactly is this tyrant of Mintarn? Is this red dragon his pet, or is he working for the beast?"
Nadariel will keep on concentrating on his suggestion spell for the full 8 hours. I assume i will notice if the spell vanishes, and i definitely try to earn some coins to be able to afford the entrance fee (since i gave 100 gold to my “spy”)
Honor "The Tyrant is the current ruler of this place." Honor is informed by the serving woman. "She does not work for the dragon, nor does the dragon work for her." The woman shrugs. "If the old red had not woken early, we would all be fine, but that is like crying over spilt ale you know. The Tyrant tries to keep the dragon happy, that is all, so that we can continue to live our lives here."
"Is 'tyrant' more of an honorific, then, or would you still have an unfair ruler to deal with? You seem to prosper well enough, but it can be hard to tell with lords and ladies how much benefit they actually bring to everyday folk."
(Mostly just if there was anything important or useful inside.)

"Anything you want it to be..." She says with a sultry smile. "But most just call me Helen."
