The dwarf signs, then thinks for a moment. She shakes her head, and replies, "I don't remember everything Tulgi brought, but I know Hulil thinks that she can get to Shadycreek Run, back to Uttolots, where she can sell the loot and get herself cured. She thinks these little blue vials are what caused her to get sick, or something."
She looks at Nixco, then replies to her, "Yeah, I work for Hulil, but how do you plan on saving her? I don't think any of you would have anything that could help her."

Nixco
She takes another step forward still smiling sweetly. "We plan on saving her and everyone else who has this, she is not the only one. We need to know where it started and we need total study the cause and find a cure. What we dont need is anymore delays and to explain yourself to every person we meet along the way. Tell us where Hulil is and the vials. Else once we do manage to cure them all we will tell Hulil you tried to stop us. I wonder how she will take that news." She continues towards her, advancing and smiling wider.
She spreads her arms in a gesture of peace "you slowing us down could cost the lives of many people exposed and I will not allow that."
Her face smile drops and leaves a stony look. "Take us now"
Intimidation (at adv as everyone is scowling and threatening?), 18
(Uhh, sure, I'll say that's fine to roll with advantage)
The dwarf snorts as you try your best to intimidate her, your attempt at a stony glare coming out more as just you furrowing your brow, but she does blanch a little when you threaten to tell Hulil that she was obstructing you. "Uh, yeah, alright, I'll take you. Just... just don't say that. Yes, just, uh, follow me, then."
The dwarf leads you past the pool, and down the left where Kane had seen an opening. While the previous areas were very cavernous, having water dripping from the many massive stalactites hanging from the ceiling, and in general pretty wet, these other area are a bit drier in comparison, and are more damp than wet. The stalactites here are only about one to two feet long, and there are virtually no stalagmites here. The passage opens up into a room, and you see ten empty bedrolls are arranged in a circle around a cold fire pit at the center of this cavern. Chicken bones, empty wine and spirits bottles, and other food waste litters the floor, but the dwarf doesn't stay here. She continues down the passageway, into another cavern, this one much more like the previous caverns.
Water drips from the stalactites hanging from the ceiling into a dark pool that completely covers the floor of the cavern. The dwarf claps, and a very large frog, bigger than the other ones you've seen so far, comes out. The dwarf looks at everyone, and tells you, "This here is Old Croaker. We've trained him well enough so that we can ride him across this pool, but you'll have to cross one at a time."
Thurrak considers swimming across but then decides that it would more then likely be to cold for him to do so without serious issue. "This better not be some kind of trick..."
Cade climbs onto the frog, and Old Croaker ferries Cade across to the other side of the pool. Old Croaker ferries over Nixco, Flyn, then Thurrak. The dwarf looks at Kane, and says to him, "There isn't another way across, unless you want to swim across. You've seen that it's not a trick." The dwarf also climbs onto Old Croaker, and is ferried across. The frog returns for you, Kane.
While you're not sure if the frog can actually understand you, it does give a sort of rumbling croak in it's throat - perhaps it's in acknowledgement, or possibly Old Croaker is laughing at you?
Either way, Kane makes it safely across the pool, and Old Croaker slips back into the pool. The dwarf then beckons for all of you to follow, and walks along into a narrower section of the cave, where light is streaming out.
The narrow hallway quickly widens out, and you are met with warm rush of heat, coming from a massive fire burning in the center of this cavern, its smoke venting up through a narrow stone chimney. The flames illuminate a rough painting of a five-headed dragon that dominates the north wall. A bedroll is spread out beneath the mural, and near the crackling blaze, a dwarf bundled in a heavy cloak sits on a stone chest beside an elf whose face is covered in dragon tattoos. The dwarf’s face is streaked with pulsing blue veins.
"Ah... Hulil, you have, ah, some people who wanted to meet you.", the dwarf calls out, almost a bit nervously. After a moment, the dwarf takes a deep breath, and you realize the pair were in a state of meditation. Hulil turns to face you, and scowls a bit. "What do you want, strangers? Who are you?" Before receiving an answer, Hulil scowls at the dwarf bandit who had guided you along, and brusquely tells her, "What are you doing here, Syrin? You were instructed to train the frogs with those two dimwit elves." Syrin quickly nods to Hulil, with a "Yes, of course, I apologize!", and moves to back away from the chamber.
"greetings Hulil, I am Nix. We have come to find you as we are trying to help stop and potentially cure this disease that grips you and your sister"
She take a few steps forwards. "Tulgi told us you were here, and it was indicated to us that you have vials of the contaminate? We would like to take them, to try to understand what it is and how to cure it? Also to prevent any further spread. Will you help us?"
Kane gets off the frog and joins the group. He stands silently as Nixco and Hulil talk. His face contorts a bit when it's mentioned Hulil may have "vials" of this disease. He is cautious now, looking at Hulil's hands.
Thurrak follows after the group once he rides the frog across, giving it one last look before joining the rest. As the other dwarf flees from the sickly one he crosses his arms and waits as Nix speaks.

Make a persuasion check... Also, sorry for not having responded quickly!
Cade peeks out from around his companion's side. He sees everything seems to be under control so doesn't say anything still. Moving back behind whomever he is standing behind, he glances back the way they came, wondering if he could talk croaker into letting him ride the frog some more, outside of the cave.

Hulil narrows her eyes as Nixco speaks, but seems you believe you. Hulil scowls, then sighs and says, "That just confirms my own damn suspicions. I think I know what I have, and now I know that it came from those vials Tulgi brought. Now I'm just waiting on a response from Shadycreek Run to see if I'm allowed to return. I'm planning on selling the goods Tulgi brought, and buying a cure with the coin I get."
Cade, you get the sense that you could probably slip away, and maybe even convince Old Croaker to let you ride him again, if you tried hard enough.

Kane
Kane will mention what he saw to the others as quietly as possible.
When they get to the pool Kane will eye the frog suspiciously. "Are you sure there is no other way across?" he asks.
"I'll go first." Cade says with a shrug, having no issues climbing atop a frog and riding it across. He moves to do so if allowed.
Nixco
(If this works for Cade) Nixco follows suit, climbing aboard the large frog.
Flyn will follow as well.

Kane
Reluctantly Kane will "board" the frog for his trip across. "Best mind your manners friend, I, like the scorpion, have a sting." he says to the frog.

Cade moves to stand behind one of his larger companions, waiting for those better at talking to do so. he has reverted a bit to his shier nature.
