Thyrius' skills are well suited to harness the undead, not to undo them. Failing to think of anything more efficient than his previous move, the black cat moves closer to his brother and teleports them back to the spot just beneath the bone pool. All companions above the bone pool can hear a second thunderous strike.

He moves over and with a thunderous crack that shivers through the whole underground area...the two brothers once again slip away from the shadows. As they appear, 60 feet away....they see bits of rock from the ceilings slowly drifting down as the cave is shook by thunder.

The shadows...still shuddering from the vibrations, once again slink into the shadows, chasing the elusive brothers. A4 Stealth : 16.

Nuzej looks at a huge glowing transparent hand floating in the air before him. He can feel his concentration focussed on maintaining it. He flexes his right fist and sees the fist emulate him. Oooooh. Also though, he notices he's very near a hot flaming sphere that is stinging his skin!
Jezun, DC 15 Dex save for half, 4 fire damage. Roll concentration check for fist if he takes damage.
The skull struck by Simaal's javelin hisses at Simaal and sends a barrage of magical darts flying across the space at Simaal. 10 force damage from Magic Missiles.
Toc growls, and mentally says, "We can't leave the brothers to their fate....these things need to die faster."
His blade slips from its sheath and he lunges forward at the nearest skull.

Toc lunges forward, his blade sheathed in thunderous energy. You hear a boom echo from below the water as the brothers battle, and then Toc's blow looks like it'll miss but the skull drifts directly into the path of the blade and explodes into shards as the sword strikes it. Toc looks to the one floating above, swinging his sword but missing, and then taking as swipe with his stuff, landing a solid thunk against the thing. 11 vs 10 Concentration check for flame.
Toc Dex DC 15 or take 8 fire damage (half on save). Save: 8

Mirica fully agreed that the skulls had to die faster but the offensive actions were limited here. She adjusted the beam of light covering S4 and S5 again and added some more holiness to the field:
BA: Moving the light for 16 (Con save 19 for half)
Action: Channel Divinity: Radiance of the Dawn: 10+16 radiant damage (half with CON saving throw DC 19) on all three visible skulls

Mirica strides forward to the lip of the cave just before the bones so she can see two of the skulls hovering annoying around the corner. Another she can't quite see, but it's good enough for three. She raises her holy symbol and utters a quick prayer and a burst of holy energy washes out striking the skulls.

Like the wind scouring away a pile of sand, the skull floating inside their protective sphere crumbles to dust that sprays down across the cave floor. The other two skulls shudder under the flow of holy light, bits of skulls chipping away. Though they're both still flying they look particularly degraded, as Mirica swings the holy light filling the cave back across the two of them again.
One of the skulls, plus the one hidden around the corner come swooping out, both of them flashing with anger as they enter the protective sphere.
Magic missiles lash out strike Mirica. 13 force damage. (Concentration check for Dawn)
And the other summons another ball of flame, slamming it into Toc. DC 15 Dex save, 9 fire damage save for half. Dex sav: 18. Concentration check vs DC 10: 12.

Below the water, the shadows are still scattering, heading for concealing darkness and rocky outcroppings, as they dart through the water back towards the brothers.

Simaal, there are two skulls within the sphere, one is within 5 feet of you so any ranged attacks will be at disadvantage. There is a ball of fire within 5 feet of you, so you'll take fire damage if you don't move away by the end of your turn. DC 15 Save: 2 fire damage save for half.
Xemnez, 4 shadows have moved to within 15 feet of you, though wether or not you can see them depends on their Stealth rolls. A4: 29. A1, 2, and 5 just above.
(Mirica is using Shield, no damage and no reaction left for AoO. Also, I never intended for Dawn to cover the protecting sphere, it was supposed to catch only S4 and S5)

Simaal moves back into the cave getting two skulls in a line (S5 and S4), "Enough is enough" he says as wind starts to pick up ferociously, his hair, cape and clothes whipping violently. The wind slams violently into the two skulls and the bones on the ground, so as to observe the effect of such a blow. 36 bludgeoning damage, save DC 19 str check. Succeed not prone and half damage. (30 feet long, 5 feet wide stream, so want to see what if any effect it has on the bones on the ground if they get blasted away, or if they're held together somehow).
Simaal moves behind the far skull near Mirica (Skull 6) and stabs it with his javelin (rather than throwing it). Attack: 11 Damage: 3 + 8 psychic damage if it hits.
Mirica is quick to wave a hand, a field of magic erupting between her and the skull. The magical darts slam into the field and vanish without effect. The skull looks impressed. Meanwhile, Simaal moves through the combat, and jabs upwards, taking a chunk of bone off of the skull.

Back to back just like the old days, Xemnez tries to keep track of even the subtlest of movements in the water, and accordingly mentally warn his brother. Yet neither success or failure in the endeavor would turn him away stubbornly holding firm to Nezmos in anticipation of the inevitable. For seeing none of their allies had yet been able to reach them...
'Brother...' He mentally communed to Thyrius. 'Mind switching places? I think the current here is a bit cold for me'He jests, but if accepted, he swapped places only to shift into a more protective stance over his brother.
